Eko dan Bisnis: Riau Economic and Business Review
Jurnal ini terbit empat kali setahun pada bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember berisi artikel, tulisan ilmiah dalam bentuk hasil penelitian dan non penelitian, kajian analisis, aplikasi teori dan review tentang masalah-masalah ekonomi dan bisnis di masyarakat. Penerbitan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas serta menyebarluaskan kajian ilmu ekonomi bisnis sekaligus sebagai wahana komunikasi di antara cendikiawan, praktisi, mahasiswa dan pemerhati masalah-masalah ekonomi bisnis. The research purpose to know the effect of transformational leadership based on performance. The data were collected by giving questionaires to 44 employees by using slovin based on sample random sampling method. The research used qualitative and quantitative. The population of the research was the 144 employees of PT. Panca Mulya Harapan Sektor Logas Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP). There were 44 respondents by using sample random sampling. Analysis model used by simple regration linear. The research prove that transformational leadership had positive impact and significanct influence of employees PT. This study aims to determine the effect of the dimensions of service quality to customer satisfaction at Waroeng Steak and Shake restaurant Pekanbaru. Measuring the quality of service using five dimensions consisting of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research instrument used was a questionnaire distributed to 30 customers were taken using purposive sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction and to determine the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction Waroeng Steak and Shake restaurant Pekanbaru. The results of this study showed that the five dimensions of service quality variables simultaneously and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction in the restaurant Waroeng Steak and Shake Pekanbaru. The Research this aims to determine the effect of work conflict and job stress on employee performance At the Department of Mines and Energy District Meranti Islands. Collecting data using a questionnaire, distributed to 32 respondents drawn using the full sample. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17 for Windows. The results showed that there is a positive significant effect on the labor conflict on employee performance. It can be seen that t value > t table (2.863>2.052) and probability 0,008< 0.05. There is a significant negative effect of work stress on employee performance. It can be seen that t count > t table (-2.512> 2.052) and probability (0.142)>0.05. Based on the calculation of F test obtained by F value>F table (4.829>3.55) and a probability value of 0.016 <0.05 means work conflict and work stress together a significant effect on the performance of employees. The coefficient of determination R Square value of 0.263 indicated that contributed employee performance changes of 26,3% influenced by work conflict and work stress of employee

One of the micro-finance agency, is Baitul Mal wat-Tamwil considered as Islamic micro finance agencies that can provide financial services to people with low income. Islamic micro finance agencies in the past have always shown considerable achievements in terms of quantity, the contribution of the absorption of labor power to the gross national income, so that efforts to empower communities through the development of its own capabilities and social and economic institutions that can reach and serve more communities business unit that can not be reached directly by the general banking or Islamic banking. Looking a t the development effort, it is necessary to network better security, so that the existence of Baitul Mal wat-Tamwil increasingly powerful, healthy and sustainable. The study was conducted at PT Agrita Sari Prima In District Langgam Pelalawan. Based on the research background mentioned above, the writer can formulate the problem in this study is whether the factors that influence employee motivation at PT Agrita Sari Prima In District Langgam Pelalawan. The purpose of this research was to determine the factors that influence employee motivation in PT Agrita Sari Prima.The data analysis in this research by using descriptive and quantitative methods. Methods descriptive analysis of data by the decomposition of the theories contained in the bibliography, and are associated with the data obtained from the research that will be collected, classified and tabulated then be concluded. And quantitative methods with multiple linear regression techniques. Samples taken in this study is numbered 75 (people) of the respondents, the research results are seen from the calculation F_hitung obtained a value of 84 809 and F_tabel at 2:35. with significance of 0.000 <0.05. With significant value below 0.05 indicates that in together variable Compensation, Employment Security, Choice, Working Conditions, and the leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee motivation and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) obtained at 0.850. This means that 85% of work motivation is influenced by the Compensation, Employment Security, Choice, conditions of work, and leadership, while the remaining 15% work motivation is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

The problem in this research is that level of sales traders of chicken for three month always experience. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the price to sales volume traders on the market broiler intersection Tampan-Pekanbaru. Time this study is three months which serve a population that is ninety-one days. And sampling is to the overall population. Analiysis of the data used is simple inier regression, statistical test. The research concludes that the selling price of a significant and negative impact on sales volume. The amount of influence of independent variables on the dependent variable 60.3 percent and the remaining 39.7 percent are affected by other variables.

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the leadership and competence on the performance of employees at Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Ps. Duri city. The population in this study are employees of Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Ps. Duri city which amounted to 32 people. Sampling was done using census techniques. The data analysis is done by using a reliability test, classic assumption test, F test, multiple regression R2 test and t test. The tests are conducted in order to determine the effect of independent variables (independend variable) with the dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the research that the quality of service simultaneously influence the patient's satisfaction with the value of the correlation R = 0.956 which indicates a very close relationship between the leadership and competence simultaneously with the performance of employees at Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Ps. Duri city. While the percentage of leadership and competence influence on the performance of employees at Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Ps. Duri city there can be adjusted R square at 0.908, which means the leadership and competence have contributed a contribution of 90.8% to the performance of employees at Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Ps. Duri city, as well as the negative effect of leadership and competence positive and significant impact on patients' satisfaction with the level of leadership and 00.001 sig sig. 0,000 for competence. The conclusion that the hypothesis simultaneously and partially between the leadership and competence variables on employee performance is proven and can be accepted as true

The purpose of the research to examine the role of job relevant information (jri) as an intervening variable on the effect participation of budget arrangement toward job performance and job satisfaction at pt. perkebunan nusantara v Pekanbaru. Job relevant information (jri) as an important variable in budgeting system. Population in this research are manager employee and organizing employee who participated in budget arrangement at pt. perkebunan nusantara V Pekanbaru.The researches give 200 questionnaires to all of pt. perkebunan nusantara V Pekanbaru. the total of returned questionnaires is 130 questionnaires, after check it there are 5 questionnaires is failed. and 125 questionnaires that can be used in data processing. analyze the data by using path analysis. The results of this research supporting h1 and h2 that there is positive correlation and significance between participation of budget arrangement toward job performance and job satisfaction. this research also supporting h3 dan h4 that processing of job relevant information (jri) as an intervening variable of job performance and job satisfavtion

Conditions increase national economic growth, there is still a significant impact on improving the local economy.One indication can be seen from the still high level of unemployment in 2015 ago. This happens because the complaint businessmen who felt the difficulty of obtaining a capital injection of banking as an important resource to increase their production capacity. So that the Indonesian banking intermediation is still questionable. Specialized in Islamic banking intermediation role can be seen from the indicators Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). FDR Islamic banking in 2015 showed a decrease from previous years. This indicates a growing gap between the funds collected far with funds channeled through financing in Islamic banking. Thus it is possible to make a research on the analysis of the factors that may affect the banking intermediation function of Islamic banking. This study aims to identify factors that influence the function of intermediation of Islamic banking in Indonesia for the period 2011 to 2015. Another aim was to determine which variable most dominant influence on Islamic banking intermediation in Indonesia 2011-2015. The research object of this thesis is that Islamic banking industry is composed of Islamic Banks and Sharia Business Unit which operates from 2011 to 2015 totaling 34 units, consisting of 12 commercial banks and 22 Islamic Sharia Business Unit. The number of samples in this study are as many as 31 Islamic banks to test all members of the population as the sample in the study. The analytical tool used in this study is a model of "distributed-lag model". In this model, the analysis carried out is multiple linear regression analysis, correlation, calculation of the value of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing by t-test and F-test. The conclusion of the analysis that has been conducted on the independent variables ie Non Perforning Finance (NPF), Bank Indonesia Certificates Sharia (SBIS), Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) on the dependent variable, namely Financing to Deposit Ratio ( FDR) is, There is a significant relationship between the NPF, SBIS, GDP and JCI together against FDR. Partially, NPF has a significant positive relationship with FDR, while the SBIS and JCI have a significant negative relationship with FDR, and for the GDP no significant relationship with FDR. From some of the variables that have a relationship with FDR, was JCI with a significant level of 0.905 or 90.5%.

The aim of this research is to study factors that affecting performance of employee of PT. Millenium Penata Futures branch Pekanbaru. Variables that have been used are including variable Y that is employee performance, and variable X that is capability and motivation. Population and sample in this study is every employees of PT. Millenium Penata Futures branch Pekanbaru with total 45 person. Retrieval of data analysis in this research using descriptive and quantitative methods. Analysis of the data that have been used are validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study in the regression equation is Y = -0.664 + 0.031X1 + 0.934X2. T test between variable ability (X1) on employee performance (Y) has no significant effect on employee performance. It can be seen from the result that t(calculation) 0.394 < t(table) 2.018, with significant value 0.695> 0.05, while the motivation variable (X2) on employee performance (Y) have significant influence on employee performance. It can be seen from the result that t(calculation) 11.374> t(table) 2.018, with significant value 0.000> 0.05. From the results of test calculations show that f(calculation) 65.324 > f(table) 4.07. With significant value 0.000 <0.005. The coefficient of determination (R2) that was obtained is 0.745 or 74.5%, which means the capability and motivation have major influence on the performance of employees of PT. Millenium Penata Futures Cabang Pekanbaru Branch Pekanbaru. Thus, the initial hypothesis which is capability and motivation give significant influence to the employee performance of PT. Millenium Penata Futures Cabang Pekanbaru Branch Pekanbaru is valid
