AISTHETIKOS Jurnal Ilmu Teologi dan Seni merupakan Jurnal yang dipublikasikan ole PT. Giat Konseling Nusantara, Jurnal ini bekerjasama dengan Asosiasi Poimenika Indonesia (APIN). AISTHETIKOS adalah jurnal akademik yang didedikasikan bagi kajian-kajian ilmiah di bidang teologi dan seni, baik dalam aspek teori, praktik, maupun refleksi iman. Nama "AISTHETIKOS" berasal dari akar kata Yunani aisthesis yang berarti persepsi atau pengalaman estetis, yang dalam konteks jurnal ini menekankan keterkaitan erat antara Teologi, Iman, Keindahan, dan Ekspresi Artistik. Jurnal ini bertujuan sebagai forum intelektual yang mempertemukan para teolog, seniman, akademisi, dan praktisi kreatif yang tertarik mengeksplorasi titik temu antara teologi sebagai refleksi iman dan seni sebagai ekspresi pengalaman spiritual. AISTHETIKOS Jurnal Ilmu Teologi dan Seni melakukan penerbitan artikel pada pada bulan APRIL dan OKTOBER setiap tahun berjalan. AISTHETIKOS Jurnal Ilmu Teologi dan Seni menerima artikel orisinal, esai ilmiah, studi kasus, refleksi teologis, dan kajian kritis yang mencakup tetapi tidak terbatas pada tema-tema berikut: 1. Teologi Estetika Konsep keindahan dalam iman Kristen Teologi keindahan dan keagungan ilahi Estetika dalam pemikiran teologi klasik dan kontemporer Filsafat seni dan kontribusinya dalam pemikiran teologi 2. Abstract

The Christian family is theologically understood as the Ecclesia Domestica (house church), an ideal "covenant community." However, in the pastoral reality at the GMIM Imanuel Toraget congregation, some families fail to achieve this ideal and fall into the condition of Oikia Meristhe (a divided household), a phenomenon proven to have no direct correlation with socio-economic status. This research analyzes this phenomenon from a Pneumatological theology perspective, using a descriptive qualitative method and library research with a biblical and systematic theology approach. The analysis indicates that the theological root of Oikia Meristhe is not external factors, but rather the unsubdued "ego" and "idolatry of the heart," which are manifestations of the "works of the flesh" (sarx). Conversely, the Ecclesia Domestica is actualized through participation in the nature of Christ (the Second Person of the Trinity), facilitated by the means of grace. This study concludes that the Holy Spirit (the Third Person of the Trinity) is the determinant divine Agent in this dynamic. The Holy Spirit actively works to prevent Oikia Meristhe by applying the death of Christ to "put to death" the ego (mortification of the sarx), and simultaneously actualizes the Ecclesia Domestica by applying the resurrection life of Christ, which produces the "Fruit of the Spirit" and empowers spiritual disciplines (such as family worship). Family wholeness in Toraget, therefore, is not a sociological or economic achievement, but a supernatural work of the Holy Spirit within a Trinitarian framework.

Abstract

Diaconal service is one of the essential callings of the church, yet in practice, it often gets trapped in a charitable model that is reactive, sporadic, and unsustainable. Consequently, such service fails to produce genuine social transformation for its recipients. This article demonstrates that to revitalize diaconal ministry, the church requires a new paradigm that integrates the spirituality of servant leadership with the discipline of strategic management. Servant leadership provides the theological foundation, vision, and ethical motivation centered on the serving example of Christ. Meanwhile, strategic management offers a practical framework, encompassing planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating, to ensure that the vision is executed effectively, efficiently, and accountably. Through a qualitative approach using the literature study method, the author analyzes and synthesizes these two concepts to construct a transformative diaconia model. The result is a holistic paradigm where spirituality and strategy work synergistically, guiding the church to move from merely providing momentary assistance toward planned and long-term impactful community empowerment.

Abstract

The ecclesiastical paradigm that measuresspirituality by the quantity of participation in ministry forces congregations toengage in “spiritual activism”. Paradoxically, despite efforts toseek external social validation, the internal quality of Oikosis neglected or replaced. With these limitations in mind, this article attempts to critique this phenomenon through a qualitative literature study with a contextual theological lens. The study confirms that this activism is a distortion of the meaning ofministry, whereby families act as ‘victims’ for the sake of institutional performance. As an alternative and solution, a theological reorientation is neededthat centres the family as the leader in faith formation.The function of the church as Ekklesia must move from the centre ofactivity to the centre of equipping that leads to spiritual life in thehome. The goal is to create authentic utilisation born inhealthy families, and the congregation can glorify God.

Abstract

This qualitative case study analyzes the correlation between inner wounds (trauma) and the phenomenon of recurrent possession in the GMIM Elim Papakelan congregation. Possession treated solely by ritual deliverance often recurs. Findings indicate that pathological possession is an extreme manifestation of psychological stress due to inner wounds, which create a primary spiritual vulnerability gap and trigger extreme dissociation (consistent with DTD/Dissociative Theory: Spiegel et al., 2013). Empirical data (Case of Mother LR) demonstrates the failure of deliverance intervention without addressing the inner wound. Collective fear is identified as a secondary trigger. The study concludes that case management requires an Integrative Pastoral Counseling Model mandating Inner Healing rooted in Reformed theology of forgiveness to restore the subject's wholeness and permanently close the vulnerability gap. This model also corrects the erroneous monosemantic view that solely scapegoats the devil for psychological issues.

Abstract

Congregational growth in a church is the desire of every congregational leader. A church must be strong in its ministry, but also in its organizational capacity. Therefore, a church must have a strong management foundation and sufficient knowledge to ensure its effective management. Planning, as a fundamental management function, influences the implementation of programs designed to support its ministry. The Minahasa Protestant Church (Kerjap) is a local church in North Sulawesi with a distinctive characteristic: its adherence to a congregational church governance system. This system of governance allows each congregation (as the congregation is called) the freedom to contribute directly to planning, both long-term and short-term. The KGPM's unique approach to planning precedes evaluation, ensuring the church's planning program is continually updated annually.
