Abstract

Digital forensic evidence has become a critical tool in cybercrime investigations, yet its implementation in Indonesia faces normative and technical gaps. This study analyzes the urgency, evidentiary paradigms, and challenges of digital forensic data using a juridical- empirical approach and case studies (MV Run Zeng Case, 2024). Findings indicate that while Law No. 19/2016 on ITE and the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) recognize digital evidence, weak chain of custody, lack of certified experts, and overlapping regulations threaten evidentiary integrity. Proposed solutions include standardizing DEFR procedures, inter-agency collaboration, and capacity-building through certified training. These findings contribute to developing adaptive digital forensics policies for Industry 5.0, balancing substantive justice and privacy protection. This research underscores that the successful implementation of digital forensic evidence depends not only on strong regulations, but also on a collective commitment to adopting global best practices. In this way, Indonesia can position itself as a pioneer in enforcing cyber law in the digital era, while maintaining a balance between public security and protecting individual rights.

Abstract

Poetry is not only an aesthetic medium, but also a means of communication capable of delivering social critique through symbolic language. This study aims to analyze the linguistic style in Emha Ainun Nadjib’s poem “God Is Already Very Popular” and how its stylistic elements construct messages of social and religious criticism. The dynamics of modern religiosity filled with symbolism, fanaticism, and the commodification of faith serve as an essential context reflected in Cak Nun’s work. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a stylistic analysis approach. The analysis was conducted through close reading of the poem, classification of stylistic devices, and interpretation of meaning based on the theoretical framework of social criticism and literary communication. The analysis consists of three stages: (1) identifying figures of speech and poetic structures, (2) categorizing linguistic styles related to communicative messages, and (3) interpreting the relationship between stylistic elements and the conveyed social criticism. The findings reveal that irony is used to highlight shallow religious practices, while metaphor and symbolism implicitly yet sharply portray social conditions. Simile is applied to make abstract concepts more communicative and concrete. Overall, the study demonstrates that Cak Nun’s poem represents a form of indirect social critique, as its messages are delivered implicitly through figurative language. Thus, this research emphasizes that poetic language functions as an effective communication instrument in conveying social criticism while encouraging readers’ spiritual reflection.

Abstract

Organizational communication plays an important role in shaping work effectiveness and coordination in public institutions, including village governance. Nevertheless, studies on village administration have largely emphasized leadership and administrative performance, while organizational communication patterns at the village level remain underexplored. This study addresses this gap by examining the organizational communication patterns implemented in the Government of Kedondong Village and their implications for officials’ performance. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with six village officials, supported by observation and documentation. The findings show that vertical communication is predominantly top-down and instructive, with limited institutionalized bottom-up feedback mechanisms. Horizontal communication occurs through inter-sectoral technical coordination but is constrained by perceptual differences and varied communication styles among officials. Diagonal communication is frequently used to facilitate task completion; however, it remains informal, undocumented, and highly dependent on individual initiative. This study contributes to organizational communication scholarship by providing empirical insights into communication patterns within grassroots public organizations. It also offers practical implications for public sector governance by highlighting the need to institutionalize more inclusive and structured communication channels to enhance coordination, accountability, and performance in village administration.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital communication technologies has transformed the ways organizations interact with the public, including religious organizations.
