Jurnal Balireso adalah Jurnal Pengabdian pada Masyarakat yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (LPkM) UNIVERSITAS MUSLIM INDONESIA. Jurnal ini menerima seluruh bidang dalam penerapan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan seni (IPTEKS) yang berupa hasil kegiatan maupun ulasan ilmiah (critical review) tentang penerapan IPTEKS kepada masyarakat. Jurnal ini terbit sebanyak 2 kali setahun yaitu pada bulan Januari dan bulan Juli setiap tahun. Abstract

In Law no. 7 of 2017 concerning Elections which are the legal basis for the implementation of the 2019 elections. This provision is contained in Article 245 mandating that the list of prospective candidates must contain at least 30 percent women's representation. In the Indonesian context, legal reform with a justice perspective through the insistence of a 30% quota for women in parliament is a contribution from the liberal feminist experience. The regulation regarding the mandatory 30 percent quota for female candidates is one of the important achievements in Indonesia's post-reform democracy journey. These conditions must be met by political parties in order to participate in the Election. This 30 percent figure is based on the results of UN research which states that a minimum number of 30 percent allows a change to occur and has an impact on the quality of decisions taken in public institutions. However, the issue of gender inequality is clearly reflected in the low representation of women in the structure of Indonesia's representative institutions. Based on the 2010-2035 Indonesian Population Projection data, out of a total of 261.9 million Indonesians in 2017, the female population is 130.3 million or around 49.75 percent of the population. Unfortunately, the large population of women is not represented in parliament. The proportion of women in DPR seats is much less than the proportion of men.

Abstract

A business plan is a crucial document utilized by both external and internal audiences of a company. For instance, if the business plan is intended to attract investments, the company must articulate its plans to convince investors and creditors. While immensely beneficial for new businesses, every company should have a business plan. Ideally, this plan should be reviewed and updated periodically to assess whether goals have been achieved or have changed and evolved.This outreach program will teach the creation of a Business Plan to members of the Majelis Taklim as knowledge of business planning can support them in developing businesses, thus enhancing the welfare of members and families overall. Empowering mothers will aid in the development of villages, thereby realizing the equitable distribution of prosperity

Abstract

Kegiatan KKN-PPM dilaksanakan di Desa Salukanan Kecamatan Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Merupakan dataran tinggi dan desa unggulan agribisnis di Kabupaten Enrekang dengan hasil alam yang melimpah dan tanaman endemik berupa beras ketan pulu mandoti. Kelompok sasaran pada kegiatan ini adalah anak usia sekoah, remaja putri, ibu-ibu rumah tangga, ibu-ibu PKK dan karang taruna pada tiga dusun (Matarin, Gandeng, dan Tantido).Dari hasil diskusi dengan Pemerintah Desa dan tokoh-tokoh masyarakat ditemukan beberapa permasalahan masyarakat, sehingga ditawarkan beberapa kegiatan seperti :Penyuluhan kesehatan pada anak usia sekolah dan masyarakat umum. Pelatihan aplikasi tanaman obat (pengobatan herbal) dan pemanfaatan lahan untuk budidaya tanaman obat (pengelolaan TOGA). Pembuatan produk kesehatan sereal berbahan dasar pulu mandoti (beras ketan merah) untuk memberikan tambahan nilai ekonomis untuk masyarakat setempat. Menumbuhkan jiwa enterpreneurship masyarakat dengan mendorong terbentuknya kelompok-kelompok usaha pengolahan sumber daya alam sehingga masyarakat tidak hanya menjual hasil alam dalam bentuk bahan baku (bahan mentah) akan tetapi dapat menghasilkan produk produk yang bernilai ekonimis tinggi.Untuk mencapai target kegiatan KKN-PPM maka akan dilaksanakan beberapa kegiatan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut : sosialisasi kegiatan KKN-PPM, penyusunan program kegiatan (program pokok dan program tambahan), seminar awal untuk sosialisasi kegiatan, pelaksanaaan kegiatan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan dan praktek, seminar evaluasi, penyusunan laporan kegiatan, seminar akhir pada pekan terakhir kegiatan.

Abstract

are targeted to serve the people who live in Borikamase Village. The village of Borikamase is amilkfish producing village that is sold in fresh condition without processing to the local market orsent to other places in the vicinity. This potential needs to be developed into a business of milkfishpresto. The purpose of this activity is to provide skills: (1) read the Qur'an correctly, eloquently,and in accordance with the makhraj to the partner groups; (2) management of religious group(Majlis Taklim) systematically; (3) good presto fish processing method.The expected output targets of this activity are the literate and correct literacy skills of the Qur'an;the increasing management of the Majelis Taklim and the business establishment of a group ofPresto milkfish production. It is expected that partners can produce quality Presto fish products interms of product durability, taste, and packaged and hygienic, then partners become independent inthe business management of presto milkfish.

Abstract

Pesantren is an Islamic-based education known in Indonesia in educating people's lives. There areproblems with the view of modern society towards the world of pesantren, which does not providehope for work. So it is demanded to be able to master religious and general sciences includingtechnology. Through the utilization of aquaponics technology for pesantren-based communities,Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (UNTIRTA) implements that the activities of Learning andCommunity Empowerment Real Work (KKN-PPM) is one of the activities that can improvestudents' ability to apply knowledge according to their respective fields of expertise, respectively.KKN-PPM provides opportunities for students to work together to contribute to solving problemsin the pesantren community. Therefore, KKN-PPM has a significant contribution and impact onstudents and the pesantren community. Therefore, KKN-PPM has a significant contribution andimpact on students and the pesantren community. The goals of the KKN-PPM achievements willbe held at Pesantren Riyadhussalam in Kurungkambing Village, Mandalawangi District, toimprove students' ability in applying science and technology in accordance with their fields ofscience and expertise, especially in the field of aquaponics with partner P4S MITRA IKAMAJAfor teaching Aquaponics technology to students. Methods the activity begins with providingdebriefing to KKN-PPM participants and then providing counseling, training, and application ofappropriate technology and assistance to further develop vegetable and fish plant productsproduced by pesantren communities. Thus, the implementation of KKN-PPM can create and toincrease the productivity of the pesantren community in building self-reliance in order to gainknowledge, skills, and a decent life, a sustainable Islamic Boarding School is formed.

Abstract

Meatballs are a type of food that is loved by all people, old and young, as well as children. Fishmeatball business is an alternative food that is favored by all elements of society and has abusiness prospect that can target all people at an affordable price with materials that are easilyavailable and inexpensive, besides that the location of the business placement has a promisingeffect for business and organizational development. Generally processed meatballs from beef,while Borikamase Village, a fish producer in Maros district. The purpose of this program MTNurul Ukhuwah is equipped with skills to process fish balls and their marketing, so that in additionto serving in families with healthy meatballs with processed fish, it is also expected to increase theincome of families and organizations of majelis taklim. The approach taken begins withsocialization to build the same perception, training in making Fish Meatballs, training in startingand building a business, training in marketing techniques, it is expected that 100% of themanagement and members of MT have Fish Meat processing skills and more than half ( 50%)members formed a joint business Fish Meatballs as one type of group business to help theeconomy of members and organizations.

Abstract

Development is a systematic effort to create conditions that can provide various alternatives for achieving the aspirations of every citizen. Various kinds of government efforts to improve the welfare of the community, among others, by building physical facilities and infrastructure. One of the developments carried out by the Government in the construction of irrigation for agriculture. The Ministry of PUPR has an irrigation development program, namely the Program for the Acceleration of Improved Irrigation Water Use (P3-TGAI). P3-TGAI is an activity that aims to improve the performance of village irrigation for the welfare of farmers, improve the economy of the surrounding community, and contribute to food security. This activity also aims to foster farmer participation in the improvement and improvement of irrigation networks based on needs where the community is involved in the development of small irrigation under 150 hectares by involving P3A directly. In its implementation, P3-TGAI activities are accompanied by Community Assistance Personnel (TPM). The method of implementing this activity is proposed using participatory data collection and mapping with P3-TGAI, Village Government, and WUA. The results of service activities in this data collection activity will be used as recommendations to the P3-TGAI program implementers.

Abstract

CV Maju Makmur Bersama is a profit-oriented firm which holds a culinary Korean food franchisee. The employee of CV Maju Makmur Bersama is 20 persons who get various income. In line with the dynamic of tax, regulation changed over time. Following business conditions, CV Maju Makmur Bersama, as a taxpayer, needs to adjust its tax obligation activity, especially ini Income tax Article 21deduction. Law Number 7 of 2021, known as the Law of Harmonization of Tax Regulation, has changed some tax regulations, especially in Income Tax Article 21 in the progressive tax rate bracket stated in Income Tax Article 17, where before the new regulation had four brackets and changed to 5 brackets also changing in the first bracket interval from fifty million to sixty million rupiahs. This caused a firm must recount the tax deduction from employer to employees. Hence, the employees are not disappointed, and employers, as taxpayers, can do their obligation correctly according to current tax regulations. Therefore, servants accompany the firm partner in implementing tax regulation, especially implementing income tax article 21 as stated in law Number 7 of 2021.
