Abstract

With very tight business competition in the current era, the role of job descriptions and job specifications has become very important for the progress of a company, because it can help employees improve their performance in carrying out their duties. Based on the results of research conducted on PT Qiblatain Sakti employee respondents, it was found that the implementation of job descriptions is still very low, which can hinder the company's progress. Therefore, companies need to improve the implementation of job descriptions and job specifications to achieve the targets that have been set. This research uses quantitative methods with data obtained from employee respondents of PT Qiblatain Sakti, which is then explained descriptively qualitatively so that it is easy for readers to understand.

Abstract

This study explores the digital transformation of Islamic Microfinance Institutions (LKMS) by analyzing the forms of innovation, strategic opportunities, implementation challenges, and socio-economic impacts. Using a qualitative library research method, this paper synthesizes findings from academic literature, official reports, and sharia-compliant fintech developments to evaluate how digitalization aligns with the objectives of maqashid shariah. The results show that LKMS have begun integrating digital solutions such as mobile apps, cloud-based accounting, and blockchain-based systems to enhance service efficiency, accessibility, and transparency. Digital transformation has increased operational capacity and outreach while promoting economic inclusion among marginalized communities. However, the study also highlights several challenges, including infrastructure limitations, digital illiteracy, and sharia compliance concerns. The conclusion emphasizes the need for institutional and regulatory support to optimize the benefits of digital innovation within Islamic ethical finance. Further empirical research is suggested to explore the effectiveness of digital platforms in realizing sustainable economic empowerment aligned with sharia principles.

Abstract

Toko Putri at Pondok Pesantren Al-Mashduqiah serves as a provider of necessities for students and the surrounding community. In an era of increasingly fierce competition, service quality has become a key factor in attracting and retaining customers. This journal uses a literature review method to analyze various business communication strategies that can be applied to improve service quality at Toko Putri, referencing literature published after 2020. This study aims to analyze the business communication strategies implemented at Putri Store in Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School to improve service quality. Effective communication is key to attracting and retaining customers. Employee training in communication skills has proven to enhance the ability to provide friendly and responsive service. The implementation of a feedback system also provides valuable insights for management to make continuous improvements in the services provided. By implementing the right communication strategies, Toko Putri has successfully increased customer satisfaction and built strong loyalty. This study is expected to contribute to the development of business communication strategies in the retail sector, particularly in the boarding school environment. Additionally, the results of this study can serve as a reference for other stores seeking to improve service quality through effective communication.

Abstract

Islam is not only limited to matters of worship and faith, more than that, Islam also plays a role,in providing solutions,to.real problems,faced.by society, one of which,is.the problem of_the community's,economy..This article discusses the,role.of Islamic banking as a means of da'wah in strengthening the community's,economy. The purpose,of/this writing is-to provide a strong understanding to the community that da'wah is,not-only in the-form of,lectures and religious studies but also strengthening the community's, economy.is part-of da'wah, especially Islamic banking products that are based on muamalah laws. So that the relationship or function of da'wah in Islamic banking can be found which in the end with the islamic banking da'wah approach can be accepted by the community and avoid values that conflict with religion. This study uses qualitative descriptive research with a literature review approach, using primary and secondary data related to the title of the study above, so it can be concluded that in carrying out its transactions, Islamic banking does not only look at the benefits or banking benefits alone but also provides an understanding of the correct muamalah but also provides a real impact on the community whose customers become banks, namely stopping the practice of usury, and other transactions that are mixed with the Islamic religion, so this study will be a benchmark for how important Islamic banking is as a means of preaching to the community so that they transact in everyday life while still being based on religious values and this is the essence of preaching in Islam.

Abstract

Social and economic changes in the contemporary era have encouraged more and more Muslim women Muslim women to engage in family economic activities, either as the primary breadwinners or as contributors to household income. This study aims to understand women's economic contributions from the perspective of social hadith through a contextual approach. Hadiths related to work, breadwinning, and women's contributions are examined not only based on the strength of their chains of transmission and texts but also analyzed within the social context of their time. The method used is qualitative library research, involving the identification and analysis of relevant hadiths, as well as referencing the views of classical and contemporary scholars. The findings indicate that Islam provides legitimate space for women to contribute economically, provided they uphold ethical values, family responsibilities, and principles of social justice. Social hadiths serve as a crucial foundation for building an inclusive, fair, and contextual understanding of women’s economic roles within contemporary Muslim families.

Abstract

This study examines the marketing strategies and production processes at H. Rohim's Tofu Business in Jember, focusing on the challenges of modernizing traditional practices. This research utilizes a qualitative approach to understand the underlying factors affecting the business’s marketing strategies and operational processes. Interviews with the owner and employees reveal a tension between traditional and digital marketing methods. Despite efforts to use social media and improve packaging, the business has struggled to reach younger consumers, relying heavily on word-of-mouth and loyal customer networks for promotion. Observations indicate that production is manual, using local ingredients, and distribution is confined to local markets, with minimal use of digital platforms. The business's goals include expanding market reach and increasing production, but limited resources and resistance to change hinder the full implementation of these strategies. The study highlights the importance of blending traditional marketing techniques with innovative approaches to meet evolving market demands. The findings suggest that overcoming the company's reluctance to digitalize and invest in modern marketing strategies is crucial for its growth. This case underscores the challenges faced by small businesses in adapting to technological advancements while maintaining their traditional values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the decision of the Banten community in paying zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) online. In this study, the data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from journals, articles, etc., with a research sample of 100 respondents from the community domiciled in the Banten Province area. This quantitative research method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS software version 26.0. The results of this study indicate that the variables of usefulness, ease of use, and social environment have a significant partial and simultaneous influence on the decision of the Banten community in paying zakat, infaq, and alms online

Abstract

Halal certification has become an important aspect of the pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia, a country with a majority Muslim population. This study aims to explore how halal certification affects consumer trust and loyalty towards pharmaceutical products in Indonesia. Through a comprehensive analysis, it is found that halal certification issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) through the Halal Product Guarantee Organisation (BPJPH) has increased the trust and loyalty of Muslim consumers. Halal certification provides a guarantee of product safety and hygiene, thereby increasing consumer satisfaction and loyalty. A comparison with halal certification practices in other countries, such as Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, also provides insight into the differences and similarities in the regulatory framework and certification process. Recommendations include improving the halal certification process, increasing awareness and education, harmonising halal certification standards, and utilising technology and digitalisation.

Abstract

Zakat is one of the five main pillars to strengthen the religion of Islam, as a way for humans to worship Allah and also humans with other people in terms of social responsibility which can be considered as a religious tax. The zakat of the profession arises from the controversy and potential strength of the overall economy. In today's modern era, many people earn so much income by capitalizing on knowledge gained from formal education. Educational human beings can be educational systems that are programmed by the government, at least can generate enormous income compared to agricultural products, farms and plantations. Because with education gained by humans, he can have appropriate professions from the field of education that he has experienced. Therefore this writer will discuss about zakat profession which has mushroomed in this modern era. Islam aims at social unrest in society with zakat. Zakat has a mission to improve relations between human beings, which in turn can reduce the problematic gap in their lives. In addition, the Zakat can also strengthen a vertical relationship with God, because zakat is a form of devotion (worship) to the god. The ulama have determined that the property shall with zakat only five kinds, namely cattle, gold, and silver, trade, agriculture, minerals and rikaz (finding treasure). However, at present, a profession that can produce wealth is growing. Therefore, the scope of assets that zakat should be extended to some form of wealth which is not known in the early days of Islam, among other professions, doctors, notaries, bankers, psychologists, and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies undertaken by businesses in the culinary sector in dealing with the Covid-19 Pandemic. The right strategy will lead businesses to survive the Pandemic. The business sector must be able to adapt to current world conditions, so there needs to be new strategies in business management. This study uses a qualitative research approach with field studies of culinary business actors in Bondowoso Regency. The results showed that the strategies undertaken by business actors were to make product innovation, improve service quality, read and capture digital opportunities, and adjust promotional materials. The strategies undertaken by business actors are able to keep business actors afloat during a pandemic.
