Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Islamic education demands a balance between technical efficiency and spiritual values to prevent dehumanization in performance management. This qualitative study employs an exploratory approach and a systematic literature review to examine the reorientation of the muraqabah concept within a teacher performance monitoring system based on the YOLOv8 algorithm. Research findings indicate that technically, YOLOv8 is highly effective in identifying classroom interactions with a mean Average Precision (mAP) of 85.8%, significantly reducing subjective bias found in traditional methods. Philosophically, the reorientation of muraqabah transforms the perception of digital surveillance from a privacy threat into a means of achieving the state of ihsan. This synergy is proven to mitigate AI-induced educational anxiety and strengthen a sustainable quality culture through intrinsic-transcendental responsibility. The study concludes that a hybrid monitoring model combining algorithmic precision with spiritual reflection is the key to transforming quality assurance in future Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to map digital accessibility for students with disabilities in public secondary schools across Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, under the framework of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Diverging from prior studies that primarily focused on hardware counts, this research fills a critical gap by evaluating the functional usability of digital infrastructure in the local Indian context. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach with a descriptive case study design, the study audited the digital ecosystems of 40 schools using an instrument based on the POUR indicators (Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, Robust) of the WCAG 2.1 standards. Mapping results indicate a severe "hardware bias" in policy implementation; while general hardware availability reaches 85%, specific accessibility indicators such as assistive technology, alternative text (alt-text), and keyboard navigation remain at critical levels below 20%. The study concludes that mass procurement without standardized accessible content and intensive teacher training with only 5% of personnel possessing digital-inclusive pedagogical skills leads to significant budget inefficiencies. It is recommended that the government mandate WCAG 2.1 compliance as a prerequisite for procurement contracts and establish the "Aligarh Digital Accessibility Index" as a self-evaluation tool to realize a truly inclusive digital ecosystem.

Abstract

This study explores Ho Chi Minh’s educational philosophy as a strategic framework for cultivating national identity and global citizenship within the context of Vietnam’s educational reform toward 2030. Employing a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach through documentary research, this study analyzes the principle of "planting people" (trồng người) and the dialectic between Hồng (revolutionary morality) and Chuyên (professional competence). The results indicate that Ho Chi Minh’s philosophy provides a robust ontological foundation for holistic human development, capable of balancing the preservation of traditional values with the demands of international integration. The study also finds that the concept of global citizenship in Vietnamese education is a modern manifestation of Ho Chi Minh’s pure internationalist spirit. The conclusion asserts that this philosophy remains a relevant compass for building students' moral resilience and technical proficiency in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Policy recommendations include the integration of digital ethics and the strengthening of local cultural identity within the curriculum to address the challenges of global homogenization.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of teacher preparedness and the effectiveness of resource allocation in the implementation of inclusive education in secondary schools in Aligarh District, Uttar Pradesh, India, during the 2023–2025 period. Using a descriptive-evaluative quantitative approach with a sample of 150 teachers, data were collected through structured questionnaires and school resource audits. The results indicate that teacher preparedness falls into the moderate category, where positive attitudes toward inclusion are not yet matched by adequate technical competencies in curriculum modification. Resource allocation was found to be at a critical level, particularly in terms of assistive technology and the availability of special education experts. The analysis shows a significant positive correlation between resource adequacy and teacher self-efficacy. This study concludes that systemic failures in providing infrastructure and managerial support are the main obstacles to the success of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 at the local level. It is recommended to restructure the education budget for digital technology and adopt teacher training models based on practical mentoring.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Quality of Work Life (QWL) and the performance of honorary teachers in State Elementary Schools (SDN) in West Jakarta, focusing on the critical urgency of current policy transitions. Employing a quantitative correlational approach, data were collected via questionnaires from a sample of honorary teachers selected through simple random sampling. Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation and simple linear regression tests. The results indicate that QWL has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.671 and a contribution value (R2) of 0.450. However, the dimensions of compensation and job security fell into the low category due to the 2024 honorary teacher restructuring policy ("cleansing") in Jakarta. Despite employment uncertainty, honorary teachers demonstrate unique resilience through stable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a defense mechanism. This study concludes that strengthening QWL through Individual Work Contract (KKI) certainty and fair wages is an absolute prerequisite for educational quality, providing an original model of teacher resilience amidst a staffing crisis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the fundamental transformation in Singapore's meritocratic system, shifting from a "narrow" academic-based model to a broader "inclusive meritocracy." The study is critical now as Singapore faces a social divide where early meritocratic success has evolved into a mechanism for reinforcing social stratification. Through a comprehensive review of Forward Singapore policies, the implementation of Full Subject-Based Banding (FSBB), and 2026 social mobility data, this study explores how Singapore's educational structure responds to the challenges of entrenched privilege. The methodology employed is a descriptive-qualitative policy analysis utilizing secondary data from reports by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the Ministry of Education (MOE) spanning 2021-2026. Research findings indicate that while structural reforms such as the elimination of streaming and the overhaul of the Gifted Education Programme (GEP) have successfully reduced academic stigma, significant challenges persist in the form of an "educational arms race" and "hothousing" practices by upper-class families. Data from 2026 indicates a decrease in the Gini coefficient to 0.359 after taxes and transfers; however, this figure primarily reflects fiscal interventions rather than true educational mobility, as intergenerational mobility shows signs of moderation. The study concludes that strengthening equity requires an approach that goes beyond school infrastructure, focusing on the redistribution of social and cultural capital. The government should take the urgent practical step of severing the direct link between academic merit and extreme market compensation to restore the dignity of all forms of work.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is Indonesia’s national curriculum replacing the 2013 Curriculum, characterized by flexible implementation categories and the establishment of Pancasila Education as a subject distinct from Civic Education. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the “Independent Change” and “Independent Sharing” categories in Pancasila Education at MIN 1 Rembang and SDI Umar Harun Sarang. This research employs a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis, and validated using triangulation techniques. The findings indicate that the implementation in both schools follows stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection. In the “Independent Change” category, teachers act as organizers, facilitators, evaluators, and reflectors, while students tend to be passive executors and processors. Supporting factors include learning methods, media use, and material integration, whereas inhibiting factors involve low student confidence and weak group collaboration. In the “Independent Sharing” category, teachers take on roles as facilitators, leaders, and disseminators of best practices, while students actively participate as planners, collaborators, and evaluators. Supporting factors include school culture, classroom agreements, and leadership support, while challenges relate to limited external reinforcement, classroom conditions, and teacher adaptation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The transition toward a green economy demands a significant transformation of competencies within the vocational education sector to produce an environmentally conscious workforce. This study analyzes the integration of green skills into Indonesia's Vocational High School (SMK) curriculum while identifying structural barriers and labor market opportunities. Employing a systematic literature review (SLR) for the 2015-2025 period using the Synthesis Without Meta-analysis (SWiM) framework, the study synthesized 42 peer-reviewed articles and 5 national policy documents (RPJMN and Bappenas Green Roadmap). The results reveal a distinct competency maturity gap between teachers (scores 2.24-2.91) and students (scores 2.18-2.59) based on harmonized metrics from secondary data. Student scores remain in the low category primarily due to limited school facilities and a lack of direct exposure to green industry standards. Key integration barriers include a curriculum lacking explicit green indicators and low teacher pedagogical readiness. Conversely, labor absorption opportunities are substantial, with a projected need for 1.8 million green workers by 2030 in the renewable energy and waste management sectors, as targeted in the national green workforce roadmap. Managerial solutions suggest curriculum synchronization with circular industry standards. This research recommends that Kemendikdasmen and Bappenas strengthen Project-Based Learning (PjBL) models and Triple Helix collaboration to align vocational education with national low-carbon transformation strategies ABSTRAKTransisi menuju ekonomi hijau menuntut transformasi kompetensi yang signifikan di sektor pendidikan vokasi untuk menghasilkan tenaga kerja yang sadar lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore Ho Chi Minh's educational philosophy as a strategic framework for balancing the strengthening of national identity and the cultivation of global citizenship awareness in Vietnam. Amidst the currents of globalization and digital transformation, the Vietnamese education system faces challenges in preserving local values while integrating international competency standards. Using a qualitative method through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) from Scopus databases, this study analyzes the integration of "Hồng" (ethics) and "Chuyên" (expertise) principles within the 2018 General Education Curriculum. The results indicate that Ho Chi Minh’s philosophy provides a solid moral foundation through the "Trồng người" (growing people) concept, which aligns patriotism with international responsibility. Empirical data confirms that knowledge, skills, participation, and learning environment factors collectively explain 75.1% of the success of global citizenship training in Vietnamese universities. The study concludes that the adaptation of traditional values through a modern lens allows Vietnam to create a globally competitive generation without losing its national identity. Policy recommendations include updating humanities pedagogy and strengthening digital ethics in response to artificial intelligence challenges.
