Abstract

ABSTRACT The proposed bid price should be an estimate of real cost or direct cost plus indirect cost plus profit. As is known one of the parameters that affect the value of direct costs is labor costs. In the field of labor unit prices often fluctuate, so it will affect in determining labor costs. The final outcome of this plan will be used as a basis in the labor cost control during the implementation of the project. Based on the discussion, the total cost of human resources is IDR 328.369.050,00, of labor cost IDR 183.750.000,00, foreman fee IDR 25.107.550,00, the cost of weaving IDR 47.880.000,00, the cost of a smith IDR 9,000,000.00, the cost of masonry IDR 41.350.000,00, carpentry costs IDR 1.750.000,00, smith cost IDR 183.512.000,00, the cost of masonry IDR 189.000,00, carpentry fee IDR 1.900.500,00. Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of equipment technology were used in construction projects must be balanced with skill and high level of risk management, the most appropriate solution by using the safety and health management system so that the assets and labor that is an investment for the entrepreneur can be saved. The issues of occupational safety and health can’t be separated from industry problems, because safety and health are closely related to productivity. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in industry are associated with environmental issues. The Ritz Carlton Bali project in Sawangan Nusa Dua is one of the projects undertaken by PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah and has ISO certified. The implementation of OSH standards on this project is contained in the OSH plan and is always carried out monitoring and evaluation activities by the safety team in the field. To give more understanding on the implementation of OSH to all project workers was scheduled OSH simulation for 1 (one) hour adjust to schedule of project and informed by safety team, including effort of control that must be done. Based on this, it becomes interesting to do an assessment on OSH Control on Construction Project at The Ritz Carlton Bali Project in Sawangan Nusa Dua. The purpose of this study is to understand the control of OSH on construction projects. The result is a preliminary study was conducted to identify the potential OSH risks of The Ritz Carlton Bali Project. The procedures for reviewing these OSH risks and their system of controls are routinely applied to update hazard and risk records. All important risks are always controlled and monitored. Abstract

ABSTRACT The resources of bamboo in Indonesia are quite potencial. Penglipuran traditional village is an integrated residential and has a unique architecture that its still existence. The concept of traditional settlement of penglipuran has no different social status and they are one in togetherness. This can be seen from the house in Penglipuran use of bamboo as building materials. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by observation, interviews, and study literature. Utilization of bamboo house technology has a very positive impact on the utilization of natural resources and cultural preservation by local indigenous peoples. Bamboo is a basic material or material that can provide an alternative to build a house. Indigenous peoples in Penglipuran also combine bamboo round and woven so that the value of estetikapun seen together with nature. The use of bamboo material can be seen from paon, sekenem, angkul-angkul and banjar hall. Keyword: settlement, bamboo, building materials, conservation

Abstract

ABSTRACT Noise that occurs at Ngurah Rai Airport can cause hearing loss. The purpose of this research is to know hearing loss of the staff in the airfield, relationship between hearing loss and the characteristics of the respondents (working period and use of personal protective equipment), and to know the difference of hearing loss in the engineering division and the administration department at Ngurah Rai Airport. The cross sectional method was used to analys data, 44 samples are collected randomly. Data were collected by interview using questionnaires. Results showed that 16.7% of administrative staff has hearing loss, while 83.3% were normal. In the engineering division, 60.5% has hearing loss and 39.5% has normal. Based on staff with a working period of ≤ 20 years, 37.5% has hearing loss and 62.5% has normal. Based on staff with a working life of> 20 years, 77.3% has hearing loss and 22.7% has normal. Based on staff who often use ear protection, 66.7% of hearing is normal and 33.3% is not normal. Based staff who did not use ear protection, 5.9% of hearing is normal and 94.1% is not normal. Abstract

ABSTRACT Electricity supply is very important to improve people's lives. In Indonesia electricity is mostly generated by PLN as the state company that provide electricity for the entire people of Indonesia. PLN’s load is very high to provide electricity and to reduce the load of PLN, the potential of the electricity source should be utilized. One of the locations that have been built and used for micro-hydro power plant is the irrigation canal in the Tangeb village, Mengwi, Badung, Bali. Since it was built in 2014, micro-hydro power plant is expected to be used to provide electricity to the Pura Dalem within 100 meters from the power plant site, but can not function as expected because some parts of the structure were damaged, particularly on the foundation. In order for micro-hydro power plants can be used there should be analysis of the feasibility of existing structures. The research process begins with a review of the research sites, further soil sampling and ground testing in the field. The soil samples were tested in the laboratory. The test results of soil samples in the laboratory and field testing is used to calculate the carrying capacity of the land. The results of the soil bearing capacity were used to design the foundation. Analysis of the framework turbine is also conducted to determine whether the order turbines can still be used. Measurement of flow velocity is also performed to calculate the flow rate so that the electrical potential can be known. The results of the analysis of the feasibility of power plant micro-hydro in the Tangeb village obtained subgrade on the location of the turbine has a high bearing capacity that obtained the lowest allowable bearing capacity (qall) = 36.763 t/m2 based on test results in the laboratory, and the position of the hard soil in 1 meter depth. For steel frame buffer turbines, based on the results of the analysis with 9.7 ETABS program obtained that turbines are qualified or steel frame secure enough to support the movement of the turbine. The foundation of the turbine needs to be fixed with shallow foundation with a size of 0.95 m x 0.95 m, with a thickness 0.3 m and foundation depth of 1 meter. Reinforcement of foundation used for tension reinforcement φ 12 with a distance of 9 cm between the reinforcement and shrinkage reinforcement φ 12 with a distance of 18 cm. Potential electricity or power can be produced based on the calculation of the speed of the water, the water discharge resulting in low water level conditions is (W) = 3.3 kW. Abstract

ABSTRACT Denpasar city is the center of government, trade, education, tourism and various services are indicators of changes in land use, density, movement, and high population, impact on economic improvement, social culture and transportation activities, especially traffic activity. Incriesed activities are followed by an increase in private vehicle usage, which causes transportation problems to become more complex. Therefore, transportation system planning especially in terms of transportation is an urgent thing to do. One of the important transportation systems planning to help solve the transportation problem is the planning of public transportation arrangement. Public transport routes in the Denpasar city have not spread evenly to serve the potential demand for public transportation, such as in the area of South Denpasar for example, there is no public transport routes that serve the community to conduct student activities, public transportation, so that necessary to study the potential demand of public transport, especially on Jalan Raya Sesetan corridor in South Denpasar. The service of reliable public transport is solution to create an effective, efficient and economical route in the utilization of road space and fuel consumption. The objective of providing public transportation which effective, efficient and economical will be achieved if the characteristics of users around the planned service corridor mainly concern the potential of public transport demand is known. Characteristics along the service corridor include the number of family members, the number of workers, the number of students, the number of potential trips, the number of vehicles owned, the monthly family income, the interest in the use of public transport. The result shown the average number of population in the service corridor is 21431 in which all villages have an average N value greater than the value of R (R = 20), thus fulfilling in public transport service, while the number of passengers is 17543 movements. Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the alternative financing projects that can be used is by issuing corporate bonds. Bonds experienced considerable progress as financial instruments in the period of 2000. Bonds were able to become one of the financing alternatives for projects and competitive against other sources of financing such as loans from conventional banks. One of the project issues is the delay in project financing is expected to be resolved by alternative financing through corporate bond issuance. Eureka Villa private project in this research will try to simulate its financing by using financing through corporate bond issuance. For this purpose, a financial feasibility analysis of the investment system will be conducted using funds from corporate bonds on villa operations. The principal amount of the bonds to be issued are IDR 80,000,000,000.00 with 7.5% coupon per annum payable every 6 months and redeem principal bonds with sinking fund each year over the life of the bonds of 10 years. Nominal investment receipts of IDR 16,000,000,000.00 or in lot units of 3200 lots carried out during the implementation of the project is 12 months assuming the receipt of investment funds 5 times every 3 months. Payment of interest coupon and principal redemption are payable after the villa commences operations on September 1, 2017 with annual payment of IDR 14,005,000,000.00. After calculating the NPV & IRR for the income and outcome of the villa with the source of the cost of the bonds obtained NPV = (-IDR 77,048,163,482.40 ) < 0 and IRR = 1.5 × 10-13% < MARR 12%, then the investment plan of Corporate Bonds on the construction project Eureka Villa Tuban - Bali using the NPV method and the IRR method is recommended "not feasible". Abstract

ABSTRACT Nyitdah Hospital Building - Tabanan is planned to use steel structure by utilizing skeleton brace system and without brace. This planning is done to find out the comparison of dimensions that occur when a Steel Structure in the add framework brace. The steel structure of this Hospital is based on SNI 1729 - 2015 Specifications for structural steel building buildings. The method used in this planning is using Load Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) method. The LRFD method is a method of planning by means of nominal capacity to anticipate uncertainties in the material used, while with the resistance factor to anticipate uncertainty in the variation of work load. The loads that work on the structure of the Hospital Building, calculated and analyzed the results obtained that the steel structure without brace experiencing a large shear force. The shear force occurs greatest in the beam with a ratio of 89.7% of the allowable shear force. After added brace framework, is brace type X and V inverted obtained a decrease of shear force. For brace type X shear forces that can be retained up to 30.65% of the shear force of the structure without brace. And for inverted breeding V can hold up to 21.33%, preferably 9.32% of brace type X. But the force that occurs not only sliding, the beam occurs moment and the column is pressed. In this case the type X breeders can withstand both the moment force on the beam and the compression force in the column, while the breed of type V is reversed, the moment that occurs on the beam becomes large. Brace Type X was chosen for the redesign of Nyitdah Hospital Building - Tabanan by considering the dimensions used in bias smaller than the structure without brace. The shear, moment and tap forces that occur in the structure can already be retained by the main structural frame and additionally the type X brace frame. Key word: steel, brace, LRFD
