Abstract

Education encompasses more than just learning, while learning is an integral element of it. Simply said, education is an intentional and conscious endeavor to mature through the transmission of ideals to students. Management of educational facilities and infrastructure can be defined as the process of successfully and efficiently utilizing all educational facilities and infrastructure. Educational facility and infrastructure management is responsible for managing and maintaining educational facilities and infrastructure in order for them to contribute maximally to the educational process. The purpose of educational facility and infrastructure management is to plan a thought process.

Abstract

Education is very important for all human beings. Education can be successful if there is good management and good management. The role of educational management is very important in an educational institution. Management is basically not a new thing in human life, as well as in a management education is very necessary. Educational management can cover various things, one of which is in financial management. Because, with good financial management in institutions will increase the efficiency of education so that the achievement of educational goals will soon be realized. The purpose of this research is to collect or analyze articles related to Educational Financial Management. The method used is the review article. The results of this study indicate that financial management in an educational institution has an important role in the advancement of education.

Abstract

The provision of financing requires a good and thorough analysis to prevent risks from the financing provided. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the 5C + 1S principle on murābahah financing in terms of saddu dzari'ah. This research is a field research, with the type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis which consists of 3 (three) flow of activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, verification/conclusion. It is known that in analyzing the feasibility of a prospective customer, the parties carry out several processes, before the prospective customer gets financing. The obstacle faced is that in its implementation in the field there are several things so that the use of 5C + 1S in the analysis of financing provision cannot be carried out optimally, this is because when assessing the feasibility of prospective financing customers, especially in exploring the character of prospective customers which when analyzed is very good, but in the middle of the trip, starting to look less good, so the ability to pay obligations is not smooth

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Al-Hidayah Middle School Foundation, Medan Tembung, this type of research is a qualitative research. The approach in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. As informants in this study were principals, vice principals, teachers, staff and students. Collecting data using the method of Observation, Interview and Documentation. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The purpose of this research. 1) knowing how to plan, 2) organizing, 3) implementing, 4) supervising and constraining the principal's management process in improving student achievement at the Al-Hidayah Middle School Foundation, Medan Tembung. The results showed that: the implementation of the principal's management function in improving student achievement at the Al-Hidayah Middle School Foundation, Medan Tembung, was to use planning, organizing, actuating, controlling (POAC). The planning made by the principal is divided into two, namely: planning for students from making lesson plans and extracurricular activities. While planning for teachers to make coaching and guidance. Then the organization carried out by the principal is to create all stakeholders into one good forum. Then the principal implements or moves a good container. Then the principal implements or moves the test container to work together in building the school's vision, mission and goals. While the last is how the principal evaluates and assesses the entire program implemented.

Abstract

Regional Leadership Council Dikdasmen Muhammadiyah (PDM), Sidoarjo in quantity supervises approximately 32 elementary and middle schools. Of the many schools that can be categorized as qualited school (superior), there is no doubt it can be counted on the fingers and in the urban area or housing, From the background above, can be formulated in some problem which will be found the answer through this research, namely : How does the role of PDM Dikdasmen Assembly Sidoarjo period of 2005-2010 on improve education standards Muhammadiyah schools in Sidoarjo, response and hope Muhammadiyah schools associated with the role of PDM Sidoarjo Dikdasmen Assembly and what factors are to be supporting and inhibiting the Assembly Dikdasmen PDM Sidoarjo in improving education standards Muhammadiyah schools in the district. Sidoarjo. This research is qualitative, that is an approach to research that produces descriptive data in the form of written data / oral of people and behaviors that can be observed. The results of this study demonstrate the role of assembly-related increase in the standard of education in schools is still quite minimal, both in the program of activities and intensity of activities undertaken. Responses related to the school board's role in improving educational standards in schools, most provide an assessment is even likely still minimal. While the expectations conveyed by the school big enough for assembly further improve its performance in accordance with the functions and roles, improving education standards by a panel of Sidoarjo Dikdasmen PDM has several contributing factors as well as inhibiting factors. Among the supporting factors (1) assembly Dikdasmen PDM Sidoarjo managed by people who are professionals in the field of education, (2) assembly has a fairly harmonious relationship with the education office in Sidoarjo, (3) the existence of excellent schools that can be utilized by the council to help provide guidance. The inhibiting factors, including (1) personal busyness each assembly, (2) the large number of schools is the responsibility of the assembly and spread throughout the district of Sidoarjo (3) lack of budget funds that are owned by the council.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the humanistic psychology approach to the learning motivation of junior high school students in Widodaren in science subjects. This study uses quantitative research methods with Non Equivalent Control Group Design research using two class groups with different treatments. The first class group uses a humanism approach and for the second class group does not use a humanism approach in learning. The instruments used are questionnaires and checklists. Collection techniques data through questionnaires and observations. Hypothesis testing using t-test. The results obtained are that there is a relationship between the humanistic psychology approach to the learning motivation of students. This can be seen from the increase in motivation scores in the experimental class, where the initial score obtained a score of 2434 and the final score of 2547. From the results of these differences, there is a difference in score difference of 113 or 4.64%. When compared with the final motivation score in the control class, the experimental class has a higher final motivation score with a score of 2547 while the control class is 2348. The difference in scores between the experimental class and control class on the final motivation score is 199 or 8 ,48%. Then to strengthen the analysis, a t-test calculation was carried out in the experimental class. t-test with the acquisition of a t-count value of -6.627 where the t-count value is smaller than the t-table of -2.045, indicating that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means " There is a relationship between the humanistic psychology approach to the learning motivation of students.

Abstract

Success in education can be measured from various aspects. Starting from the quality of students, the quality of educators, the atmosphere of the school environment, to the school administration system, and teacher professionals. However, the main factor that most influences the dynamics of education in schools is the management of the principal who is responsible for the running of an education. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to find out: 1) Principal Management at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ngawi, 2) Teacher professionalism at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ngawi, 3) Principal management in improving teacher professionalism at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ngawi. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. While the data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis process uses interactive analysis and checks the validity of the data by using observation and triangulation persistence. The results of this study were obtained, namely: (1) the principal as a leader has a fairly good ability to improve teacher professional competence, both in terms of educating and procedures for developing abilities and other matters related to education. (2) Teachers of SMP Muhammadyah 3 Ngawi are sufficient to have mature and developed personalities as seen from the success of teachers in delivering learning to students, teachers who are able to develop syllabus and learning systems, as well as monitoring and supervision on a regular and ongoing basis. (3) Principal management in improving teacher professionalism at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ngawi, namely: Principals provide guidance to teachers so that the quality of quality education becomes a benchmark for development in education.
