Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji  manajemen inovasi melalui Koperasi Pondok Pesantren (Kopontren) di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mashduqiah, Kraksaan, Probolinggo, sebagai upaya mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi pesantren dan pemberdayaan masyarakat sekitar. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi Kopontren meliputi pembentukan unit usaha diversifikasi (seperti produksi tahu, roti, simpan pinjam, grosir, toko, barber shop, dan wartel), pelatihan keterampilan kewirausahaan, penerapan prinsip ekonomi syariah, kemitraan strategis, pengalokasian keuntungan untuk pendidikan dan sosial, serta peningkatan manajemen profesional dengan melibatkan alumni. Inovasi ini berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan santri dan alumni hingga 30%, partisipasi masyarakat 40%, serta menciptakan multiplier effect melalui usaha mikro. Keberhasilan didukung oleh kepemimpinan visioner dan sinergi komunitas, meskipun menghadapi tantangan keterbatasan modal dan kapasitas manajerial. Model Kopontren Al-Mashduqiah direkomendasikan sebagai inspirasi bagi pesantren lain untuk membangun ekonomi syariah yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

This study examines the role of creativity and innovation management in strengthening organizational competitive advantage in the digital era, using a literature review method that draws upon more than twenty scholarly sources published between 2019 and 2025. The findings reveal that creativity is a unique and inimitable strategic resource, serving as the primary foundation for achieving sustainable competitive advantage. Innovation, which emerges from effective creativity management, encompasses the development of new products, processes, services, and business models that enhance organizational value and competitiveness. The implementation of digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and Big Data has been proven to accelerate innovation and improve operational efficiency.Furthermore, an open organizational culture and innovative leadership play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and continuous learning. The synergy between human creativity, structured innovation, and the use of digital technology is identified as a key element in maintaining organizational competitiveness. Theoretically, the study reinforces the concepts of the Resource-Based View, Dynamic Capabilities, and Open Innovation, while practically emphasizing the importance of technology-driven creativity and innovation management supported by an adaptive and progressive organizational culture.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has given rise to new forms of economic transactions in the form of online buying and selling (e-commerce) , which require examination from the perspective of Islamic law to ensure their continued relevance to sharia principles. This study aims to analyze the perspectives of Shaykh Yusuf al-Qaradawi and Abdullah An-Na‘im regarding online sale and purchase contracts from the viewpoint of sharia economics. The research employs a qualitative method with a literature study (library research) approach, conducted through a critical review of the works of both figures as well as relevant classical and contemporary fiqh literature.The results show that Shaykh Yusuf al-Qaradawi views online buying and selling as a valid form of muamalah as long as it fulfills the pillars and conditions of a contract and is free from elements of riba, gharar, and maysir, while emphasizing the principles of honesty, transparency, and mutual consent between the parties. Meanwhile, Abdullah An-Na‘im stresses the importance of contextualizing and reconstructing Islamic law so that it can respond to contemporary challenges, by making justice and public welfare (maslahah) the primary benchmarks for the validity of transactions. This study finds that although the two scholars employ different methodological approaches, both agree that Islamic legal principles are dynamic and adaptive to the development of digital transactions. These findings are expected to enrich the discourse in sharia economic studies and provide a conceptual foundation for understanding online buying and selling practices that are in line with the maqasid al-shariah in the digital era

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS) on consumer behavior at Café Lathoman. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observations of ten STEBI BAMA students who were customers of Café Lathoman on September 25, 2025. The results show that the use of QRIS provides convenience and efficiency in financial transactions, as well as increasing consumer convenience. However, this convenience also encourages consumptive behavior due to a decreased perception of the value of money. Thus, the use of QRIS has a dual impact: on the one hand, it increases transaction effectiveness, and on the other hand, it creates psychological challenges in the form of a tendency to overconsume among students.

Abstract

Indonesia Emas 2045 is an ambitious vision that aims to make Indonesia a developed country with a strong, inclusive, and sustainable economy. To achieve this vision, the country needs economic transformation based on the principles of justice and sustainability. However, the implementation of downstreaming still faces structural dilemmas in the form of unequal distribution of benefits, dependence on foreign investment, and ecological pressures caused by resource exploitation. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study explores the correlation between the principles of maqashid sharia and economic downstreaming policies, and provides strategic recommendations for policymakers to ensure an inclusive direction for economic development. This study argues that the application of maqashid sharia principles in economic downstreaming policies can support the Indonesia Emas 2045 vision by creating a fair, inclusive, and sustainable economy. Hifz al-Maal emphasizes the optimization of natural resource added value with fair distribution of benefits, reducing dependence on foreign investment. Hifz an-Nafs focuses on creating decent jobs and protecting workers. Hifz al-Aql encourages technology transfer and human capacity development, strengthening global competitiveness. Hifz an-Nasl ensures environmental sustainability through responsible resource exploitation. Hifz ad-Din guarantees ethical principles in economic development, avoiding exploitative practices. This study confirms that the implementation of maqashid syariah can overcome the dilemma between short-term economic interests and long-term sustainability, ensuring social justice, environmental sustainability, and community welfare. In conclusion, maqashid syariah is a relevant ethical framework for directing Indonesia's economic downstreaming towards an inclusive and sustainable economy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate how product quality and price influence the purchasing decisions made by female students at the Pesantren Al‑Mashduqiah Girls’ Store when choosing to buy the product. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 38 participants. The results show that product quality and price have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. High-quality products increase customer trust, while stable and affordable prices reduce perceived risk and encourage customer loyalty. Both factors jointly influence purchasing decisions in the boarding-school environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana modal kewirausahaan di pesantren dapat meningkatkan kemandirian santri melalui pendidikan dan kegiatan ekonomi yang dikelola pesantren. Pesantren memiliki potensi tidak hanya sebagai tempat belajar agama, tetapi juga sebagai lembaga pemberdayaan ekonomi yang menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha santri. Modal kewirausahaan yang dimaksud tidak hanya berupa dana, tetapi juga mencakup kemampuan intelektual, moral, spiritual, serta keterampilan praktis yang diperoleh dari proses pendidikan pesantren. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan wawancara terstruktur kepada para pelaku usaha di lingkungan pesantren untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang strategi usaha, pelatihan, dan pengaruhnya terhadap kemandirian santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kewirausahaan di pesantren berperan penting dalam membentuk kemandirian ekonomi dan mental santri. Santri dilatih untuk disiplin, bertanggung jawab, hidup sederhana, dan mampu mengelola sumber daya secara produktif. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa modal kewirausahaan dan kemandirian santri saling berkaitan dan menjadi dasar penting dalam menjadikan pesantren sebagai pusat pembentukan generasi muslim yang mandiri, kreatif, berdaya saing, dan berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi umat sesuai nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi marketing dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen di An-Najah Store Triwungan Paiton Probolinggo. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, penelitian ini menggali pengalaman dan penerapan strategi pemasaran melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha sebagai informan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa An-Najah Store menerapkan berbagai strategi pemasaran, seperti penambahan variasi produk, strategi harga, pelayanan prima melalui prinsip Senyum, Salam, Sapa, serta promosi digital melalui WhatsApp dan Telegram. Strategi-strategi tersebut terbukti meningkatkan minat beli konsumen dan memperkuat posisi usaha di tengah persaingan yang ketat. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi strategi pelayanan, promosi digital, dan kualitas produk berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah transaksi serta pertumbuhan usaha secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

This study examines employee performance analysis in providing services to prospective Umrah pilgrims at PT. Qiblatain Safarina Bakti under conditions of limited human resources. The background of the study is based on the significant increase in demand for Umrah services that requires travel agencies to continue to provide quality services, despite facing limitations in the number of available workers and competencies. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and literature studies from relevant references. The results show that limited human resources have an impact on workload imbalances and dual task practices that often cause stress for employees. Nevertheless, the company strives to maintain service quality through collaboration strategies, regular evaluations, competency improvement, and intensive communication with pilgrims. Further analysis reveals that motivation, skills, and the work environment are the main factors determining service quality. This study confirms that the constraint of limited human resources is not always an absolute obstacle. With adaptive management, these challenges can be minimized so that services remain consistent and professional. The implication of this research is the need for a strategy to strengthen human resource capacity, both through increasing the number of workers and improving skills, so that Umrah travel agencies are able to respond to the ever-growing demands of society.

Abstract

This study examines the strategic role of the Al-Mashduqiah Wholesale Store in supporting the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools while contributing to the surrounding community. Islamic boarding schools not only function as religious educational institutions, but also as drivers of the local economy that can empower the community and encourage the development of MSMEs. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, data obtained through interviews with shop managers, students, the community, and MSME actors. The results show that the Al-Mashduqiah Wholesale Store is able to support the needs of Islamic boarding schools, create jobs, provide basic necessities at affordable prices, and assist in the marketing of local products. These findings prove that Islamic boarding schools can play a role as a driving force for community-based economies, where aspects of education and economic empowerment go hand in hand
