Abstract

Changes in work patterns and increasing performance demands require organizations to focus not only on targets but also on employees’ psychological conditions that support long-term performance. This study aims to examine the effect of employee wellbeing on employee performance, with employee engagement as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires from 150 employees and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that employee wellbeing has a positive effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Employee engagement also has a positive effect on employee performance. Furthermore, employee engagement partially mediates the relationship between employee wellbeing and employee performance. These findings highlight that employee wellbeing influences performance not only directly but also indirectly through enhanced work engagement as a key psychological mechanism. This study suggests that sustainable performance improvement strategies should emphasize the integrated management of employee wellbeing and engagement.

Abstract

This study is classroom action research, which addresses actual problems encountered by teachers in the field. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the implementation of th Eliciting Activities learning model among Grade VIII-B students of SMP Bajiminasa. The subjects of this study were 17 students from Class VIII-B of SMP Bajiminasa in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research data were obtained from learning outcome tests and observations conducted during Cycle I and Cycle II. The results showed that: 1)  Students’ mathematics learning outcomes in Cycle I were in the medium category, with an average score of 64.44, a standard deviation of 11.108, and a median of 64, which did not yet meet the minimum mastery criterion (KKM) of 75; 2) In Cycle II, students’ mathematics learning outcomes were in the high category, with an average score of 80.65, a standard deviation of 10.974, and a median of 82, which had met the minimum mastery criterion, with 85% of students scoring above 70 out of an ideal score of 100. The implementation of the Eliciting Activities learning model can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of Grade VIII-B students at SMP Bajiminasa.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a web-based student biodata management application equipped with a login system and CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) features. Manual student biodata management still has several limitations, such as inefficient data recording, risk of data loss, and difficulty in updating information. Therefore, a web-based application is proposed as a simple solution to improve the effectiveness of student data management. The application was developed using HTML to structure the pages, CSS to design an interface resembling a laptop screen, and JavaScript to process the application logic. Data storage was implemented using the browser’s LocalStorage, allowing the application to run without a server or external database. The login system functions as an access control mechanism before users enter the main biodata management page. The testing results show that the application can perform login authentication, input student biodata, save data, display data in a table, and edit or delete data effectively. Data stored in LocalStorage remain available even when the web page is reloaded or the browser is closed. In addition, the simple and structured interface makes the application easy to operate. Based on these results, this web-based student biodata management application can be used as a simple tool for managing student data and as a learning medium for understanding basic web application development, especially the integration of user interface design, programming logic, and client-side data storage.

Abstract

Libraries are one of the important facilities in supporting educational activities, research, and information dissemination. However, conventional library management still faces various challenges, such as inefficient record-keeping processes, difficulties in searching book data, and limitations in monitoring borrowing status. Therefore, a digital library system is needed to manage data in a computerized manner and provide easy access for users. This study aims to design and implement a web-based digital library website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript by utilizing LocalStorage as the data storage medium. The developed system provides user authentication features (login and registration), book data management, book searching and sorting, book borrowing and returning, as well as real-time statistics on book availability. The system development process was carried out using the prototype method, which allows system adjustments based on user requirements. The implementation results indicate that the developed digital library website is able to improve the effectiveness of library data management and facilitate users in accessing book information and performing borrowing processes. With an interactive interface and a system that runs directly through a web browser without requiring a server-side database, this application is expected to serve as an alternative solution for managing small- to medium-scale libraries.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has driven the transformation of conventional learning into web-based online learning. However, not all educational institutions have sufficient resources and infrastructure to adopt large-scale e-learning platforms. This study aims to design and develop a web-based online learning system using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database to support learning activities in small-scale higher education institutions. The research method employed is software engineering using the Waterfall development model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The system involves three main actors: Administrator, Lecturer, and Student, with features for user management, learning material management, assignments, quizzes, and learning assessment. The results of functional testing using the black-box method indicate that all system features operate in accordance with user requirements. This study contributes a simple e-learning system model that is easy to develop and implement in educational institutions with limited technological infrastructure.

Abstract

The application of information technology in the field of education plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of academic data management, particularly in the student attendance process. Manual attendance systems that are still widely used in schools have several weaknesses, including a high risk of recording errors, low efficiency, and difficulties in processing and reporting attendance data. This study aims to design a web-based student attendance information system that supports fast, accurate, and integrated attendance recording. The research methodology includes requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and the implementation of a web-based system with a centralized database. The developed system provides features for managing student data, teacher data, class schedules, attendance recording, and automatic report generation. The results of this study indicate that the web-based student attendance information system can improve teachers’ work efficiency and facilitate schools in monitoring student attendance in real time.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia’s economy through their contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employment generation. However, many local MSMEs still rely heavily on third-party digital platforms for promotion, limiting their control over brand identity, customer data, and long-term marketing sustainability. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of websites as strategic digital promotional media for local MSMEs based on the concepts of Marketing 4.0 and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of scholarly publications published between 2020 and 2025. The findings show that professionally managed websites can increase MSME brand awareness, including brand recognition and brand recall. In addition, previous studies indicate a positive relationship between website utilization and the development of MSME business scale at the local level. Nevertheless, website adoption among MSMEs still faces several challenges, particularly low digital literacy and limited supporting infrastructure. Only a small proportion of MSME actors have reached an advanced level of digital capability. This study concludes that websites can serve as strategic digital assets by enabling independent data management and sustainable search engine optimization (SEO). Furthermore, collaboration between policymakers and academics is necessary to support and accelerate inclusive digital transformation for MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the design and implementation of a simple static website using HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) without additional frameworks. In the digital era, the ability to create basic websites has become essential, especially for beginners in web development. This study addresses this need by focusing on content structure using HTML and visual presentation using CSS. The development method employed is the waterfall model, which systematically includes the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The tools used include Visual Studio Code as the text editor and Google Chrome as the web browser for testing. The results demonstrate the successful development of a simple profile website consisting of a navigation header, main content section, and footer, utilizing HTML5 semantic elements and CSS styling to achieve a responsive and visually appealing layout. The practical implementation emphasizes simplicity and maintainability, with HTML code handling the structural foundation and CSS managing visual presentation, resulting in a functional and easily maintainable website. The study confirms that pure HTML and CSS are sufficient for developing static website projects, providing a solid foundation for beginners. Recommendations for future development include incorporating JavaScript for enhanced interactivity and dynamic functionality. This study provides a practical guide for students and novice developers in understanding fundamental web development concepts.

Abstract

Mental health has become a critical global issue that has significantly increased in recent years, driven by social changes and the rapid development of digital technology. This study aims to identify key domains, analyze research trends, and uncover research gaps in mental health studies using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The methodology involves identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and in-depth analysis of 20 scientific articles published between 2023 and 2026. The results reveal four main domains in mental health research: service accessibility, technology and artificial intelligence, social factors, and global collaboration. The findings indicate that although technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning improve prediction accuracy and early detection, the primary challenges remain in limited access to mental health services and the influence of social factors. Furthermore, a gap exists between technological development and real-world implementation. The main contribution of this study is the development of an integrative mental health system model that combines access, technology, social factors, and collaboration. This model is expected to serve as a foundation for developing more effective, integrated, and sustainable mental health systems in the future.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged the submission of student assignments to shift from physical documents to digital documents. However, this convenience also creates new challenges, such as unstructured assignment archiving and the increasing potential for document similarity among students. This study aims to design and develop a website-based digital document checking application for student assignments that can manage documents and automatically display similarity percentages between files. The system was developed using the Waterfall method through requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation stages. The technologies used include HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, XAMPP, and Sublime Text. The document checking process consists of document upload, text extraction, text preprocessing, word weighting using TF-IDF, and similarity measurement using the cosine similarity method. The data used consisted of 165 student assignment files, comprising 79 dataset files and 86 test files. Testing on five sample documents showed that the system was able to display various similarity percentages of 5%, 12%, 45%, 88%, and 92%, categorized as original, plagiarism indication, and high plagiarism. These results indicate that the application can assist lecturers in conducting an initial examination of similarity in student assignment documents. Therefore, the developed application has the potential to support more effective academic document management and improve academic integrity in higher education environments.
