Abstract

Building a dam sluice certainly requires a long time and process. The process starts from the dewatering stage to the construction of the sluice gate building and then the maintenance stage. In the shelter or door house there are building components, one of which is the dak. The method of implementation of the work of making dak shelter sluice gate is in the form of preparatory work which includes the planning stage, cleaning work, measurement work, mobilization of tools and materials and scaffolding installation work, formwork work, drilling work, casting work, maintenance and finishing work in the form of formwork dismantling work. The materials used in the implementation of the sluice gate shelter dak work are concrete type K175 or f'c 14.5 Mpa, by using D13 and D16 fin reinforcement iron with each reinforcement distance of 200 mm. In the implementation of practical work, the maintenance of concrete after casting is carried out by direct watering which is carried out in 2 ways, namely direct watering with a water pump assisted by a hose / pipe and direct watering with a bucket.

Abstract

Dunia industri dan konstruksi baja pada saat ini telah mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat, dimana meningkatnya permintaan dari berbagai pihak yang menginginkan adanya kemajuan dalam infrastruktur di indonesia. pt. wijaya karya kontruksi, adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang fabrikasi baja. yang terletak di majalengka, contoh produk yang dibuat seperti ; struktur bangunan gedung, jembatan, kilang minyak dan lainnya. pada sebuah contoh kasus pembangunan proyek stasiun halim (kcic), terdapat beberapa proyek yang dikerjakan di pt. wika industri & konstruksi majalengka, beberapa komponen dasar bangunan proyek stasiun halim (kcic) ; colomn bottom, column mind, colomn top, rafter-box, colomn twist, beam, rafter-box adalah bagian dari strucktur bangunan pada penerapan, setasiun halim atau lebih dekenal sebagai kuda-kuda. yang berfungsi untuk mendukung beban atap termasuk juga beratnya sendiri dan sekaligus dapat memberikan bentuk pada atapnya. pada proses pembuatan rafterbok diperlukan beberapa tahapan fabrikasi . cutting, fit up, weld, finishing

Abstract

The research is aimed at implementing the Neural Network algorithm in predicting stock prices using RapidMiner. Historical stock price data is analyzed to train neural network models in identifying patterns and trends that can be used to predict future stock prices. The research phases include data collection, data preprocessing, Neural Network model development, model training, and model performance evaluation. Data used include daily closing prices, trade volumes, and other technical indicators. The data is processed through several stages of preprocesing, including normalization and filling of missing values, before being used to train Neural network models. The model was built with several layers and the number of neurons adjusted based on early experiments to find the optimal configuration. Models are trained using datasets that are divided into training sets and testing sets. The predicted result is compared to the actual value to evaluate the performance of the model. The results showed that the Neural Network model was able to predict stock prices with a fairly high accuracy rate, with an RMSE of 0.989 indicating a low prediction error rate. The research concludes that the Neural Network algorithm implemented in RapidMiner is effective in predicting stock prices and has significant potential to be used in investment decision-making. The use of RapidMiner as a data processing tool has proven to be efficient and facilitating the development and evaluation of predictive models. Abstract

Construction work is divided into different scopes of work, including structural, architectural, MEP and others. The structure is a means that functions to distribute live loads and dead loads into the ground. One part of the structure is the foundation which is a part of the building construction whose task is to place and transmit the load of the upper part of the building to the subgrade. The selection of the type of foundation structure is carried out by taking into account the condition of the soil, the limitations imposed by the structure above it, the limitations of the surrounding environment, the cost and time of carrying out the work. For example, the Majalengka District Attorney's building construction project uses a Strauss Pile foundation as the lower. Strauss foundation is a type of foundation that is used to carry loads when hard soil that has a strong bearing capacity is located very deep from the ground surface. In this project, the implementation of the Strauss Pile work refers to the provisions that must have the ASTM D 1143-81 standard regarding static compressive loading, using concrete quality K300 and reinforcing steel Ø ≥ 10 BJTD 40 and Ø≤ 10 BJTP 24. The work process starts from a series of works Preparation includes administrative equipment, land clearing and measurements, then carrying out work starting from drilling using a mini crane auger to casting, and finally testing as a technical report.

Abstract

Majalengka-Rajagaluh road is a road located in several sub-districts which is a link to the city and also one of the connecting roads to Cirebon City. This design planning starts in Cigasong sub-district and continues to Rajagaluh sub-district with the length of Majalengka-Rajagaluh road is 5.3 kilometers. The geometric design results are visualized in the form of drawings using AutoCAD 2D. The design speed (Vd) was set at 60 km/h with a horizontal curve radius of 358 m, a maximum slope of 4%, and an elevation (e max) of 8%. Based on these design criteria, a spiral curve with a circular curve length (Lc) of 74.996 m was obtained. Furthermore, the results of the vertical alignment calculation of the length (L) of one type of convex curve in PPV were also calculated.

Abstract

Thumb Screws are multi-purpose fasteners designed to be tightened and loosened by hand. They are primarily used to secure cable panel covers, safety covers, battery compartments, and other parts or components that may need to be removed and reinstalled frequently. The screw system is known and has been used by humans for several centuries. The aim of creating this screw system is basically to find an easy way to combine or connect two components so that this combination becomes a single unit that is useful in accordance with its function. The Thumb Screw manufacturing process uses a CNC lathe and conventional tapping. A CNC lathe is used to make the Thumb Screw using Alumunion copper alloy series 2000 material in the form of a long pipe with a length of 26.50 mm and a diameter of 15.20 mm and a tap is used to make the thread hole. Then measure the material dimensions again as the final finishing stage

Abstract

ABSTRACT The shoe industry in Indonesia has great potential to compete in the global market, producing high-quality products that are in demand by international consumers. In 2018, the industry produced 1.41 billion pairs of shoes, accounting for 4.6% of the world's shoe needs, making Indonesia the fourth largest shoe producer in the world. However, challenges remain, including the Termination of Employment Relationships which raises concerns among the public and investors. The government seeks to provide positive information about investment and labor absorption. One of the innovations in this industry is the use of a phylon injection machine, which is able to produce the bottom of the shoe with high precision and efficiency. This production process involves advanced technology and the use of special materials such as phylon, which has advantages in elasticity, durability, and comfort. This research method includes observation, literature study, field practice, and data analysis. The results of the study show that the use of a phylon injection machine can improve the production efficiency and quality of shoe products. The conclusion of this study is that innovation and technology in the Indonesian shoe industry can strengthen global competitiveness and make a positive contribution to the economy.

Abstract

Abstract The Modernization of the Rentang Irrigation Project in Indramayu Regency plays a strategic role in supporting food security and agricultural sector development. The use of heavy equipment is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of irrigation work. This study aims to identify the heavy equipment used, the productivity of the heavy equipment, the duration of the activity cycles, and the estimated costs of operating the heavy equipment in the Rentang Irrigation Modernization Project. The research was conducted through direct field observations to collect data on the time required by each piece of heavy equipment during soil reclamation work. This data was then used to calculate the productivity of the heavy equipment. The results showed that the production capacity of the Kubota U50 Excavator is 27.79 m3/hour. The required working duration for the Excavator is 154.23 hours, with an estimated operational cost of Rp. 267,541,273. The production capacity of the Dump Truck is 5.45 m3/hour, with a required working duration of 147.73 hours and an estimated operational cost of Rp. 568,013,231. The production capacity of the Vibro Roller is 63.56 m3/hour, with a required working duration of 337.14 hours and an estimated operational cost of Rp. 112,817,843.

Abstract

In the modern era, face recognition is one of the important technologies used in various security and data analysis applications. This paper aims to use Python to implement the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm to detect gender and age through face recognition. The main problem faced is the accuracy in classifying gender and estimating age from various facial images with lighting, pose, and expression. This study uses various steps to collect facial data, use image processing techniques to extract features, and use the KNN algorithm for classification. The results show that applying KNN can detect gender and age from faces with sufficient accuracy, although there are some problems with extreme lighting and pose conditions. These findings indicate that the KNN algorithm can be used in facial recognition applications to detect gender and age. By fixing parameters and improving data quality, further improvements can be achieved.

Abstract

Advances in welding technology are very helpful in making, repairing or repairing chassis jobs that have a high level of difficulty and requirements. Especially in the chassis, many welding elements are involved because welded joints have an important role to support the body, engine, and vehicle load. In practical work at CV. Pringgandani Welding Analysis Comparing the Strength of Welding Results of Single Electrode Core Wire and Double Electrode Core Wire (Filler Rod) Using SMAW welding which is carried out for chassis welding which is claimed by mechanics in welding with a depth and width of more than 5 mm, it is better to use double electrode core wire which can speed up and strengthen the weld. Then a test is carried out to prove the results of the Single Wire Electrode Core and Double Electrode Core Wire (Filler Rod) welds which are stronger and faster in the process. By testing the weld results on an iron plate with dimensions of 250 mm x 50 mm x 10 mm, the welding process uses the SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) welding method. Using an E6013 type electrode with a diameter of 2 mm with a current of 90 A, polarity DCEP (Direct Current Electrode Positive) The welding position used is the 1G position or horizontal position with the welding process using a single v-groove bevel butt joint and an angle of 60o with a weld width of 10 mm and a weld depth of 8 mm. The plate samples used were two samples. In sample 1 using a single wire core electrode, and sample 2 using a double wire core electrode. All samples were made of tensile test specimens with the ASME-IX standard, a tensile test was carried out to determine and prove the respective strengths of the welding results of Single Wire Core Electrode and Double Wire Core Electrode (Filler Rod).
