Abstract

The readiness of human resources (HR) through research and development (R&D) is an important component to strengthening the halal industry ecosystem so that it can compete on a global scale. This study aims to find out the constructive portrait of strengthening the halal industry ecosystem through human resource development, research and development (R&D) in Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative research which is a literature review (literature review). Sources of data come from secondary data obtained through articles, documentation books, the internet, as well as data published by institutions that have trusted credibility in Indonesia. Based on the search, there are four recommended strategies to strengthen the halal industry ecosystem through human resource development, research and development (R&D), namely: 1) Increasing the effectiveness and involvement of halal industry players in improving the quality of human resources, 2) Improving the quality and quantity of human resources in educational institutions based on sharia economy, 3) Construction of a halal center for the development of integrated halal industry, 4) Development of human resources and research-based regulatory framework for halal industrial products. The four main programs (quick-wins) that are suggested are, 1) an Accelerated HR certification program for those who will/are currently working in industries that are within the scope of Islamic economics, 2) an Accelerated curriculum standardization program for Islamic economic education institutions, especially at the undergraduate and graduate levels. vocational education, 3) the Creation of Islamic economic data centers and mapping of tertiary institutions that specialize in developing Islamic economic research, 4) Increasing the quality and quantity of halal industry research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic business ethics in managing business units at Pesantren Al-Mashduqiah. Islamic business ethics emphasize values such as honesty, justice, trustworthiness, and responsibility as the foundation of economic activities. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach through interviews and direct observation. The results indicate that integrating Islamic business ethics with pesantren business management enhances consumer trust, strengthens business sustainability, and provides positive social impacts for the surrounding community. Beyond its educational role, Pesantren Al-Mashduqiah has succeeded in developing economic independence through professionally managed and sharia-compliant business units. These findings confirm that applying Islamic business ethics can serve as an effective strategy for developing pesantren business units oriented toward blessing and communal well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Islamic foreign exchange exchange system (Al-Sharf) in Islamic banks and the views of Islamic banks on foreign currency exchange contracts in accordance with the principles that apply in Islamic teachings (Sharia). This research is a type of library research by collecting various reference sources from several books and journals. The results of this study indicate that; shows that the practice of buying and selling foreign currency (Al-Sharf) according to mu'amalah fiqh is permissible if it is carried out on the basis of willingness between the two parties and in cash (spot) and it is not permissible to add goods of the same kind (gold with gold or silver). with silver). The involvement of Islamic Banks in the application of foreign exchange trading applications, banks are essentially an Intermediary Institution between savers and investors, and Islamic banks are no exception. However, Islamic banks must comply with Sharia provisions based on the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Abstract

The business of being a meatball seller is one of the businesses engaged in fast food processing. This business is also a very popular food for the people of Indonesia. Therefore, I am interested in implementing a trader's marketing strategy to increase the level of welfare of the families of meatball traders in Kraksaan District, Probolinggo Regency. ), marketing strategy is a form of a directed plan in the field of marketing to obtain an optimal result, strategy and marketing from the point of view of the seller (4P) is a strategic place (place), quality product (product), competitive price (price) and vigorous promotion. First, at the beginning of making Pak Tapa's meatballs, he followed the recipe of his parents, who used to sell meatballs in the Kraksaan area. After that he tried to apply the knowledge he got from his parents about making meatballs himself and starting a business on January 10, 2010. Before starting a meatball business. Mr. Tapa once worked in a rice field in Kalibuntu, Kraksaan sub-district, Probolinggo Regency, but he was willing to leave his job due to opening and pursuing a meatball business, which his own parents had taught him from the start.

Abstract

The Educational Costing Plan is a crucial financial planning for education that plays a significant role in realizing the quality of educational services in educational institutions. This is important to consider because the decision on cost estimation for all components of educational management in an educational institution will be well-thought-out, directed, and targeted to provide implemented services that continually improve in a cyclical manner. This research aims to find steps in planning cost estimation for all components of educational management, thereby serving as a strategy to enhance the quality of education services offered to the community in a specific manner. The research adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by using published research results from books, SINTA-indexed journals, or Scopus as the focus or references to be reviewed. The research findings indicate that cost planning can be a crucial strategy in improving the quality of educational services when implemented through steps such as using ESD as a reference for developing an Educational Financing Plan, formulating priority programs in education financing, analysing resources in school education financing, detailed recording of income and expenditure in RKAS, and planning the strengthening of work control systems and the use of educational cost.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Islamic marketing strategy applied in the culinary MSME "Mie Pangsit" owned by Mr. H. Wahet in Randumerak Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores marketing practices, business management, and the implementation of Islamic business values in the daily operations of the enterprise. The findings reveal that the Islamic marketing strategy is reflected through honesty in transactions, responsibility for product quality, affordable pricing, and fair service delivery. The owner consistently practices spiritual values such as charity, almsgiving, and zakat, which contribute to the sustainability and blessing of the business. The implementation of Islamic business principles—such as honesty (sidq), trustworthiness (amanah), justice (‘adl), and benevolence (ihsan)—has strengthened consumer trust and improved long-term business resilience. The study concludes that integrating syariah values into marketing management can serve as an effective strategy to enhance the competitiveness of traditional culinary MSMEs.

Abstract

Based on the Decree of the Minister of State for Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia No.96/KKEP/M.KUKM/IX/2004 article (1) savings and loan cooperatives are cooperatives whose activities include savings and loan businesses carried out to collect funds and channel them through cooperative activities savings and Loan. The benchmark area, Kraksaan sub-district, Probolinggo district has a cooperative unit that operates in savings and loan programs. There are several types of things that the Kopontren al-Mashduqiah savings and loan cooperative unit can do, in the benchmark area, Kraksaan sub-district, Probolinggo district. Toko Mandiri Store practices digital marketing strategies online through social media such as Facebook, diagrams and other internet networks that are connected to a wider range of consumers. Mandiri Store collaborates with Zalora, an online media sales market place that can be accessed globally. The aim of this research is to increase internet/online sales at the Mandiri Store, which has so far been less than optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how marketing concepts and strategies in the digital era and Islamic business are implemented by the Al-Mashduqiah Wholesale shop business unit located on Jl. Juanda No. 370, RT.01, Kp. Arabic, Benchmark, District. Kraksaan, Kab. Probolinggo The aim of this research is to find out and analyze Marketing Strategy from an Islamic Business Perspective, Al-Mashduqiah Wholesale Shop Business Study. and how to implement it for micro, small and medium enterprises and small and medium enterprises so that it is hoped that the resume results from this research can be used as a framework or model for other business actors. This research uses descriptive research and uses field studies and analyzes concepts carried out by Al-Mashduqiah Wholesale shop entrepreneurs. The results of this research indicate that the marketing strategy carried out by the wholesale shop business unit is to do business according to Islamic sharia in the micro, small and medium wholesale shop business sector. The results show that the Al-Mashduqiah Wholesale shop business belongs to the Islamic boarding school business unit located in the Patoan Arab Village Islamic boarding school, Kec. Kraksaan applies good Islamic business behavior from entrepreneurs to be applied in his business sector. In implementing marketing strategy activities, wholesale shop business actors have understood and implemented Islamic principles or values ​​based on the sources of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract

Baitul Mal wat Tamwil (BMT) is one form of sharia-based Microfinance Institution (MFI). The name BMT has two terms, namely the term baitul maal which means the management of worship treasures and the term baitul tamwil which means the collection and distribution of commercial funds. In BMT there are several financing products like other financial institutions, as well as the NU BMT in the Situbondo area which has several financing products. However, there is one product that is interesting to study at BMT NU Mlandingan Situbondo Branch, namely the wadiah prize savings product (SAJADAH) where customers will get a gift directly when opening the savings but with an agreed period of time. This is interesting to be used as research material because in a wadiah contract it is not allowed to promise a gift at the beginning of the contract. In this research, normative research is used while the approach used is an analytical approach where the SAJADAH savings product is the object of research. The results obtained from the analysis of gift giving in the wadiah contract that occurs at BMT NU Mlandingan Situbondo Branch are that this practice is permissible because the practice of giving gifts at BMT NU Situbondo is in accordance with the provisions of the DSN-MUI fatwa and the purpose of giving these gifts does not violate the provisions of the Sharia
