Abstract

This type of research uses quantitative research methods and is called applied research. Data is obtained using wawancara and kuesioner. The sample size for this research is all employees in the production division of CV. XYZ, which is about 45 people. The data that was obtained using the deskript analysis technique and the sederhana linear regression technique. The data analysis in this study was conducted using IBM SPSS 27. Based on the results of data entry, it can be observed that employee performance related to business performance is categorized as "buruk" with a rata-rata score of 1.87, while employee work performance is categorized as "CV" with a rata-rata score of 1.89 for XYZ as a whole. Regression analysis shows that the employee's work performance is positively impacted by their division of production work on CV. XYZ, with a 51.9% contribution.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of compensation on employee performance at PT. Davidi International. A decline in the performance of production employees is indicated by delays in project execution and poor attendance discipline. Changes in the company’s compensation policy are suspected to be the cause of this decline. This study employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data from 70 production employee respondents through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the aid of Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS 27. The analysis results indicate that both compensation and employee performance fall into the poor category, with average scores of 2.32 and 2.42, respectively. Simple linear regression reveals a positive and significant effect of compensation on performance with a contribution of 74,4%. Improved compensation leads to enhanced employee performance.

Abstract

Meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial telah memungkinkan para pelaku bisnis untuk terlibat dalam Social Media Marketing, memanfaatkan bisnis untuk berkomunikasi langsung dengan konsumen dan berbagi informasi dengan mudah di platform seperti Instagram. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Moria Coffee Lembang, sebuah kafe lokal yang aktif mempromosikan dirinya di Instagram, fenomena yang muncul dalam penelitian ini adalah engagement rate pada akun Instagram Moria Coffee Lembang hanya mencapai 0,45 persen, yang berarti relatif rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Social Media Marketing di Instagram, khususnya dalam dimensi Communication dan Connection, memengaruhi niat beli pada Moria Coffee Lembang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu kepada pengguna internet aktif mencari kafe melalui Instagram, tinggal di Bandung, berusia 18-35 tahun dan biasanya melakukan transaksi baik online maupun offline dan diperoleh 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, dipaparkan bahwa responden memiliki persepsi negatif terhadap Instagram Moria Coffee Lembang karena kurangnya informasi dan koneksi yang rendah dengan followers, dari sini ditarik kesimpulan penelitian bahwa Communication of Social Media Marketing dan Connection of Social Media Marketing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat beli.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand consumer perceptions of general interior (X1), store exterior (X2), and repurchase intention (Y) at Cafe Mutualan. The research method employed is explanatory research aimed at explaining whether there is a relationship and influence among the variables studied. The author uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 102 respondents who are familiar with and have visited Cafe Mutualan. The next step is to determine the extent to which general interior and store exterior explain repurchase intention by performing multiple linear regression analysis. The author utilized IBM SPSS 27 software and found that general interior (X1) and store exterior (X2) can explain changes in repurchase intention (Y) at Cafe Mutualan. The coefficient of determination shows that general interior (X1) and store exterior (X2) contribute 8.8% to explaining repurchase intention. Additionally, the multiple linear regression equation reveals that the ability of general interior to significantly explain changes is 0.3098, while store exterior, though not significant, has an effect of 0.0233 on repurchase intention at Cafe Mutualan

Abstract

In production, quality management is used to create items that meet quality requirements, avoid product reprocessing, etc. One of the quality management systems that Rumah Makan Gudeg Pejompongan does not have in place is statistical quality control. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of making the final product, namely gudeg, knowing the types of failures that often occur in products produced in one month, knowing the order of the types of product failures that occur most often in one month, and knowing the causes of failure of gudeg products produced in restaurants. Four of the first seven TQM tools—flowcharts, check sheets, Pareto charts, cause and effect diagrams, or fishbone diagrams—are used in this study to assist businesses in implementing quality management. The author employed a descriptive research methodology, gathering data directly from field sources (field research). Cross-sectional data collection is used in this study to gather information at a single point in time. Interviews, observations, and literature reviews are used to collect data, while statistical tools are used for data analysis on Total Quality Management. The findings indicate that the Gudeg Pejompongan restaurant's production process consists of 19 steps to produce the finished product. Failures in the production process come in different forms, and the quantity of production failures is evident throughout the night and morning shifts. Out of 84 units of product failures, the categories of failures and their corresponding order of largest to smallest are as follows: Failure C (burnt jackfruit) accounts for 33%, failure D (hard jackfruit) for 29%, failure B (crushed krecek crackers) for 20%, and failure A (egg filling out) for 18%. Furthermore, the findings indicated that processes and human resources are the main reasons behind product failures at the Gudeg Pejompongan restaurant.

Abstract

Technological advances and the rapidly increasing internet use are currently good opportunities for companies. Social media and online platforms, including YouTube, can be used to advertise brands. YouTube offers a trueview ads feature (ads that appear or are displayed when a YouTube user watches a video). With YouTube trueview ads, companies are required to be able to create attractive advertisements so that viewers do not choose the "skip ads" option. The hope is that the existence of attractive advertisements can create positive consumer attitudes toward the brand being advertised, thereby generating purchase intentions from viewers of the advertisement. One company that uses trueview ads is Uniqlo. This research aims to determine the effect of Uniqlo trueview ads on consumer attitudes and their impact on Uniqlo purchase intentions. This research used purposive sampling in sample collection and collected 100 respondents with age criteria of 18 - 35 years who had seen Uniqlo's trueview ads. The data obtained was then processed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). From the research results, it was found that Uniqlo's trueview ads on YouTube had a positive and significant influence on purchase intentions and consumer attitudes as intervening variables.

Abstract

In the digital era 4.0, technology is something that is needed by humans in supporting human activities. The rapid development of technology encourages a fast and precise way of working, with technology being a necessity for auditors in carrying out the audit process. One of the technological developments created is Big Data Analytics which can help the auditor's work in the hope that it can help the audit process which can produce good audit quality. However, in addition to Big Data Analytics, auditor performance is also needed Auditors deal with various types of data. In this case, auditors are needed to process data and check whether the financial statements are in accordance with applicable standards. In the Digital 4.0 era, processing various types of data requires technology and also requires the ability of auditors. And it is hoped that the use of Big Data Analytics and auditor performance can produce good audit quality. This research uses quantitative methods. Samples were taken from Public Accounting Firms (KAP) located in Indonesia using purposive sampling. The data was processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 27 program, with 31 respondents. The results of this study explain that when the Big Data Analytics and auditor performance variables are reviewed partially on audit quality, the results Big Data Analytics and auditor performance have a significant effect on audit quality. Recommendations that can be given are that auditors must utilize the use of Big Data Analytics and improve good performance so that the resulting audit quality is also good

Abstract

RK BARBER, a barbershop in Bandung City, was forced to close at the end of 2023 due to location-related issues and relocation plans. This research aims to determine the best new location to ensure long-term success. The selection process uses the SAW method to create a normalized decision matrix, followed by the TOPSIS method to determine preference values for each alternative. This research is classified as applied research with a quantitative approach. It employs a descriptive method with cross-sectional data collection. Data is obtained through interviews, observations, and literature studies and then analyzed using SAW and TOPSIS. The TOPSIS method ranks alternatives based on their closeness to the positive ideal solution and distance from the negative ideal solution. The results indicate that location A4 ranks first with the highest preference value (0.878), followed by A5 (0.763), A3 (0.530), A2 (0.447), A6 and A7 (0.383), and A1 (0.379). These rankings help determine the most suitable location for RK BARBER’s relocation, ensuring optimal conditions for long-term business growth and sustainability.

Abstract

Tax is one of the main revenue source elements used for the benefit of a country. Most of the state revenue from taxes comes from income tax. One of the tax subjects that has the potential to make a significant contribution to tax revenue is the tax subject that runs Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In reality, this is not easy due to the possibility of various interpretations of taxation aspects among MSME actors, such as the low level of knowledge of tax obligations. There are many MSME actors who still pay little attention and are negligent towards tax obligations. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Primary data was collected using structured interview techniques. The object of this research is taxation knowledge and taxpayer compliance. The results of this study indicate that one MSME does not have comprehensive knowledge of the Income Tax obligations that must be fulfilled, while the two MSMEs show comprehensive knowledge of these obligations. The three MSMEs cannot be categorized as compliant taxpayers because they do not meet formal and material compliance.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises contribute significantly towards Indonesia’s economy, since they are scattered widely throughout rural areas, the create substantial employment opportunity for local people as well as create many various products. While many large businesses had to lose their operation during the pandemic, small and medium enterprises were able to survive in order to create more innovation for the product and their business.   The pandemic hit the economy very strongly and SMEs can survive if they can manage the innovation capability. The development of innovation capability started      in 2000 and it has been growing until today.  Innovation capability innovation capability will be more focused and stronger if it has digital adaptability. The primary goals of this paper are to present the model for development of innovation capability by systematic literature review, to collect the differences and similarities of methods that used in innovation capability research, understand deeply the dimensions of innovation capability, and know the future research in innovation capability. This research uses a systematic literature review method, that used more than 35 journals from Scopus access and another reputation access in 2020. The research funding that an area implementation of innovation capability varies widely with the research methodology the most researcher used is quantitative research. The dimension that construct the variable varies from internal and external dimension and innovation capability can improve and develop by finding the relationship with variables which still observed, cooperation and network is one of interest field to research. The limitation of the research is that the systematic literature review only focuses on journals published in Scopus and only in 2020, although researchers also review some of the best non-Scopus journals in the field of innovation capability.
