Abstract

Each village has potential, both physical potential such as climate, soil, water, geographical environment, human resources and others as well as non-physical potential such as community culture. One of the potentials found in Penaga Village, Teluk Bintan District. Bintan Regency is abundant marine products such as fish, shrimp, cuttlefish, bark and others. This can be seen from the majority of the Penaga Village community's livelihood as fishermen and their marine catches are still not optimally utilized. Therefore the community service activities process fish into fish crackers to support the economy of the Penaga Village community as an effort to empower the community towards independence in entrepreneurship and optimizing the utilization of potential. The method used is a qualitative method of conducting interviews with village heads, hamlet heads and surrounding communities. Furthermore, a socialization and training program was carried out where this program was one part of the community service program activities in the form of training on how to process fish crackers by utilizing marine catches to become fish crackers so that they could have higher selling value, licensing and business legality, and marketing through digital marketing . It is hoped that after participating in this training, the community will be motivated to develop the potential that exists in Penaga Village

Abstract

Coconut tree is a plant that has many benefits. Almost all parts of this tree can be used, such as the fruit which is rich in nutrients, the skin can be used as a container or charcoal and the leaves can be used as a broom stick. Despite its many benefits, the waste of coconut trees is often neglected by the community. Lots of coconut trees are left and not utilized. The objectives to be achieved in this activity are: 1. Fostering the entrepreneurial interest of the Penaga Village community in processing coconut sticks through a socialization program, 2. Improving the skills of the Penaga Village community in processing coconut sticks through a training program, 3. Increasing people's income through processing coconut sticks . This method uses a qualitative method because interviews were conducted with the village head and continued with the entrepreneurship outreach program and coconut stick processing training.

Abstract

This research reviews the increase in MSME sales through product branding. This study aims to illustrate how important branding is for MSME actors. This research uses qualitative research to explain the brand's contribution to MSMEs. The research instruments are observations, interviews, the source of this research data is the results of interviews from MSME actors in Bintan Buyu Village. The result of the research is that the brand has proven to be effectively able to increase turnover in 2 MSME actors who are used as objects in this community service program.

Abstract

This research aims to increase product marketing and sales by selecting safe and durable packaging. This research is a type of qualitative research to explain the contribution of packaging to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The method of data analysis is the process of searching for and compiling data obtained through interviews, field notes and documentation in a systematic way. By using this research we were able to dig up various information about Ms. Marini's Spicy Sweet Potato Chips and Ms. Surya's Peanut Cake. The existence of packaging is needed by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which incidentally still use non-standard packaging

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) conducts a work program regarding the marketplace. In implementing the program, it can be seen that one of the problems that occur in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Bintan Buyu Village is one of the problems in promoting their products. These MSME are still not actively promoting their products on social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business because they only do sales and marketing in their surroundings. The targets of the MSME studied were Sweet Spicy Potato Chips and Peanut Cake. In its implementation, this KKN work program conducts outreach regarding marketplaces and conducts training on creating social media accounts and marketing products on social media. The results of the work program regarding this marketplace are increasing sales of the two targeted MSME. This is because the use of marketplaces and social media is very influential in increasing sales. Because social media can reach consumers widely and not only in the surrounding environment, and can make it easier for MSME to market their products..

Abstract

This writing describes the community service program, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Ekang Anculai Village, which is currently still underdeveloped. It should be that with the development of technology, this should bring fresh air to business actors in maintaining the resistance of their businesses in society. The purpose of carrying out this activity is to help MSMEs in Bu Santi's shop located in Hamlet 1, Ekang Anculai Village, Telok Sebong District, Bintan Regency in running their business. The method used in this activity is the method of observation and interviews. The activities that the service team carried out during the service were carried out and were successful. The service team made improvements to the UMKM Warung Bu Santi by updating the appearance of the UMKM by painting the stall, installing banners, making a physical menu and updating tablecloths so that local people were interested in visiting UMKM. That way the service team hopes that the business actor, namely Mrs. Santi's shop, will continue to maintain the business they have.

Abstract

In Ekang Anculai Village, there is a group that manages MSMEs engaged in sewing which are members of a group called "Bintan Berkarya". The "Bintan Berkarya" sewing group is a forum for introducing, developing, and preserving the dance culture, especially in the Bintan area and its surroundings by providing an understanding both educationally and practically so that the dances produced have indicators of success. November 12, 2022 at the Ekang Anculai Village Hall with the sewing group "Bintan Berkarya" as the participant. Equipment and tools for making climbing products were provided by students who were doing KKN in Ekang Anculai Village as the implementing committee for this climbing training activity. During the training, the entire team was able to work well together and provide equipment to support the ongoing management of the treads by the "Bintan Berkarya" sewing group

Abstract

The problem faced by Pengudang Village when we conducted the survey was that the community still lacked knowledge and training related to social media as a business promotion tool. This is due to the location of Pengudang Village which is far from the city center and there are no facilities or staff to provide outreach to the community regarding the digital era for promotion. We see that the potentials of Pengudang Village have not been maximized properly. Therefore, we provide training and marketing assistance through e-commerce to MSMEs Miniature Pinisi Ships which aim to boost the MSME economy again. We focus on marketing through e-commerce for MSMEs Miniature Pinisi Ships through social media Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp by creating a new Instagram account for the business and tidying up the business owner's Facebook account while WhatsApp still uses the business owner's personal account. The marketing steps through social media are by posting photos of the business product in the form of Miniature Pinisi Ships on the social media accounts mentioned above as well as describing the method of manufacture and materials used to make products and procedures for ordering or purchasing Miniature Pinisi Ships

Abstract

Offline marketing is a direct selling method, in which marketers or manufacturers approach customers directly with the products and services offered. The purpose of this research is to find out what strategies are being carried out in offline marketing for micro-miniature Pinisi ships in Pengundang village in increasing consumer interest. the method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. data obtained from interview documentation. The results of this study indicate that the result of offline marketing for the miniature Pinisi ship SMEs is that they can market the miniature ships through brochures, business cards as the identity of the UMKM which makes it easier if anyone wants to order the miniature. Apart from that, nameplates are also installed on the side of the road so that it has an impact on making it easier to find the public address of the miniature Pinisi ship, which will attract tourists or other consumers as souvenirs while in Pengudang Village.

Abstract

Simple bookkeeping is a documentation process carried out by employers in a structured manner by collecting data and information related to the company's financial reports. Usually, this simple bookkeeping consists of all financial reports in a company. Financial documentation that is recorded is usually related to assets, expenses, capital, income , budget, prices with output results in the form of presentation of financial reports. The purpose of bookkeeping activities in a business is to reduce or minimize the risk of losing products, assets, and even money belonging to the company. The problem we encountered in Pengudang Village, more precisely at KUBE Jaya Abadi is these business actors do not yet know the importance of a bookkeeping. As a result, they do not know how much their income and expenses are while their business is running. For this reason, we held an "Accounting Training for Simple Bookkeeping for KUBE Jaya Abadi Pengudang Village" which we aimed at business people, especially members of KUBE Jaya Abadi. The method we used during our research was observation and outreach. The results of the survey that we have conducted, the bookkeeping at KUBE Jaya Abadi is still not effective so we have made the bookkeeping into 3 books, namely the production record book, income book, and financial report book. With this activity, it is hoped that it can help improve the performance of business finances carried out and make it easier for business actors to prepare financial reports that are made
