Abstract

Pepro Cloth adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pembuatan kaos, pdh, sweater, topi, mug, pin. Dalam mempersiapkan stok barang, Pepro Cloth masih dilakukan secara manual tanpa memperhitungkan barang terjual pada periode sebelumnya yang mengakibatkan kelebihan dan kekurangan stok barang. Hal tersebut dapat merugikan dan menghambat keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu peramalan yang diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan jumlah stok barang yang akan dipesan pada periode selanjutnya. Metode peramalan yang digunakan adalah Metode Exponential Smoothing dengan alpha = 0,5, dan MAD, MSE dan MAPE sebagai standar error. Data yang digunakan diambil dari data stok barang pada tahun 2021-2022 sebagai referensi. Setelah dilakukan pengujian terhadap data tes enam bahan, dengan menggunakan metode Exponential Smoothing didapatkan hasil Periode selanjutnya bulan Agustus 2021, Yaitu Combed dengan tingkat akurasi 96,14%, Fleece dengan tingkat akurasi 90,86%, Drill dengan tingkat akurasi 96,18%, Topi dengan tingkat akurasi 92,25%, Mug dengan tingkat akurasi 91,5%, Pin dengan tingkat akurasi 79,69%. Dengan nilai standar error tersebut dapat simpulkan bahwa peramalan ini layak dan dapat diterapkan pada perusaan Pepro Cloth

Abstract

In an effort to support the progress of the automotive industry in Indonesia, PT Persada Selaras Indonesia PSI produces quality automotive part products and also carries out the manufacturing process using a stamping machine with a capacity of 110 tons. The purpose of this research is to increase work productivity properly and also produce precision according to production sizes. In this study there were several methods with research stages in which there were observations, literature studies, preparation of book materials, preparation of stamping press machines, setting dies, trial 0, results of measuring data, trial 1 of Maspro and finally the conclusion. The results of the research are the manufacturing process, the Honda Br-V Car Mount Part (Knee Bolster As Out T86 A) by going through the raw material preparation stage with SPCC raw materials, preparing a stamping press machine with a capacity of 110 tons, setting diess on a stamping press machine installing clamping up and down so that the deiss cannot move to anticipate the upper diess and lower diess collide. and the die height setting regulates the machine parameters for deiss with the aim that the part results are in accordance with the standard. The die height parameter has been determined according to the part and machine used, Trial T0 The blanking process, flanging process, Bending process and Pierching process 1-2, Trial T1 After that, it enters mass production. Diess needed in the manufacture of Honda Br-V Car Seat Parts (Knee Bolster As Out T86 A, namely first diess blangking, second diess flanging, third diess bending, fourth pierching 1-2.

Abstract

Implementation of bore pile foundation on the Cirebon - Palimanan - Sumedang road Preservation Project is one of the work items for handling landslides which aims to strengthen the retaining wall structure from the load it will carry so that there is no shifting and settlement, the retaining wall structure was built due to the previous existing conditions has experienced a collapse so that a new retaining wall is planned. The foundation used in the construction of retaining walls, namely the bore pile foundation, is a type of deep foundation whose installation is carried out by first drilling the soil with a certain diameter using heavy equipment, bore pile machine until it reaches a predetermined depth, then the assembled steel frame is inserted. drill hole and the next step is casting. The purpose of this study is to find out how the process and method of implementing bore pile foundations in the avalanche handling work of the Cirebon - Palimanan - Sumedang Road Preservation Project. In the method of carrying out bore pile foundations for avalanche handling work on the Cirebon - Palimanan - Sumedang road preservation project, there are several stages of work including preparation, ironing, drilling, casting, and Test Pile.

Abstract

This research aims to propose a web-based RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system for enhancing village service management. In many rural areas, managing and monitoring various services provided to the villagers often face inefficiencies and delays due to manual processes and paperwork. The integration of RFID technology into the service delivery process can significantly improve the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of village services. The study begins with an analysis of the current service management system in the target village, identifying key challenges and bottlenecks. Through a comprehensive literature review, the benefits of RFID technology in diverse sectors are explored, highlighting its potential applicability in the context of village services. The proposed system encompasses the deployment of RFID tags to uniquely identify villagers and various village services such as healthcare, education, welfare distribution, and administrative tasks. A web-based platform will be developed to facilitate real-time data collection, analysis, and reporting. Additionally, the system will enable efficient tracking of service requests, delivery status, and resource allocation.

Abstract

In the present era, the implementation of IT has been carried out in various fields, including government, healthcare, military, education, economy, and others. All of this is done in order to boost results and facilitate work processes. In the field of economy or trade, IT is utilized to enhance performance and competitiveness with similar companies. This also has a positive impact on profit acquisition and product marketing expansion. E-commerce is one of the advancements in technology and the internet. It is an internet service used for online buying and selling. With e-commerce, many changes have occurred in the process of transactions. Unlike traditional commerce where sellers and buyers meet physically, e-commerce allows them to interact through the internet or communicate via telephone or chat. Trust becomes the main asset in this process. Therefore, the aforementioned issue necessitates the presence of an information system that can be used to search for information on ornamental plant locations. To address this issue, a web-based information system called "Design of Sales Information System for FJS Sticker" has been developed.

Abstract

Culture is formed from many complex elements, including religious, political, customary, linguistic, tool-related, clothing, architectural, and artistic systems. According to the theory proposed by E.B. Taylor, culture is a comprehensive complex that encompasses knowledge, beliefs, art, morality, laws, customs, as well as human learning capabilities and other habits as members of society. Meanwhile, according to Koentjaraningrat, culture is a system of ideas, feelings, actions, and works produced by humans in their communal life. The term "game" refers to "permainan" in the English language. According to Clark C. Abt, a game is an activity involving player decisions, aiming to achieve goals that are "constrained by a specific context" (for example, limited by rules). In a game, there is usually a background that serves as the setting for the game, and for this game development, the author chose the case study of the forest in Sukamenak Village where monkeys frequently come down to the road to search for food, making it a potential tourist attraction and a source of income for the village. However, the lack of awareness about the forest and its history and culture in Sukamenak Village is a challenge.

Abstract

The development of information systems has been rapid and evident in this modern era, with almost all fields of activity utilizing a system to support the quality of life in society. Information systems can be seen as a way out to facilitate the execution of activities and achieve a goal optimally. Information systems consist of three components: humans, information technology, and work procedures that can process, store, analyze, and disseminate information to achieve a goal. A case study in this research is conducted at the Office of Women Empowerment, Children, and Family Planning of Majalengka District. The Office of Women Empowerment, Children, and Family Planning is led by a department head who is under the responsibility of the Regent through the Regional Secretary. Their main duties involve formulating, organizing, nurturing, and evaluating the development and implementation of local policies in the fields of women empowerment, child protection, and family planning, which include strengthening, empowering, and protecting women, improving family quality, protecting and fulfilling children's rights, and providing family planning services.

Abstract

Broiler Chicken Farm is one of the business fields that is required to have good management so that maximum production results can be achieved. The purpose of this research is to find out how management functions are implemented in broiler chicken farms and to find out how production results are after the implementation of management functions in broiler chicken farms. The research location in this study was the location of the plasma farmer AS Putra 2 Cirebon in Bantarjati Village, Kertajati District, Majalengka Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Collecting data by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques go through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The data validation technique used is source triangulation. The results of this study, namely the implementation of management functions on broiler farms at PT AS Putra 2 Cirebon consists of several scopes, namely the scope of PT AS Putra 2 Cirebon, the scope of production, the scope of broiler chicken farms, and the scope of plasma breeder cages. Each scope has implemented management functions properly including Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling. The production results after implementing the management function are very good by obtaining an average production result with a Index Performance (IP) value of 415.5.

Abstract

The implementation of a building construction project consists of several stages of work that must be passed. Implementation of structural work requires methods that can be carried out effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the method of carrying out reinforced concrete structure work for columns, beams, and floor plates in the Majalengka Creative Center Building project. The results of the study are that the implementation method carried out on column, beam and floor plate work on the Majalengka Creative Center building project is in accordance with the planning and refers to the RKS (Work Plan and Requirements) for structural work. The process of carrying out reinforced concrete structure work for columns, beams, and floor slabs briefly includes preparatory work, formwork work, ironing work, casting, and curing of concrete structures.

Abstract

Hijaiyyah (Arabic letters) has been around for centuries, when the Al-Quran was first revealed using hijaiyyah, because the first time the Al-Quran was revealed was in Arabic. The importance of learning Arabic letters because these letters are used in writing the Koran. Muslims are obligated to learn the Koran. Educational games are a type of media that are used to teach, increase user knowledge through unique and interesting media. This type is usually intended for children. Construct 2 is a game creator made by Scirra, which is one of the games that game developers are interested in because construct 2 is easy to use and has many tutorials and templates available. in making this game the author uses the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method because the stages are appropriate. The purpose of this research is to introduce the basic knowledge of Islamic religion, produce games with interactive 2D views and features that are interesting for players, this educational game is to encourage children to be more active in learning.
