Abstract

This research at to verify the effect of airport service quality on and airports' corporate image. Based on the existing literature, a structural model was proposed considering the suggested relationship between such constructs. Based on this model, a survey was elaborated through an electronic questionnaire, all Stie.Sutaatmadja Students who use airports being the target population. A total of 102 respondents who declared use of airports was obtained. The results showed that airport service quality can influence the corporate image of airports. Extending the existing literature, which was limited to investigate services provided only by airlines, there was also evidence that the influence of the con structs analyzed applies not only to services provided by airlines, but also to services in airport terminals. The findings lead to the conclusion that it is relevant that managers and administrators of airport terminals ensure the quality of services provided on the ground. The guarantee of such quality can influence directly and indirectly the corporate image of airports, even enabling the preservation of the government concession to operate the airport.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Lean Hospital in the Outpatient unit of Mutiara Hati Hospital Pagaden Kab. Subang. This research was conducted to identify activities in the work process in the outpatient unit, and to analyze the value stream map of the outpatient unit. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of the patient's value assessment starting from the registration process to getting the drug at the pharmacy still show that the wasting time is too long. This is due to the many obstacles that occur throughout the service process in the outpatient unit. The results identified that activities and activities during the work process of the outpatient unit were found to be wasteful, so that the ratio of value added activities (value added assessment) was less than 30%. As a form of the problem lies in humans, machine methods and environment. Proposed improvements are made by analyzing the root cause of the problem, making corrective steps by estimating the hospital's capabilities and the factors that influence it.

Abstract

Earnings management is a decision taken by company management to increase current reported earnings without corresponding growth in the company's long-term profits. Earnings management in a company can be minimized by the existence of a Good Corporate Governance (GCG), so that the quality of financial statements is better. Corporate Governance as a monitoring system is a strategic mechanism to strengthen or improve organizational legitimacy.The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Board Structure e on earnings management. The independent variables in this study are board size, cross directorship, and board monitoring committee. This study uses BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020 to 2021. The sample used in this study is 21 company data using the purposive sampling method. This study uses EViews version 12 in data processing. This study uses multiple regression methods to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the variable cross directorship has a negative effect on earnings management meanwhile the board size and board monitoring committee have no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

Food and beverage companies can increase profit margins by using recycled packaging, introducing scalable solutions, and implementing appropriate management systems. Canned food is any form of food that has been perfectly processed or minimally processed which is stored in a hermetically closed container (cans, pouches, etc.) and undergoes sterilization. This method of food preservation was developed in the late 18th century. Implementing lean manufacturing properly could help the company provides high-quality product at minimum cost without reducing the value-added for customers. The purpose of this study is to determine the principles of Lean Manufacturing in the canned food and beverage industry and to determine the reduction of waste in the canned food and beverage industry. The research method is a literature review, with keywords: lean manufacturing, the canned food and beverage, packaging, and lean manufacturing tools. There are 20 reference journals that support the research. The results showed that (1) the principle of lean manufacturing in the canned food and beverage industry as an illustration that improvements to the can packaging process in the food and beverage industry can significantly reduce waste, (2) lean manufacturing can be used to eliminate waste and improve the production process using the 5S method which serves to prevent and facilitate companies in detecting problems that will arise.), (3) lean manufacturing has been widely applied in various industries, especially in the canned food and beverage industry

Abstract

Social media is a platform that connects people especially between business organizations and customers. Social media is an online media, where users can easily participate, share, and create content including blogs, social networks, wikis, forums and virtual worlds in their applications. The increase in social media users in Indonesia, both websites, blogs, and applications, has developed quite rapidly and is high. The following graph data obtained. The research method used is descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The object of research examined in this study examines the the influence of influencers on consumer buying interest on tiktok live shop. The unit of analysis is Raffi Nagita's Tiktok Live Shop. This research was conducted with a research design designed to obtain an overview of the influencer's influence on consumers' buying interest in Tiktok live shop. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the influence of influencer (X) on Raffi Nagita's Tiktok Shop Live account is considered very good with the indicator interval value of the questionnaire on influencers categorized as very good, the highest total score is 322 while the lowest score is 292. Based on the results of the research on the variable of consumer buying interest (Y) on Tiktok Shpo Raffi Nagita with the indicator value of the questionnaire interval on consumer buying interest in the good category based on consumer buying interest Tiktok Shop Raffi Nagita got the highest score of 308 and the lowest was 264. So influencers have an influence on consumer buying interest at Raffi Nagita's Tiktok Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of aircraft service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The most important step in identifying and delivering high-quality service is understanding exactly what customers expect. Service quality is one of the best models to measure customer expectations and perceptions. Company performance results in customer satisfaction with the product or service. Based on this model, the survey is described through an electronic questionnaire, all Stie Sutaatmadja students who use airlines are the target population. A total of 105 respondents were obtained who stated the use of airlines. The results of this study are that the service quality of AirAsia airlines has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Passenger satisfaction is important to customer sovereignty. Customers can be loyal without being very satisfied and be very satisfied, but not be loyal. In addition, the findings of this study will help airline managers to better serve their customers, track and improve service quality, and achieve the highest level of satisfaction for their passengers.

Abstract

The topic of this study is a study of the marketing activities of companies that adopt social media marketing, and how emotional attachment activities that usually can only be facilitated by service personnel and how they can influence brand stories through eword of mouth where there is still little research with the research model.To find theoretical gaps on the topics surrounding this study, the authors have studied 104 articles in journals. Conceptual references to definitions, dimensions and indicators are 56 articles and references to partial proving of relationships between variables that approach the topic of this study are 48 articles. By filtering similar research variables, only 26 articles. Then re-filtered with exactly the same variables (SMM, EA, EWOM, BS) only 15 articles which only explained the partial relationship between the variables and none of them have formed a social media marketing model based on emotional attachment and brand story through the eword of mouth. Although there is 1 journal that has a somewhat similar research model, namely (Hudson, Huang, Roth, & Madden, 2016) but with 2 different variables. So there is a theoretical gap where there has been no research with a social media marketing model based on emotional attachment and brand story through an eword of mouth with an analysis unit in the marketplace industry in Indonesia, so this is behind deductively why this research is important to fill the gap.The research method used is explanatory survey. The analytical units of this study are Marketplace Industries in Indonesia and Malaysia. The data used is primary data obtained through a survey of a sample of 100 customers and partners who have become followers of official social media accounts of the Indonesian and Malaysian marketplace industries.

Abstract

Indonesia's improving economy has created enthusiasm for entrepreneurs to run their businesses in Indonesia. This can be seen from Indonesia's economic growth in the last 5 years, namely from 2016 to 2019 which was good, but the Indonesian economy in 2020 contracted by 2.07% because in 2021 it was affected by the pandemic so that it is expected that the Indonesian economy will improve again and return to normal. The national economic recovery has greatly contributed to supporting the improvement of banking performance after the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in Indonesia, this can be seen from the growing credit distribution and public deposit funds. Research trends on the relationship between sustainability and green banking are starting to remember in Indonesia, along with the increasing number of companies, both financial and non-financial, that publish sustainability reports. The object of this study is to analyze the effect of the application of the green banking concept on sustainability, The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, the research sample is 26 banks that finance PROPER companies and those who publish sustainability reports and annual reports for the 2020-2022 observation period. The results of the study found that Green Banking practices have a positive and significant effect on Sustainability Performance. This shows that the better banks implement the concept of green banking can be one of the considerations of stakeholders to make financial decisions. The results of this research can be used as a benchmark for banks in order to further increase their attention to sustainability disclosure so as to create sustainable economic development or contribute to the SDGs program, especially in Indonesia, this of course can be used as additional information as consideration for investors and certain parties in analyzing and deciding their financial decisions.

Abstract

   Digital storytelling is one of the emerging marketing strategies, the power of storytelling has been widely recognized across disciplines including marketing Storytelling is more trusted than rational arguments, statistical data, and facts.         Decision making is an important topic in the field of marketing, which studies how individuals, groups and organizations choose, buy, use and utilize goods, services, ideas or experiences in order to satisfy their needs and desires.         The research objective is to find out digital storytelling on purchasing decisions for Eiger products on the shoppe marketplace. The research approach uses quantitative. The research method used is explanatory verification slot thailand research method with a quantitative approach. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The sample in this study were students of Stie Sutaatmadja, Selangor Islamic University Malaysia and the General who are active users of the shopee marketplace, with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate the results of the t test that the Digital Storytelling (X) tally shows that the significance level is 0.00 <0.05, which means that the hypothesis is accepted, so the Digital Storytelling (X) variable has an effect on the Purchasing Decision Performance variable (Y).

Abstract

Universities are schools for undergraduate education which aim to prepare students to become professional workers to work in certain fields. Human big77 resources are very important, especially in a company, so that you can find out whether the company is running well or not, in order to create good human resources. Well, human capital is needed, therefore the aim of the research is to find out whether human capital can influence student work readiness The research method used in this research is to use a questionnaire for data collection. This research uses a quantitative research approach, quantitative research is based on collecting and analyzing data in the form of numbers (numerics) to explain, predict and control phenomena of interest. This research uses STIESA and UIS student objects. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that human capital has an influence on the work readiness of STIESA and UIS students and the results of hypothesis testing for the Human Capital (X) variable show that the significance level results in the hypothesis being accepted, so the Human Capital (X) variable has an effect on the Work Readiness variable (Y).
