Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. Population in this research all employees of PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru which amounted to 32 people. Because the population is relatively few and less than 100 people, the sampling technique in this study using saturated sampling. Where all members of the population are sampled. So the sample in this study is 32 employees of PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru .. Data analysis methods used are reliability test, and coefficient of determination. While the hypothesis test used simple linear regression test and t test. Abstract

The study was posted on PT. Personnel (Persero) Pekanbaru Regional Office, as for the purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the position mutation on employee performance at PT. Personnel (Persero) Regional Office Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study are all employees who have received mutations during work that amounted to 33 employees. While the sample in this study amounted to 33 people with saturated sample approach. Data analysis used to measure this research using descriptive and quantitative method by performing simple linear regression. The results obtained in this study through SPSS 19 data processing showed that the value of independent variables (mutation of positions) on t test obtained t count value of 3,500 is greater than the value of t table of 2.039. based on the above results can be concluded that Ho is rejected, it means that the position mutations significantly affect the performance of employees at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office Pekanbaru. The big influence of the variable of position mutation on employee performance is 28.3% while the rest of 71.7% is influenced by other factors which are not careful in this research

Abstract

Some students have difficulty identifying the known variables, questions, and strategies for solving the given problem as well. This indicates that students' synthesis analysis ability is still low due to poorly trained. This research type is Class Action Research (PTK) because in this research to overcome the existing problem in class X at Al-Huda Foundation Pekanbaru relates to ability of low student synthesis analysis by applying direct instruction with problem solving method. Abstract

The Effect of Leadership and Motivation toward Employer Performance through Intervening Variable of Working Spirit at Pundi Bank-Riau Province. The background in this research was focused on the low of employers’ performance at Pundi bank in Riau Province. The purpose in this research were to know the effect of leadership toward working spirit, motivation toward working spirit, leadership toward employers’ performance, motivation toward employers’ performance, working spirit toward employers’ performance at Pundi Bank-Riau Province. This research used survey design, were the research sample was the employers of Indonesia Pundi Bank Tbk Company in Riau Province which located on Pekanbaru, Bengkalis Regency, Kuantan Singingi Regency and Indragiri hulu Regency. There were 149 respondents and the data collected by questionnaire and analyzed by using ….. Analysis. The research findings showed that leadership gave positive influence and significant toward working spirit; motivation gave positive influence toward working spirit; that leadership doesn`t give positive influence and significant toward performance; motivation gave positive influence toward performance; working spirit gave positive influence toward performance. Leadership variable was the best variable which influenced employers’ performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership and motivation to work discipline of PT. Posmetro Mandau Duri. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Posmetro Mandau Duri with 38 employes. Thus the sample in this study taken entirely, because the population is relatively little or less than 100. The research method used is multiple linear regression test, test coefficient determination and Test F. The results of this study is simultaneously leadership and motivation have a significantinfluence on the discipline of work with signification rate is 0.003.  While the  leadership by partial has a significant effect on the discipline of work, but motivation has no significant effect on employee work discipline of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance At PT Agung Toyota Cabang Soekarno Hatta In Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study are all employees in PT Agung Toyota Cabang Soekarno Hatta In Pekanbaru, which amounted to 44 people and the population in this study used as a sample by using the census method of all employees. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, beside that also use analysis of quantitative analysis that is using simple linier regression with help of program SPSS version 17.00. From the results can be concluded a simple linear regression analysis that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Agung Toyota Cabang Soekarno Hatta In Pekanbaru. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Koperasi Unit Desa Dwi Serumpun Kecamatan Rengat Barat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Kemudian penulis melakukan penganalisaan dengan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan metode Regresi Linear berganda, Koefisien Korelasi dan determinasi dan selanjutnya pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaannya y = 0,007 + 1,000 X1 - 1,000 X2  yang mana artinya adalah jika variabel Pendapatan sebesar 0 (nol) dan variable biaya juga 0 (nol) Maka variabel Sisa Hasil Usaha adalah sebesar 0,007 poin. Kemudian jika variabel Pendapatan (X1) naik sebesar satu-satuan dan variable biaya (X2) tetap maka Sisa Hasil Usaha juga akan naik  sebesar 1 poin. Begitu juga jika variable biaya (X2) naik sebesar 1 poin sementara variable pendapatan (X1) tetap maka Sisa Hasil Usaha akan berkurang sebesar 1 poin. Koefisien korelasinya adalah sebesar 1 yang artinya hubungan antara variabel Pendapatan dan Biaya mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap variable Sisa Hasil Usaha. Selanjutnya koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar 1 atau 100% diamana variabel Pendapatan dan Biaya mempengaruhi Sisa Hasil Usaha adalah sebesar 100%. Kemudian Hasil uji Simultan (uji f) diperoleh Fhitung 803228463000000,000 ˃ Ftabel 6,94 artinya Pendapatan dan Biaya secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha. Uji parsial  thitung 25097446,71 > ttabel 2,57058 artinya Pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha dan thitung -9344029,079 < ttabel -2,57058 berarti variabel Biaya  berpengaruh terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha

Abstract

This research at PT. Inhil Sarimas Kelapa Rumbai Jaya Regency of Indragiri Hilir. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of management information systems and work environment on employee work effectiveness at PT. Inhil Sarimas Kelapa Rumbai Jaya Regency of Indragiri Hilir. This research used quantitative methods, namely research that illustrates the influence of management information systems and work environment on the effectiveness of employee work at PT. Inhil Sarimas Kelapa Rumbai Jaya Regency of Indragiri Hilir. To anyzed the data, this research used multiple regression, correlation coefficients, and Hypothesis testing which will be assisted by using SPSS version 21. From the results of the study show that management information system variables and work environment together have a significant influence on employee work effectiveness, management information systems have a significant effect on employee work effectiveness. and The work environment has a significant effect on employee work effectiveness at PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Employee Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia (KP-RI) Indragiri Hulu Regency Public Middle School, which is located at Jl. Cambodia N0. 02 Rengat Regency of Indragiri Hulu. This research is a quantitative study, the data used by the author in this study are secondary data and the research method used is descriptive method. The results of the study there is a significant effect between the Deposits and Member Loans on the Remaining Operating Results (SHU). Deposits partially have a significant effect on the Remaining Operating Results (SHU), Member Loans partially have no significant effect on Remaining Operations (SHU) and from the quantitative calculations obtained it can be seen that there is a strong relationship between the Deposits and Member Loans towards the Remaining Operations (SHU) which has a Correlation value of 0.982
