Abstract

ABSTRACT:Improving the quality of education becomes very important nowadays to meet the increasing demands of graduates’ future institutions. This research adopts five dimensions of service quality initiated by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (servqual) to assess the quality of academic services affecting student satisfaction. Once the determinants are known, they can be used by policy makers to improve student satisfaction levels. After identifying the determinant factors, policy makers can use them to improve the level of satisfaction of students. There are 100 respondents who participated in this research. The data was collected using surveys and analyzed using structural equation modeling with Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that among five hypotheses tested, all variables have the positive influence, however, there are two latent variables which have significant associations, while the others have not. Responsiveness and empathy have positive and significant impact on the student satisfaction, while tangible, reliability and assurance have a positive impact but not significant. Keywords: customs student satisfaction, service quality, servqual, SEM.ABSTRAK:Meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan menjadi sangat penting dewasa ini untuk memenuhi tuntutan kebutuhan unit pengguna yang semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini mengadopsi lima dimensi kualitas jasa yang digagas oleh Parasuraman, Zeithaml dan Berry (Servqual) untuk menilai kualitas layanan akademik yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa. Setelah faktor-faktor penentu dari dimensi servqual dapat diketahui maka faktor-faktor tersebut dapat digunakan oleh pembuat kebijakan untuk meningkatkan tingkat kualitas layanan kepada mahasiswa. Ada 100 responden di pilih secara acak dari total populasi yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan survei online dan dianalisis dengan pemodelan persamaan struktural dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari kelima dimensi servqual, semua variabel memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, namun dari lima variabel tersebut hanya dua variabel laten yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan, sementara tiga variabel yang lain tidak signifikan. Daya tanggap dan empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa, sedangkan bukti fisik, keandalan dan jaminan memiliki dampak positif namun tidak signifikan.Kata Kunci: kepuasan, Mahasiswa Bea dan Cukai, kualitas layanan, Servqual, SEM

Abstract

ABSTRACT:      Indonesia's exports in 2012-2015 experienced a downward trend, mainly influenced by the decline in export value of oil and gas sector. Therefore, the government is making efforts to encourage the increase of exports from the non-oil and gas sector by providing fiscal facilities in the form of export ease for import (KITE) for the import of raw materials and auxiliary materials. This study aims to provide empirical evidence related to the relationship between KITE facility value, KITE policy change, import value, and currency exchange value to KITE export value. This research uses the quantitative method of associative, multiple regression data analysis technique using secondary time series data of 45 companies that have obtained KITE facility from DJBC from January 2013 until October 2016. Research result indicates that KITE facility and exchange rate give positive and significant influence to export value of KITE, while import value gives negative and significant influence to KITE export value. In addition, KITE policy issued in 2013 has the positive but not significant effect to an export value of KITE.Keywords: KITE facility, KITE export, and KITE policy.ABSTRAK:      Ekspor Indonesia tahun 2012-2015 mengalami tren penurunan terutama dipengaruhi oleh menurunnya nilai ekspor sektor migas. Oleh karena itu pemerintah melakukan upaya mendorong peningkatan ekspor dari sektor non-migas dengan memberikan fasilitas fiskal berupa kemudahan ekspor untuk tujuan impor (KITE) untuk impor bahan baku dan bahan penolong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris terkait hubungan antara nilai fasilitas KITE, perubahan kebijakan KITE, nilai impor, dan nilai kurs mata uang terhadap nilai ekspor KITE. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif, teknik analisis data regresi berganda dengan menggunakan data sekunder time series 45 perusahaan yang telah memperoleh fasilitas KITE dari DJBC mulai Januari 2013 sampai dengan Oktober 2016. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa fasilitas KITE dan nilai kurs memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai ekspor KITE, sedangkan nilai impor memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai ekspor KITE, sementara kebijakan KITE yang dikeluarkan pada tahun 2013 berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap nilai ekspor KITE.Kata kunci: fasilitas KITE, Nilai Impor, kebijakan KITE, nilai ekspor KITE

Abstract

ABSTRACT:  This research was conducted to explain the modus operandi of NPP criminals who sent NPP through Tanjung Priok port and how to conduct the action to uncover the drug network. This research uses qualitative research method using data analysis of NPP catches in 2013 until 2016 and data of interview result of selected informants to give comprehensive explanation related to strategy and effort of KPU BC Tanjung Priok officers who succeeded in thwarting smuggling 1,3 tons of narcotics in 2016. The results of this study show that to uncover the smuggling mode through seaports, KPU BC Tanjung Priok Officers study trafficking trends that occur nationally, conduct profiling of country of origin of goods and recipients, type of goods and time of importation, and analyze the modus operandi that might be used. Once it is known who is the recipient of goods through CD activities, the real drug kingpin can be revealed.Keywords: reveal, modus operandi, narcotics, controled deliveryABSTRAK:  Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan modus operandi pelaku kejahatan Narkotika Psikotropika dan Prekursor (NPP) yang melakukan penyelundupan NPP melalui pelabuhan Tanjung Priok dan cara melakukan penindakan guna mengungkap jaringan narkoba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitan kualitatif mengunakan analisis data hasil tangkapan NPP tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2016 dan data hasil wawancara para informan terpilih agar memberikan penjelasan yang komprehensif terkait strategi dan usaha Petugas Kantor Pelayanan Utama Bea dan Cukai (KPU BC) Tanjung Priok yang berhasil menggagalkan upaya penyelundupan narkotika 1,3 ton pada tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk mengungkap modus penyelundupan melalui pelabuhan laut, Petugas KPU BC Tanjung Priok memelajari tren penyelundupan yang terjadi secara nasional, melakukan profiling negara asal barang dan penerimanya, jenis barang dan waktu importasi serta menganalisis modus operandi  yang mungkin digunakan. Setelah diketahui siapa penerima barang melalui kegiatan CD dapat diungkap Gembong narkoba sesungguhnya. Kata kunci: mengungkap, modus operandi, narkotika, mengontrol pengiriman

Abstract

The research aimed to investigate the influence of E-WOM, E-Trust, and E-Service on purchase decisions among active users of the TikTokShop marketplace in West Jakarta. These variables were chosen due to their critical roles in shaping consumer behavior and influencing purchasing decisions in online market contexts. E-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) reflects the power of recommendations and reviews from peers and online communities, which are crucial factors in modern consumer decision-making processes. E-Trust (Electronic Trust) is fundamental in establishing and maintaining relationships between consumers and online platforms, influencing user confidence in the platform's reliability, security, and credibility. E-Service (Electronic Service) directly impacts user experience and satisfaction within online marketplaces, as the quality of service provided significantly influences consumer perceptions and purchasing decisions. By examining the dynamics of E-WOM, E-Trust, and E-Service within the TikTokShop market context, the research aims to provide insights that can inform strategies to enhance user engagement, trust, and ultimately drive purchase decisions on the platform.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang peranan jamaa’ah tahlil di Desa murtirejo, dalampengembangan masyarakat. Jama’ah tahlil merupaka sekumpulan orang yang berdoa secarabersama-sama dengan membaca bacaan-bacaan kalimat tahlil, dzikir, serta bacaan ayat al-Qur’a.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengetahui bagaimana peranan jama’ah tahlilsebagai institusi mediasi terutama dalam pengembangan masyarakat. Jening penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kulaitatif deskriptif. Subyek yang dijadikan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus dan para nggota jama’ah tahlil, dan untuk obyeknyaadalah peran jam’ah tahlil sebagai institusi mediasi pengembanan masyarakat, untuk metodepengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jama’ah tahlil di desa Murtirejo kecamatan kebumen kabupaten kebumen telah memainkan peran sebagai institusi mediasi bagi pengembangan masyarakat, karenainstitusi ini bisa menjembatani anatara kepentingan-kepentingan privat dan kepentingan publicmereka. Bahkan lebih dari itu, jama’ah tahlil juga bisa menjadi mitra pemerintah, khususnya pemerintah desa dalam mensukseskan program-program pembangunan yang sudah di tergetkan.

Abstract

The development of information and marketing technology in an effort to increase purchasing interest in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products is important to implement. This research aims to confirm the effectiveness of the synergy between content marketing strategies and Mie Lidi Nyonyah Cetar product quality by adding purchase interest as a mediating variable within the framework of the Hierarchy of Effect theory. This model describes the stages that consumers go through from initial awareness to purchase action, and can provide valuable insight into the effectiveness of Mie Lidi Nyonyah Cetar's marketing strategy. The research used descriptive methods and quantitative analysis through a questionnaire survey of 140 active digital audience respondents on Instagram and WhatsApp. Data analysis in this research used SEM (Structural Equation Model) using the LISREL 8.8 program. The research results show that content marketing and product quality have a direct negative and insignificant influence on purchasing decisions. Purchase interest has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Content marketing and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest. Content marketing and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through purchase interest. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the content marketing and product quality of Mie Lidi Nyonyah Cetar have been able to prove the Hierarchy of Effect Theory with purchase interest as the key factor that connects consumer knowledge about the product (cognitive) with purchasing actions (conative).

Abstract

Principals as leaders have a very important role in maintaining the quality of education in schools. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the learning process in schools so that the quality of education in schools has decreased. For this reason, school principals must have the right role and strategy to maintain the quality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to find out the role and strategies carried out by the principal of SDIT Al-Jabar Sragen in maintaining the quality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative explanatory, namely digging information using structured interviews with the principal as a resource person. Information analysis used in this research is data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that; 1). The principal's role is as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. 2). in ensuring the quality of education is done through 3 main things, namely a). development of Learning Management System, b). LMS usage training, c). online teacher performance assessment. 3). The strategies carried out by the head of SDIT Al-Jabar Sragen in improving the quality of education are: a) Increasing the professionalism of teachers by providing online learning training such as zoom, googlemeet. b) Conducting workshops on making learning materials in the form of videos and uploading them on YouTube. c) Conducting a learning model with an at home in class system. d) Conduct coordination meetings with parents, school committees and related parties for the continuity of learning. e) Implement health protocols and provide vaccines for all school residents. Abstract

This study evaluates the influence of social media marketing activities (SMMA) on prospective students' intentions to choose higher education institutions, considering the mediating role of brand recognition and trust. The study was conducted using a quantitative method with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach on 400 respondents who were followers of higher education institutions' Instagram accounts. The results showed trust was the most significant mediator between SMMA and prospective students' intentions (β = 0.709, T = 21.629). At the same time, brand recognition played a role in strengthening trust but did not directly influence prospective students' intentions (β = -0.018, T = 0.462). These findings emphasize the importance of building trust through authentic, relevant, and engaging social media content to improve educational marketing effectiveness. The implications of this study suggest that higher education institutions should prioritize trust-based marketing strategies integrated with brand recognition through social media. This strategy includes alumni testimonials, videos of campus atmosphere, and direct interactions that create emotional connections with prospective students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how directors' costs are allocated in a construction services firms. The number of contractors in the country has boasted over 200,000 entities in the last three years, to support the Indonesian government's current focus on infrastructure development. In turn, these companies’ success is strongly led by their board of directors. The board of directors’ costs in a construction services company are charged to each project using systematic methods to ensure fair allocation. The study employed qualitative methods using a case study of a road construction firm that handles several projects every year. The result of the study found that the firm had a good understanding of management accounting methods and an effective computer accounting system, enabling fair directors’ cost allocation. The findings are significant to be used for reference to management accountants in construction services companies.
