Jurnal Balireso adalah Jurnal Pengabdian pada Masyarakat yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (LPkM) UNIVERSITAS MUSLIM INDONESIA. Jurnal ini menerima seluruh bidang dalam penerapan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan seni (IPTEKS) yang berupa hasil kegiatan maupun ulasan ilmiah (critical review) tentang penerapan IPTEKS kepada masyarakat. Abstract

NLP, terdiri atas tiga kata, yaitu Neuro, Linguistik  Dan Programming. Unsur pertama NLP secara harfiah, Neuro, berarti sel syaraf otak. Dalam konteks ini, bagaimana sel-sel tersebut mencatat atau merekam informasi di sekitar kita setelah mendapatkan stimulus. Unsur kedua dari pengertian harfiah NLP, yakni linguistik. Tanpa bahasa otak kita tidak bisa menggambarkan apa yang kita alami. Bahasa akan memudahkan kita untuk merepresentasikan sesuatu peristiwa agar pikiran mudah mencatat/merekamnya. Setelah manusia secara neurologis dapat mengambil informasi, dan melalui bahasa manusia dapat mengkomunikasikannya kepada orang lain; maka manusia dengan akal sehatnya dapat membuat sebuah rencana tertentu agar kualitas hidupnya meningkat. Inilah yang disebut programming dalam NLP sebagai unsur ketiga. Programming, merupakan pemandu tindakan menuju hasil. Jadi neuro mengacu pada peran sel-sel syaraf otak dan fungsinya dalam menerima situmulus  dari luar. Linguistik, lebih terkait erat dengan peran bahasa sebagai media komunikasi dengan diri sendiri. Manusia dibekali potensi kecerdasan otak dan potensi linguistik. Melalui pendekatan NLP, dapat diprogram sesuai apa yang diinginkan dengan sebuah perubahan/transformasi diri, oleh karena itu dapat diprogram sebuah konsep tranformasi untuk membentuk karakter anak dalam berbahasa positif dengan mengirim stimulus pada pikiran bawah sadar melalui tahapan asumsi-asumsi NLP dalam bentuk afirmasi positif.

Abstract

Anticipate the low price of chili. at the time of over production and avoid the occurrence ofdamage (rotten fruit quickly) and extend the shelf period and increase the added value of chili fruitin District Cenrana, which needs to be done is to look for alteratif diversification processed chilifruit, chili fruit not only sold in fresh fruit but need to be done processing on the fruit, for exampleprocessing chili into chili flour so that damage can be minimized and provide added value. Thepurpose of this activity is to train the chili farmers to make the chili powder. The method used isthe extension method and the demonstration of making chili powder, guidance and mentoring.Results achieved are Partners skilled in terms of cultivation of large organic chili with the use ofappropriate cultivation technology Partners know the importance of chili pepper diversificationduring over production.

Abstract

The Development Program of Village (PPDM) is an activity funded by the Ministry of Educationand Technology's 2018 budget year, which aims to improve the economy of the communitythrough superior programs that have been agreed upon. The problems faced by the Keeragovernment in the field of fisheries are: (1). Mining and seaweed business are still virtually freeand have not fully implemented modern technology, (2). The position is that the producer of thecommodity whose tendencies are lower and has less engineering than the outside product, so thatthere is no ability to absorb energy and consumers, (4). The farm products produced generallyhave not yet fulfilled the quality, (5). The market of producers is still a long stretch of consumerand non-transparency, which is the difference between prices of very large prices which arereceived by farms / producers with prices that are paid mainly for products of a Muslim nature, (6).Increased levels of disturbance of organisms in farms and culture and seaweed, (7). Not yet the useof waste from the roots and seaweed, and (7). Not yet related to both the fish and the world ofbusiness. The method of executing the start with the activities of the Socialization of the PPDMProgram in the meetings of the Keera Village which was attended by partners, the government ofKeera District represented by the Secretary of the Sub-District, The head of Keera village, thevillage facilitator and fishermen. The socialization objectives are (1) Explain what will be done bythe PPDM team as well as the error in terms of increasing production partners, (2) Inventory theanalysis that will be given to the owner of the needs. The first year provides training andsupporting equipment production partners, conducts training in other fields; Training of seaweedmanufacture, grass grazing, seaweed screw, lawn juice, and sea grass grass while the equipmentwe provide partners to support production activities namely, spinner, freezer, gas stove, printercake, mixer, display etc., each of these equipment.

Abstract

KKN-PPM is a form of education by providing learning experiences for students to live in themidst of the community, in this case the community in particular in the community of DangdangVillage, Cisauk District, Tangerang Regency. Implementation is structured through several stagesincluding preparation, briefing, observation to the evaluation stage. Preparation is the initial stagebefore KKN-PPM is carried out, preparation for implementation and monitoring. In implementingKKN-PPM in Dangdang Village, Cisauk District, Tangerang Regency, students are expected to beable to provide thought, energy, and knowledge assistance in planning and implementingprograms that are in accordance with local conditions. Specifically KKN-PPM can make a realcontribution to the Village Dangdang, Cisauk District, Tangerang Regency in various fields ofscience. In accordance with the theme of the implementation of this KKN-PPM, the fields ofscience that can be provided are such as economics, agriculture, technology, education, as well asin other fields. Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this Service Program is to form a Kelompok Tani Campagaya in Campagaya Village, Galesong District, Takalar Regency to be independent in the management of out-grown maize through effective cultivation techniques in producing seeds, increasing seed production for food and an effective and efficient waxy corn marketing system. The problem with Partner farmer group is the low yield of waxy corn production due to seed and maintenance factors. The program will be conducted in December 2021 using the active participation method. The Kelompok Tani Campagaya is involved and active in participating in counseling about the cultivation of big maize, training on the make of fertilizers and pesticides and how to apply them, providing knowledge about marketing strategies for results through collaboration between farmer groups and traders and supermarkets and online systems. The results obtained in this service program are the potential for increased production of waxy corn, experience in making organic fertilizer products and natural pesticides, and being able to apply them to their crops, as well as understanding management and marketing strategies for waxy corn

Abstract

The Program for Accelerating the Improvement of Irrigation Water Use Use is one of the programs based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24/Prt/M/2017 concerning General Guidelines for the Program for the Acceleration of Increasing Irrigation Water Use Use. Implementation of P3-TGAI activities in the form of repairing irrigation networks, rehabilitation of irrigation networks and improvement of irrigation networks. P3-TGAI is a program to repair, rehabilitate or improve irrigation networks based on the participation of farming communities implemented by Associations of Water-User Farmers (P3A). As for this research, it is planned to procure socialization regarding the operating and maintenance procedures of the P3A irrigation system, so that it can be utilized properly and for a long time. P3A institutions must contribute to irrigation management and be able to carry out the duties and obligations in maintaining irrigation networks. It is also expected to be able to carry out the development and management of an irrigation system properly and sustainably and be able to increase agricultural productivity and production.

Abstract

Catfish is a kind of fish that many found in Tempe lake of Wajo district, it contains a lot ofprotein, so it helps in the growth process of children’s brains, besides catfish extract can functionas healing after surgery. Based on discussions with 2 partners, we can conclude some problemsfaced and the soon to be overcome so that the product can compete with other products, problemscan be described as follows: (1) the use of fish flesh processing tool (shredded fish) so that productquality is better and durable, (2) the problem of product diversification from catfish raw material,(3) training on a simple on-line marketing (creating a Blog) and the manufacture of goodpackaging, (4) the problem of management that is the increasing of ability to manage business andimprovement of accounting and financial administration. Target and outcome expected are: (1) themaking of shredded fish, fish gell more hygiene, tasty and durable, (2) introduce and providespinner, fish mixer that serve to help separate oil from fish flesh so shredded and fish gell be tasty,crunchy and durable without preservatives (3) the products can be brand market in Wajo districtand able to compete in AFTA era, (4) cultivate the spirit of entrepreneurship to all members, (5)introduce a new product that had not yet made by 2 (two) partners such as catfish otak-otak andcatfish gellfish, (6) the transfer of technology in oil separating process of fish flesh and fish fleshmixing with ingredient so that the efficiency and effectiveness of product, (7) increased knowledgeabout good marketing management so intertwined cooperation with retail or merchant, and (8)online marketing through blog “UD RATU SENGKANG SULSEL” as an online marketingmedium. To achieve all targets and outcomes, the team conducted a variety of activities, includessocialization ibM activites, gives latest technology, provides training on making shredded fish,kaki naga and fish nuggets, develop entrepreneurship, and provide guidance on production andmarketing management.

Abstract

An integrated aquaculture system "UGAKODI" (udang galah, koi, dan padi or the giant prawn,koi, and paddy) is one of the alternative business that can be done to increase the communityincome. Thus, the UGAKODI system is a very potential and prospective system to be developed.This culture system has several advantages; (1) the culture of giant prawns and koi can besimultaneously conducted with rice in the paddy field, (2) this system does not require lots oflands, (3) the farmer's income can increase because the yields can not only be obtained from therice harvest but also from the prawns and koi, and (4) the farmer income cycles are more thantwice a year. Galesong District of Takalar Regency, as the location of this communitydevelopment activity, has great potential for aquaculture system "Ugakodi", because the districthas a large rice field with an abundant water source that comes from irrigation. Some of thefarmers who are partners of these activities have long been engaged in rice cultivation, but the ricefarming has not shown significant economic improvement due to low yields and the earningscycles are only twice a year. Therefore, through this system, people can optimize the agriculturalland they manage through the package of technology offered to increase the income of farmers andthe community.
