Abstract

The design of this smart greenhouse prototype is one of the implementations of artificial intelligence controlled by the Arduino uno microcontroller, which has actuators in the form of lights and pumps and is equipped with DHT22 sensors, Soil Moisture and Temperature Sensors. The method used in making this smart greenhouse prototype is the Prototype method. There are seven stages in the prototype method that guide the process of making robots, namely gathering requirements, building prototypes/prototypes, evaluating prototypes, programming systems, testing systems, evaluating systems, and using the system. The most important stage in making this smart greenhouse prototype is the stage where at this stage testing is carried out on the results of the design and programming of the robot that has been made to prove the robot prototype is in accordance with what is desired or not. The testing process is carried out in tandem with the assembly process and programming process. In the process of assembling and programming the robot prototype, it is done with system errors. Testing with system errors is carried out to get a robot prototype that works optimally.

Abstract

The GGM Building is a circular sports building, has 2 floors with circular columns. Columns are the most important structural part for a building to stand. In accordance with SK SNI T-15-1991-03 what is meant is a building structural component column whose main task is to support axial, compressive and vertical loads. In this report study, the method used for the main column reinforcement work is Free Standing which can be interpreted as a structure that is strong and stands upright. The GGM Building is a high-rise building which of course has a structure that can stand perfectly upright at any height. The type of connection used in column cuttings is a contact lap splice which is a passing connection between two reinforcing bars that touch each other and are tied with concrete wire. SAP2000 software is used to analyze the values ​​of the forces acting on the main structural columns. Based on the results of analysis of the main structural columns using SAP 2000, the load distribution value was obtained, namely 22.81 KN/m with an axial force value of -229.220 KN for column type K1-1. 27.14 KN/m with an axial force value of -272.97 KN for column K1-2 and 31.86 KN/m with an axial force value of -320,150 KN for column K2. Then with manual calculations related to the self-load value of the main structural columns, namely 1,189.56 KN in column K1-1, 1,614.14 KN in column K1-2 and 1,981.11 KN in column K2. Abstract

The implementation of bore pile foundations in the Cirebon Regency – Majalengka Regency – Sumedang Regency Road Preservation Project is one of the avalanche handling work items that aims to strengthen the soil retaining wall structure from the load of the structure on it, the soil retaining wall structure was built because the existing condition had previously collapsed so a new soil retaining wall was planned. The foundation used in the construction of this soil retaining wall is a bore pile foundation. Bore pile foundation is a type of deep foundation whose installation is carried out first by drilling the ground with the diameter of the drilling hole according to the plan using a hydraulic drilling machine until it reaches a predetermined depth, then an assembled steel frame is inserted, and casting is carried out using a concrete mixture. The purpose of this study is to find out the stages of bore pile foundation work in the Avalanche Handling Project from the preparation of tools and materials to the implementation of the work. Knowing how to drill and install bore pile reinforcement. Knowing how bore pile casting works. In the implementation of bore pile work in the Avalanche Handling project of the Sumedang City Boundary Road section of STA 19 + 198, there are several stages, namely preparatory work, drilling work, rebar installation work, and casting work.

Abstract

Beams and Floor Plates are a very important construction structure in a building. In carrying out work on floor slabs and beams, a method is needed to complete the work in the field. Especially when facing obstacles caused by field conditions that do not match previous expectations. For this reason, applying construction implementation methods that are appropriate to field conditions will be very helpful in the process of completing construction projects. Research on the construction method for the beam and floor slab construction was carried out at the Majalengka Young Generation Center construction. The casting method for the beams and floor slabs is conventional using ready mix concrete with a slump test value of 12 ± 2. From the results of the research on the construction implementation method for the Majalengka Young Generation Arena, it was found that: beam and floor plate work includes, preparatory work includes measuring work, scaffolding installation and formwork installation, then there is reinforcement/reinforcing work, namely steel fabrication in the project area, then there is work Casting the beams and floor plates using a tower crane. Next, maintenance work is carried out on the concrete mixture during the drying process, namely by watering according to regulations.

Abstract

This practical work report explains the process of making the Bracket Pipe Main P/Side 844A7-17000part using a stamping press machine and operating procedures for the stamping press machine at PT Persada Selaras Indonesia. The aim is to find out directly the process of making the Bracket Pipe Main P/Side 844A7-17000 part, and to know how to operate the stamping press machine. The process of making the Bracket Pipe Main P/Side 844A7-17000 consists of several stages starting from checking the material using SPHC-PO, checking the product design, the Stamping Press process with four stages of the production process (blanking, bending 1 and forming, bending 2 and restrike, & Piercing). Apart from that, this report discusses how to operate a stamping press machine starting from the machine inspection stage to setting up the stamping press machine. Through this practical work report, it is hoped that readers will gain insight into the process of making the Bracket Pipe Main P/Side 844A7-17000 and the company's contribution to maintaining product quality.

Abstract

Pada era saat inisemua aktivitas manusia telah banyak bergantung dan dimudahkan dengan adanya teknelogi modern. Contohnya di PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Sudah menggunakan teknelogi modern agar proses produksi semen menjadi lebih cepat. Proses pembuatan semen di mulai dari penambangan bahan baku hingga sampai ke pengemasan. Maka dari itu dengan seiring kemajuan teknelogi modern di PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Juga dilengkapi dengan teknelogi canggih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mencegah terjadinya reaksi reversible senyawa C3S yang telah terbentuk dan menghemat sumber daya dalam melakukan proses pembuatan semen. Dalam penelitian ini ada beberapa metode dengan tahapan penelitian yang didalamnya terdapat observasi, studi literatur, system kerja grate cooler, efisiensi klinker, dan yang terakhir kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu proses mendinginkan klinker secara cepat dengan sumber pendingin berupa cooling fan dan pembawa klinker berupa grate yang terhubung dengan running/ carrying axle sebagai penggerak grate tersebut agar dapat melewati seluruh kompartemen (chamber). Umumnya pendingin klinker tersebut berkisar dari temperatur 1450°C hingga mencapai temperature sekitar 120°C agar klinker mudah untuk diproses pada tahapan selanjutnya yaitu pada cement mill dan sebagai upaya untuk mencegah kerusakan alat dari suhu yang terlalu tinggi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK One of the important structures in the maritime industry, the pierhead construction used for various functions such as loading and unloading ships, stackinggoods, and other logistics activities. Hence, the construction of the pierhead requires careful planning and execution to ensure that the structure is strong, safe, and complies with safety standards and regulations applicable. The aim of carrying out this practical work is to know what is the process and method for implementing pierhead work on the project construction of the Cikeruh bridge on the Ciborelang highway, Jatiwangi District Majalengka Regency, know what tools and materials are used in carrying out pierhead work and how to care for the concrete. In the method of carrying out pierhead work there are eight stages work includes Preparatory Work, ringlock installation, Installation of working floors, concrete work, installation of formwork, pierhead casting, formwork dismantling and concrete maintenance. As for the tools used in carrying out the work Pierheads include: excavators, dump trucks, truck mixers, concrete pumps, pipes tremi, concrete vibrator, air compressor, wood cutting tool, crane, generator generator, hand tools, hand saws, wire cutters and electric drills. Meanwhile, the materials used in carrying out pierhead work namely using FC'40 concrete, reinforcing steel, 3x3 angle cast stop, ringlock, concrete decking, plywood coated with 1 side polyfilm (12 mm and 9 mm thick), profile steel or holow and wood (size 5/7 and 4/6), scaffolding, formwork oil andtie road.

Abstract

This practical work report describes the process of making part bracket finish panel mounting type d74 using PUX 100 stamping press machine and the operating procedures of stamping press machine at PT Persada Selaras Indoensia. The aim is to know directly during the process of making part bracket finish panel mounting type d74, and to know how to operate the stamping press machine. The manufacturing process of bracket finish panel mounting type d74 consists of several stages starting from material checking using SPC440, product design checking, Stamping Press process with four stages of production process (blanking, forming, bending, & Pierching). In addition, this report discusses how to operate the stamping press starting from the machine inspection stage to the stamping press machine setting. Through this practical work report, it is hoped that readers can gain insight into the process of making bracket finish panel mounting type d74 parts and the company's contribution in maintaining product quality. Abstract

AbstractPersada Selaras Indonesia is a company operating in the field of stamping and die sheet metal in Majalengka Regency. One of the products produced at PT. Persada Selaras Indonesia is part of the Brake Pedal Stopper Bracket. In the process of making Brake Pedal Stopper Bracket Parts using SAPH-440 material using a Press Stamping Machine with a capacity of 110 Tons through the Dies selection process for the Blanking, Bending (1 + 2), and Pierching processes. Researchers used the observation method to determine the process of the Brake Pedal Stopper Bracket Part. The Brake Pedal Stopper Bracket Part is one of the components contained in the brake pedal of the Hyundai Creta vehicle which is produced at PT. Persada Aligned Indonesia. The process of making Brake Pedal Stopper Bracket Parts is divided into several parts, namely the Planing process, Shearing, Blanking Process, Bending Process (1 + 2), Pierching Process, and Quality Control Process. Abstract

In the current digital era, e-commerce has become one of the main pillars of global trade. With the ever-increasing amount of transaction and user activity data, e-commerce companies are faced with the challenge of understanding and managing diverse customer segments more effectively. This paper discusses the application of clustering algorithms for e-commerce customer segmentation based on purchasing data and user activity. The aim of this research is to identify homogeneous customer groups to support more targeted marketing strategies and increase customer retention. The problem faced is how to process big data originating from user transactions and activities on e-commerce platforms, as well as how to identify patterns that are useful for customer segmentation. The data used in this research includes purchase history, frequency of visits, length of time spent on the site, and interactions with certain products. The solution method applied in this research is the clustering algorithm, especially K-Means and DBSCAN. K-Means is used to group data into a predetermined number of clusters based on the Euclidean distance between data points. Meanwhile, DBSCAN is used to identify clusters with high density and separate data that is considered noise or outliers. Data preprocessing is carried out to clean and normalize the data before being applied to the clustering algorithm. Validation of clustering results is carried out using metrics such as Silhouette Score and Davies-Bouldin Index. The research results show that by applying the clustering algorithm, customers can be grouped into several segments that have similar characteristics. For example, we found groups of customers with high purchase frequency but low transaction value, as well as other groups with high transaction value but low purchase frequency. This information is very useful for companies to design more effective marketing strategies, such as special offers for customers with high transaction values ​​or loyalty programs for customers with high purchasing frequency. The conclusion of this research is that clustering algorithms can be a very effective tool in e-commerce customer segmentation, allowing companies to understand customer behavior patterns and develop more targeted and effective marketing strategies. Thus, implementing this method is expected to improve business performance and overall customer satisfaction.
