Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus tentang proses pengolahan nilai siswa untuk semua mata pelajaran yang terdiri dari komponen-komponen nilai  berupa nilai tugas, ulangan harian, uts dan uas, adapun metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara  Observasi langsung, wawancara  serta studi pustaka sebagai bahan referensi pengumpulan data-data, dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan Merubah sistem yang ada dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Sehingga Dengan sistem komputerisasi akan mempermudah dan mempercepat proses yang sudah berjalan, hal ini dilakukan karena sistem yang sedang berjalan  masih dilakukan secara manual. Pada perancangan sistem informasi nilai sekolah pada SMK Tamansiswa 2 Jakarta ini penulis menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan bantuan framework Laravel  yang mana akan di kombinasikan dengan Bahasa umum web yaitu HTML, CSS, dan Javascript serta untuk pengelolaan database, penulis menggunakan Mysql. Kata kunci : Nilai mahasiswa, sistem informasi, laravel , nilai.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia bermanfaat untuk mengevaluasi kinerja, mengembangkan dan memotivasi karyawan, memverifikasi bahwa karyawan memenuhi standar kinerja, dan membantu karyawan mengelola kinerjanya, tetapi dapat menjadi sumber kerisauan bagi karyawan dan manajer, bila terdapat ketidakpastian dan ambiguitas dalam penilaian. Proses penilaian kinerja harus mampu mengidentifikasi standar kinerja, mengukur kriteria penilaian, dan memberikan umpan balik bagi karyawan mengenai hasil penilaiannya guna meningkatkan kinerja di masa depan dan memperbaiki kinerja yang tidak sesuai dengan standar. Penilaian kinerja berdasarkan kompetensi dan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dirancang untuk meningkat obyektivitas penilaian kinerja dan untuk memaksimalkan tujuan penilaian kinerja itu sendiri.Kata Kunci : Penilaian Kinerja, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Key Performance Indicator

Abstract

The purpose of this research is how to increase the learning outcomes bussiness english which is still below the expected standard of competence. Based on preliminary research has been done using models Borg and Gall, obtained information / data that is required instructional media to support the learning process. To develop this audio media, Dick and Carey models used until formative test step.The expected learning media can help students to learn independently to take advantage of technological devices commonly accessible everyday, anywhere and anytime is a mobile phone.  Research methods research and development is to develop instructional media audio Bussiness English 1 based mobile learning.The results achieved in this study were produced an media audio instructional-based mobile learning, and after the stages of development of Dick and Carey model obtained value of learning outcomes of students who are above the expected standard competence.  Posttest  increase of 28.2% from the results of pre-test has been done before. Keywords: audio, develop, media, mobile phone, mobile learning

Abstract

Business competition tightened too late to make the company improve itself shifted its competitors. Instead the company that can deliver products and services in accordance with the ever changing customer wishes, he will dominate the competition. The success of a company in the business did not win the competition regardless of the accuracy of the strategy developed by the company. However, in practice, making a decision is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand, when the decision was made incorrectly, it can have a major impact on a company's failure in running the business. The Company specifically BAPPEDA Jakarta government requires a tool capable to understand what the customer really wants, products, and markets. With the construction and development of information systems, data warehouse and business intelligence is the key to Boost profits, minimize costs, better service, and more informed decision-making and ultimately simultaneously an increase in the performance of an effective and efficient organization. In Jakarta Provincial RPJMD Year 2013-2017 conducted by Jakarta Provincial BAPPEDA with indicators that will achieve the availability of baseline data for the planning of economic development, social welfare, urban infrastructure facilities, environmental, civil procedure and sophisticated apparatus. Performance indicators of system development activities supporting the development planning analysis carried out by the UPT center development planning information BAPPEDA Jakarta administration is well-organized data / information development planning is becoming more transparent, integrated easily accessible via the Internet, the availability of development planning information dashboards, reports and interfaces available analysis of data / information that is easy to make a web-based (user friendly). Research shows that all variables have had a significant influence on decision-making and its impact on organizational performance. With path analysis models formed is Y = 0.335 + 0.350 X1 X2 X3 + 0.341 + 0.207 = 0.957 ε1 where R²Yx1x2x3 and Z = 0.244 0.381 X1 + X2 + X3 + 0.591 898 Y + 0,327ε2 where R2 = 0.893 results of this study found that variable Information Systems, Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence provides significant influence on decision-making and simultaneously affect the performance of the organization. Keywords: Information Systems, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Decision Making, Organizational Performance, Information Dashboard, and Path Analysis Interface Report

Abstract

Computerized system is one of the most important elements in a company, because a computerized system can improve or simplify the process of renting and servicing. At this time the room rental process that is happening at the Teras Solo Guest House, is still using a desktop-based application system. Where that can mean compiling a new system to replace the old system or improve the existing system of systems in a company, so we need a system that can solve problems faced such as checking data and making tenant data reports can not be done online. So the authors make a computerized system design ranging from renting and leasing room transaction processes and making reports, using the PHP web base program as a medium for designing the system. With this system, the author is expected to be implemented in the Teras Solo Guest House as a tool to solve the constraints of a desktop-based system which cannot yet be accessed on-line.Keywords: Computerized Systems, Online Rentals

Abstract

Detection of computer informatics student competence is indispensable for anticipating students who have a very poor performance in following the learning process in an educational institution for the purpose of all educational institutions are creating a qualified student. It can be seen in the results of the 5th and 6th semester students who have gained employment. Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Depok one vocational education institution founded to create a human being who has the ability / skills required by the company so that the concept is to offer education that have Link and Match. Competitors who have the same goals is one of the challenges to be faced by the agency so we need a solution to overcome it. One solution is the detection of computer informatics student competence of students. This can be done by using data mining techniques. One data mining techniques used are support vector machines (SVM). Support vector machine method is able to overcome the problem of high-dimensional, addressing the problem of classification and regression with linear or nonlinear kernel that can be the ability of learning algorithms for classification and regression, but the support vector machine has a problem in the appropriate parameters. To overcome these problems required method of decision tree as a comparison, for the selection of appropriate parameters. Several experiments were conducted to obtain optimum accuracy. Experiments using support vector machine and decision tree which is used to optimize the parameters C, and ε population. Training data used computer informatics student data from 2012 to 2014 academic year. The experimental results show the decision tree method of data that is equal to 92.50% with a ratio of 60 training data were compared with data vector machine that is equal to an accuracy of 92.56% and the second T-Test metod done that method has a probability value of < 0.05 which algorithm C4.5.Keywords: Detection, Competence, Support Vector Machine, Decision Tree

Abstract

The incidence of allergic diseases end - the end is increased in line with the changing lifestyle of modern society. Symptoms are mild terihat trivial and sometimes make a person do not assume that allergic diseases should be dealt with immediately or serious, in fact if the allergy is not treated properly and it is not known early it will lead to more severe complications of the disease such as asthma and sinusitis. Along with the advancement of technology today, there are many problems that can be solved with technology. One of them by developing an expert system application to identify early types of allergies in children aged 3-6 years, with the specification of the type of allergic rhinitis and allergic interiten persistent allergic rhinitis with fuzzy inference system mamdani models. In this study used input variables such as amount of symptoms, long the sneezing, as well as variable frequency output is the result of the diagnosis. Results from this study is the establishment of an expert system application using MatLab 2008a to identify at an early stage of allergies in children aged 3 – 6 years.Keywords: type of respiratory allergies, Allergic Rhinitis, FIS Method Mandani

Abstract

Scanning printed documents in the form of digital documents has become a necessity for many institutions and companies, as well as in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta. One document that is often onover the media, i.e. diplomas and transcripts. With an average number of graduates reaching 1,900 per year, certainly many documents must be transferred to provide and be filed well, but there is no application that can manage documents over media that have already been given file names and unstructured filing, so the files are it will be difficult to search again. Generally, official documents include a unique number as an identity with a certain code structure, such as NIM, diploma number and transcript number. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of document scanning results by utilizing optical character recognition techniques known as OCR (Optical Character Recognition) on the unique number. The method used in this optical character recognition process is to use template matching correlation, which is a technique to get the highest value in the comparison of characters in input images, which have been segmented into letters and processed in binary image formats, and characters in template images. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype application using Matlab that can detect unique numbers in documents as a reference in filing files in the form of naming new files and placing them in the desired folder.Key words: documents, digital, template matching correlation

Abstract

The success of learning in a classroom that uses supporting media demands lecturer activity.  The level of activity of lecturers in class and using learning media such as Smartlecturer can be measured using a fuzzy logic approach. This study aims to measure the level of active lecturers using the approach, namely: Mamdani and Sugeno method. Stages of lecturer activity measurement by forming a fuzzy set, composition rules as many as 24 rules and the defuzzification process using the centroid method that produces the level of activity of each is low, medium and high. Based on 173 lecturer activity data, the results of the mamdani method low 66%, medium 31%, and high 3%. While the Sugeno method produces a level of activity low 75%, moderate 17%, and high 8%. Therefore, Mamdani method is more suitable for the calculation because the spread of results is relatively evenly distributed at each level. Key words: Lecturer, Fuzzy, Activeness, Mamdani, Sugeno

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah tentang studi kasus proses penyimpanan berkas secara digital yang ada di Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni pada Program Studi Seni Rupa Universitas Negeri Jakarta. berkas yang disimpan merupakan hasil karya ilmiah mahasiswa berupa Tugas Akhir ataupun skripsi,  proses penyimpanan data yang dilakukan saat ini masih menggunakan sistem secara manual sehingga terjadi beberapaa masalah pada saat proses penyimpanan berkas tersebut . Hasil karya ilmiah ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki masalah yang ada saat ini serta bisa juga dijadikan bahan referensi penelitian oleh para peneliti dunia pendidikan dalam melakukan pengecekan terhadap keaslian dokumen maupun untuk keperluan lainnya serta sangat berguna bagi mahasiswa tingkat berikutnya.penelitian ini mencakup unggah dokumen repositori yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa/i UNJ sehingga dengan adanya hasil karya ini dapat menunjang kemajuan serta berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan mahasiswa serta memudahkan dalam penyimpanan maupun proses pencarian berkas lebih efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan sistem dan juga meminimalisir kemungkinan terjadinya kehilangan berkasKata Kunci : Repositori, Tugas Akhir, Sistem Informasi
