Abstract

As time goes by, building a service business can be said to have very bright prospects, especially in line with changing consumer patterns that are increasingly diverse and prioritize convenience. A strategy consists of several tactics. Strategies are general, fundamental, and long-term, compared to tactics, which are more specific, operational, and short-term plans. Strategy aligns with the development of the concept of strategic management, which is not simply defined as a means to achieve a goal.Trust is closely related to religion, but its scope is broader.Increasing public trust in attracting pilgrims to register with PT Qiblatain travel is a crucial step to expand reach and increase customer numbers. This includes providing clear information, such as package prices, facilities, and registration requirements, clearly and transparently. Good and friendly service is also essential for providing services to PT Qiblatain pilgrims. By implementing a strategy that focuses on information transparency, service quality, legality, education, digital marketing, attractive promotions, and community development, PT Qiblatain can build a strong reputation in the eyes of the public.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a company's commitment to supporting sustainable economic development by considering the balance between economic, social, and environmental aspects. This study aims to describe the model of CSR program fund distribution in efforts to empower the community economically at Yasmin Hospital in Banyuwangi, East Java. The focus of the study includes: (1) the model of CSR fund distribution for community economic empowerment, (2) the model of community economic empowerment related to CSR fund distribution, and (3) the positive implications of both models. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing with data validity through triangulation. The results of the study show that the CSR fund distribution model of Yasmin Hospital is able to improve the welfare and economic independence of the community and contribute to environmental preservation, although it still needs improvement to be more effective and efficient in terms of time, cost, and energy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Sharia-based digital marketing innovation in increasing millennial pilgrims’ interest at PT Nurul Haramain Mulia. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observation of the company’s social media platforms, and internal documentation, and were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of digital marketing strategies through social media, online registration and payment systems, and inspirational educational content increased millennial pilgrims’ interest by approximately 35% among those aged 25–35. Furthermore, the application of Sharia marketing principles such as honesty, trustworthiness, and transparency strengthened customer trust and loyalty. The synergy between digital innovation and Islamic values has proven to be the key factor in the company’s success in attracting and retaining millennial pilgrims in the modern era.
