Abstract

Identification of Potential Conflicts of Pre and Post Construction of Houses of Worship in Indonesia and Efforts To Handle(Case Study in the City and County of Bogor). Religion contains teachings regarding the highest and absolute truth about humanexistence and the instructions for safe and happy life in this world and hereafter. Religion should not be a factor and moreover a source of conflict trigger, because religion itself appears as a system of beliefs that are in a culture that was born out of the community itself. Besides religion becomes a controller for the actions of the members of society in accordance with the values of culture and religion.

Abstract

Coaching Family In Tablighi Jamaat. Khuruj in Tablighi Jamaat are madrassas preaching trip to establish the nature of the self graduallyimaniyyah culprit. Expected to experience this propaganda effort, the help of God will always be there at any time and the cause of God's guidance for the universe will end up with Khusnul Khatimah. But in practice it takes a balance between preaching and family coaching. Because Khuruj requires one to come out leaving his family in a certain time frame. So then it takes a balance between preaching and coaching families, in addition to the support of his wife and children to overcome various problems at the time the head of the household was Khuruj Fi Sabilillah.

Abstract

A Hidden Inheritance With the Probate Division (Usul Fiqh Approach). In Islamic law, the division of the estate (faraidh) is part of theproblem is already clear rules (qat'i al-dilalah). However, there are still a few people who questioned aspects of justice in this faraidh problem. One solution to bridge this is the concept of testament. The division of property by testamentary relatively more flexible than those specified in the science faraidh. However, will still not be separated from the legal rules that have been set Qur'an and Sunnah.

Abstract

Thaharah: Meaning Zawahir and Bawathin In Purification. Islam comprehensively stated that purification spawned many traits,attitudes, values and messages that would affect a person's behavior. Many hadiths that explain the virtues thaharah, which if carried out could remove sin and human error. In addition thaharah implicated in a variety of dimensions, such as the dimensions of Muamalat, morals, faith and so forth. Therefore, if thaharah or purification is always practiced as Sunnah, then it will be able to bring physical and spiritual purity.

Zina, Qadzaf, and Liquor in the Perspective of Islamic Criminal Law. The conception of Islam in particular concerning criminallaw, can basically be taken into consideration as well as input for the development of national laws in the future. Therefore, it would need to be pursued in earnest to provide input to the relevant parties, both government and legislative branches to work together to realize the national criminal law in accordance with the aspirations and expectations of the people.

Abstract

Individual Ownership According to Islam. Islam has set the terms of ownership, whether public ownership, the individual and thestate. By law, individuals are entitled to have, enjoy, and transfer of wealth, but people also have a moral obligation to spend in his property. Permissibility of individual ownership is an attempt to achieve distributive justice in real terms, and maintaining a balance in economic matters. Ownership system in Islam has many different features and systems of capitalism and communism, because Islam provides a balance between the opposites can be overstated by both the School of Economics. Although Islam gives rights to individuals to possess wealth, but the state has the right to regulate the ownership of individual interventions with the provisions outlined by the Islamic shariah.

Methodology Commentary Ahkam. The perfection of Islam is not the explanation lies in the Qur'an in detail to every problem facinghumanity, but on abortion that contain the basic tenets and principal. For if the Qur'an as a major source of Islamic teachings explain in detail to all the problems facing humanity, then Islam will lose relevance with the community dynamics are constantly changing from time to time. Therefore, the verses of the Koran are generally only contain teachings in the form of basic and fundamental, without further explanation about the details and procedures for implementation. Then the Sunnah of the Prophet provide an explanation of the details and procedures for the implementation of the basic teachings.

Transisi kepemimpinan pasca Nabi Muhammad SAW memiliki daya tarik dari sisi politik hukum pemerintahan. Tulisan ini mengkaji masa kepemimpinan Umar bin Khattab sebagai khalifah kedua dalam sejarah Islam. Banyak warisan kebijakan negara di masanya yang telah mengubah aspek-aspek politik hukum pemerintahan Islam dan telah menjadi referensi utama bagi pemimpin negara hingga saat ini. Politik hukum responsif menjadi salah satu keunggulan dari banyak keunggulan lainnya. Dengan metode penelitian hukum normatif, tulisan ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari beberapa literatur ilmiah. Kemudian penulis menguraikan bebagai sumber data dengan pendekatan sejarah untuk menghasilkan kajian yang sistematis.

Abstract

Isu yang berkaitan dengan seks menurut hukum Islam bukanlah perkara asing. Hal tersebut telah dibicarakan dengan begitu luas oleh para ilmuan dan para ulama yang didasarkan kepada pandangan Alquran dan AlHadis, yaitu dengan mengkaitkannya dengan persoalan aqidah, syariah dan akhlak. Pentingnya hal tersebut guna menjauhi kemungkaran, dan tidak mendatangkan kemudharatan terhadap orang lain. Oleh karenanya, wajib hukumnya bagi orang tua, pendidik dan masyarakat untuk mengenalkan pengertian seks secara sehat dan benar kepada anak sejak dini, sehingga mereka dapat mengenal organ dan fungsi biologis, fisiologis manusia serta fungsi reproduksi, bahkan dapat mengenal penyakit kelamin.

Abstract

The basic value of food security is the availability of food stocks and accessibility. Ironically, the increased production of food commodities in Indonesia is not matched with the proper stock management system, so as if Indonesia is experiencing a food crisis in the commodity. Institutional food stock management national scale in Indonesia there are at least two that Bulog and the Warehouse Receipt System. Qur'an as the Muslim holy book always irrelevant to solving the problems of social. To that end, the presence of the Koran to be the solution to provide instructions and guidance of life, one of them about food security problems associated with foodstock management. In this paper will discuss how national institutional stock management in Indonesia, and how to contextualise the concept of national food stock management in the perspective of Islam. From both expected to provide a solution to the problem of food stock management in Indonesia
