Abstract

This research aims to give an overview of the implementation of four elements of marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) and consumers satisfaction in Beryl’s Chocolate Kingdom Store. Data were collected from 104 consumers by involving STIE Sutaatmadja students as a sample that representing consumer satisfaction. The population used in this research are students of STIE Sutaatmadja as the consumers of Beryl’s Chocolate Kingdom. The technique of sample selection used random sampling with slovin method (? = 5%). Survey method that used are observation, interview and a structured questionnaire. These results indicate Beryl’s Chocolate Kingdom Store has a quite good marketing mix. And, the questionnaire result showed 80,41% consumers are satisfied with Beryl’s Chocolate Kingdom.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial performance (ROA) toward the corporate value and to examine the effect of cost allocation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in moderating the relationships of financial performance toward the corporate value of Yakult Seremban SDN., BHD. In the analysis of the data, multiple regretion analysis is used to determine the effect of variables involved in this study. The results of the study show that partially financial performance (ROA) does not significantly affect the corporated value. Furthermore, corporate social responcibility does not to partially moderate the effect of the financial performance relationships toward corporate value. This research uses descriptive verification research with quantitative approach. The data used secondary data sourced from the annual report yakutl honsha., CO.BHD. population of yakult honsha financial report research, with sample 2014-2018 financial statements. the variables in this study are independent, independent and moderating variables.

Abstract

Product design is a corporate identity which is a characteristic made by the company or differentiating from other products sold in the market so that it can add value to the product itself. Product design can change significantly depending on the company itself, namely by innovating continuously on product designs made with the aim that the products produced can survive and expand in the market. PT. Yakult is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of fermented milk whose products are known by the wider community, namely Yakult. Yakult has spread in several countries, one of which is PT. Yakult in Malaysia is located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan and produces yakult for all of Malaysia, as well as for export to neighboring countries. The yakult factory in Malaysia produces two yakult products, namely yakult ace and yakult ace light. This study was conducted to analyze descriptively about consumer tastes from the community towards the Yakult packaging design produced by the Yakult Company in Malaysia. The method used is descriptive method. The sample selection was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique (purposive sampling) with a total sample of 104 respondents who were calculated using the Slovin formula. The data used is interval data. Statistical methods for testing data and processing data using SPSS 22 for windows and Microsoft excel. In this study, there are aspects that become assessments, namely: 1). Operational aspects, 2). Aspects of reliability, durability, and dependability, 3). Aesthetic aspects, 4). Production aspect, 5). Economic aspects. The results showed that the respondents agreed or gave a positive response to the five aspects of the assessment of the product design of Yakult Ace and Ace Light.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the Corporate Governance and Cost of Equity of textile industry of Indonesia listed IDX in 2018-2019. The study was conducted descriptively, and secondary data was collected based on a review of documents sourced from annual report of Industry Tekstile. Analyzed data show governance of textile industry. Furthermore, the study find a positive trend between corporate governance and cost of equity in textile industry

Abstract

Social media attachment is one of the theories used to examine a person's attachment to the social media they use. In this research, we examine the effect or impact of social media attachment (X) on social media advocacy (Y1) and social media supportive (Y2) (case study of kuala lumpur heritage restaurants). The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between social media attachment to social media advocacy by 58.8% and social media supportive by 59.9%. The impact positively affects the company, no matter how small the influence of social media advocacy and supportive social media will have a good impact on the company. thus customer loyalty can be seen as well as maintained to build better value in the eyes of customers.

Abstract

Air Asia flights are one of the Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) airlines in Indonesia which are currently in high demand by passengers. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of market orientation for flight performance. Air Asia's flight population in this study is a student Air Asia user with flight routes from Jakarta to Kuala lumpur Malaysia. In this analysis the sample is done that is to 90 respondents. The technique of taking samples uses how to determine size using the Slovin formula. the method used is quantitative. The type of data used is primary data using the method of collecting data in the form of a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is simple linear regression. The results of this study are: market orientation positive effect on marketing performance, seen from the results of t count 16.854> t table <3.520, meaning market orientation has an effect on increasing marketing performance. Market orientation has a positive and significant influence on improving marketing performance.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is basically a need for companies to be able to interact with the community around the company. The company needs to adapt and to get social benefits from interacting with the surrounding community in the form of trust. CSR is certainly very closely related to corporate culture and business ethics that must be possessed by corporate culture, because to implement CSR itself requires a culture based on adaptive ethics. This research is a descriptive verification study, with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study is the financial statements of PT. ANGKASA PURA II since Go Public. Based on the sampling criteria in this study are financial statements from 2014-2018. Data collection techniques used in this study are documentation techniques by collecting and utilizing data that has been available as a source of information. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual reports (annual report) and financial reports (financial report) of PT. Angkasa Pura II, which has been published. The dependent variable in this study is the disclosure of corporate social responsibility (Corporate Social Responsibility). The independent variables in this study are company characteristics which are proxied by company size (size), profitability, leverage, and company growth. Company size, profitability, leverage, and company growth have no effect on Corporate Social Responsibility. Overall, the results of this study that size, profitability, leverage and growth variables do not affect corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of fairness of the price and buying interest. This type of research used quantitative descriptive, this research was conducted on august 20-22,2019 with the subject of this study were the KKL students STIE Sutaatmadja Subang who visited Malaysia as cunsumers in Beryl's Chocolate Kingdom Store in Malaysia. Thi study used primary & secondary data, the instruments in this study are questionnaries. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires distributed to 103 respondents, observation and literature study. While the data analysis through sample data slot777 using sample random sampling techniques. The result of observatonal studies show that  the fairness of the prices applied in the Beryl’s Chocolate Kingdom store in Malaysia is based on indicators of the price awareness which include affordability, price sustability of prices with brandsm and price saticfaction. Both in terms of the taste of the price and the quality of the products presented, while the result of costumer perceptions about the offer price offered by the Beryl’s Chocolate Kingdom Store in Malaysia something with consumer purchasing power even though there are some who say it is not in accordance with purchasing power of consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on work discipline in the final semester students of STIE Sutaatmadja Subang. The research method used is a quantitative method using the SPSS program. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires. By using 35 respondents. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, it is known that work life balance has a positive effect on work discipline. So the ability to balance time is needed both in terms of work and outside of work. To achieve balance and strengthen work discipline, it is necessary Work-life balance, attitudes, norms and responsibilities in one's life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial performance on firm value with CSR as a moderating variable. Companies need to pay attention to financial performance which is one of the views of investors in assessing the company. With high financial performance and company value, of course, it can attract investors to invest. In addition, CSR in the company is also very important, because it can add to the company's image. This research method uses purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 16 banking companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2021. The variables used are financial performance as proxied by ROA, firm value as proxied by Tobins'Q and CSR as a proxy by CSDI as moderation. The analytical tool used is eviews. The results show that (1) financial performance has a significant effect on firm value, (2) Corporate Social Responsibility cannot moderate the effect of financial performance on firm value. Companies must pay attention to financial performance (profitability) so that companies can develop and increase company value. Although CSR in this study has no effect, companies must still pay attention to CSR because it can add to the company's image.
