Abstract

This article aims to determine how important the vocational skill education for students in the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School of Kersamanah Garut. The background of this research is that ideally the person who was educated both formal and non-formal schools at least have the skills of life that it faces, especially in the world of work. In fact there are a lot of unemployment among educated either issued by the formal and non-formal education is still unused and still many educational institutions interventioned with offices and civil service, and there are still doubts in the world of work on the output issued boarding. Therefore it is necessary to study "Education Vocational Skills (Case Study In Darusaalam Islamic Boarding School Kersamanah Garut)", This study aims to describe and analyze the development of vocational skills in applied as future supplies students. It uses the method to achieve the goal of research is to reserch descriptive qualitative method. Data retrieval is done by interview, observation and documentation. Results from this study showed that the Darussalam Islamic Boarding school is a boarding school that equip students with vocational skills through extra-curricular activities in the form of education life skills oriented vocational education skills such as : organizational and clerical schools , or in the form of a course in which there are education vocational skills such as : automotive , sewing and culinary art , or other training by bringing in trainers from outside schools , in order to motivate students to become productive graduates who are able to enter public life line

Abstract

The focus of this study is, "How is the Internalization of the NU Middle School Student Mental Revolution Ma'arif Pangandaran?". This type of research includes descriptive qualitative research, namely research activities carried out on certain objects clearly and systematically. While the method used is a qualitative approach. This study aims to describe the Internalization of the NU Plus Middle School Mental Revolution Ma'arif Pangandaran. Research results: 1). Internalization is defined as appreciation, deepening, exile, combining or uniting attitudes, standard behavior, opinions and so on in the personality. 2). Mental Revolution is a transformation of ethos, which is a fundamental change in mentality, ways of thinking, ways of feeling and ways of trust, all of which are manifested in everyday behavior and actions. This ethos concerns all aspects of life, ranging from economics, politics, science to technology, art, religion, etc., 3). The internalization of the Mental Revolution is an in-depth process of the values of the Mental Revolution that runs in NU Plus Middle School Ma'arif Pangandaran. The process of internalization is very important in the Mental Revolution. Because the Mental Revolution is part of the education of values. Abstract

This article aims to determine the effect of supervision of Head master toward teacher performance, determine the influence of teacher work motivation toward teacher performance, and determine the influence of Head master supervision and teacher’s work motivation classically toward teacher performance. The method used is descriptive analysis method. It will hopefully be able to understand the problem based on the phenomenon at the time of the study. The subjects of this study were 120 State Teachers in Cimerak Subdistrict, Pangandaran Regency, with a total sample of 75 teachers. While the object of this study is the supervision of the principal, work motivation of teachers, and teacher performance. The data collected in this study were captured through a questionnaire in the form of scales in the range of scores from 1 to 5. The result of research is : 1) the effect of school principal supervision (X1) on Teacher Performance (Y) of 0.091; 2) the effect of teacher work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) of 0.139; and 3) the influence of school principal supervision (X1) and teacher work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) together by 0.165, meaning 0.835 is the influence of factors other than those examined.

Abstract

This study aims of the current research is to figure out 1) Gender concept in education presektif; 2) The interpretation of AlQur’an in Al-Hujurat sentence 13 towards interpretation of Al Azhar by Buya Hamka; 3) Gender concept in Islam view according to Al-Qur’an in Al-Hujurat sentence 13 towards interpretation of Al Azhar by Buya Hamka. The method used to collect the data was Content Analysis, because in this research has normatif characteristic and has relation with the content of the text, that is Interpretation from interpreters in interpre the holly sentence of Al-Hujurat sentence 13. The result of this study is 1) The interpretation of Al-Qur’an in Al-hujurat sentence 13 explain that human in Alloh SWT view are same, not being one faction who exeed another faction. People can not priding upon lineage, preeminate of estae, affronting to poor man. And Alloh SWT describe that its main is being in godly. 2) In this sentence is being some concept of gender equivalence, they are : a) Alloh SWT was exlamation to al of human without differences by gender, skin tone, or another, this shown that all of human in reality are same, not being more exeed from the other. b) People can not choose in order to born at certain nation. Hence, inappropriate human being pluming him or flatter others because tribe factor or nation. c) Alloh specify other parameter to measure degree of dignity of human being, that is fear. This fear rate determine dignity and Iowliness of someone. 3) as for its implication to education of islam, among others: a) Sentences reintepretation of Al Qur'An and of Hadits which is diffraction of gender conducted continue (point ofview of islam). b) Curriculum national payload eliminating dikotomis among woman and men, that way also local curriculum by being based on equivalence, balance and justice. Curriculum compiled as according to and requirement of tipologi area started from Playgroup education to the University. c) Enableness of woman clan in informal education sector like giving of facility learn to start in subdistrict level until to regency level which adapted with requirement of area.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of jurisprudenceachievement toward the practicing of mahdhah worship in MTs NegeriBanjarangsana students. This research uses a descriptive method with aquantitative approach. Data collection are taken from observation, interviewsand questionnaires. Quantitative data processing is completed throughdescriptive data processing with Rank Spearmans (Rs) correlation. Theinfluence of fiqh learning achievement toward the practice of mahdhahworship of MTs Negeri students is relatively high with a value of 0.63 with theresult of determination of 39.69% with a significant value of T count = 3627while ttable = 1.725.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the use of facebooktoward student learning outcomes on Islamic Education at SDN 3Tanjungkerta. The method used in this study is a quantitativedescriptive method, because the data or research sample are bothnormal distribution variables, then the correlation coefficient uses theSpearman rank (rs) or rank. The results of this study for variable X(Facebook usage) are the degree of determination is 53.39%, while46.61% is influenced by other factors. The results of the significancetest or hypothesis test show that tcount (4.71) is greater than ttable,(1.72) so that Ha (Alternative Hypothesis) is accepted and H0 (ZeroHypothesis) is rejected. It means that the influence of using facebooktoward student learning outcome is very high enough.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what moral values are implantedin SMP Ma'arif NU 1 Purwokerto. This type of research in this thesis isfield research or field research where the approach uses qualitativemethods that are descriptive analytic. In the process of collecting data,the authors use the method of observation, documentation andinterviews. The results showed that the values planted at Ma'rif NU 1Junior High School Purwokerto included (a) Respecting parents, (b)Respecting teachers, (c) Honest, (d) Fair (e) Respecting fellow friends(f) Tolerance (g) Diligent (h) Diligent (i) Responsibility. The purpose ofcarrying out learning oriented there are elements / moral values is toform a deep character, especially class ix which ends his education atthe junior secondary level. While the practical implementation in theform of conditions that occur in SMP Ma'arif NU 1 Purwokerto includethe disciplinary attitude carried out by Islamic Religious Educationteachers to their students by leaving early, reading Asmaul Husnapraying together, directed towards good behavior in each subject

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of boarding schooleducation on morals students of class XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3Tasikmalaya. Based on the results of data processing obtained theEffect of boarding school education is quite. It is based on the results ofresearch conducted to 34 respondents using a questionnaire, That is theinfluence of a high between of boarding school education on moralslearners in the school. Through hypothesis testing it is stated that thereis positive influence between two variables is accepted. Past resultscalculate the coefficient of determination is known that there isinfluence by 38%, rest influenced by other factors, which amounted to62%. Thus, it turns out that there are many factors that influence themorality of students.

Abstract

The study aims of to describe and analyze the influence ofreligiosity toward emotional intelligence of learners. This research usesdescriptive method through a quantitative approach. With a populationof 305 , with a sample of 32 . The technic Sampling was done byPurposive sampling. The collection of data through observation sheets,questionnaires, and interviews, as well as processing quantitative datais solved by the formula of Spearman Rank (rs). The results ofSpearman Rank correlation of 0.60 understood that the influence ofReligiosity toward Emotional Intelligence of learners is quite, theresults of hypothesis testing where t is 4.11, while table 2,042. Based onthat reality, then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) states that there is asignificant positive correlation regarding the influence of religiositytoward emotional intelligence students accepted, then H0 is rejected.The influence is 36%, and rest by other factors, which amounted to64%.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of social attitudestoward the learning achievement of students in the Islamic JuniorSchool 2 Ciamis. This research uses descriptive quantitative method.While, the research data had gotten from the questioner, interview anddocument. The result of this research is the influence of social attitudestoward the learning achievement of students has a positive andsignificant influence which is classified as median, it is approved by thepoint of 0.49 is on the interval 0.41 – 0.60 which is categorized asmedian and also t-count is bigger than t-tabble, 3.2242 points biggerthan 2,0315, then, the social attitudes have a positive and significantcorrelation toward the students’ learning achievement about 24.01%,mean while 75.99% is made from another factors beyond this research,they could be family, friends, environment, and social factors.
