Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find the determinants of e-learning implementation by teachers of vocational school in the Yogyakarta Special Region. The research objective was achieved by describing the essential influence of social environment and facilitating conditions toward the technology acceptance model of e-learning. The study was a correlational research one with an ex-post facto approach. The number of research sample was 132 teachers and the research sample was determined by the Krejcie & Morgan formula. The research sample was distributed by means of proportional random sampling technique. The primary data source was the teachers' self report which had been collected by using a questionnaire. The observation and the open-ended interviews were conducted in order to support the primary data. The content validity was assessed by means of expert judgment and the construct validity was calculated by means of Pearson correlation. The reliability was determined by means  of Cronbach's Alpha minimum value namely 0.70. The data analysis was performed by  using path analysis at a significance level of 0.05. The study concluded that the effect of social environment and facilitating conditions to the e-learning usage had been mediated by three main variables of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to use.Keywords: E-learning, technology acceptance model, social environment, facilitating conditions. DETERMINAN PENGGUNAAN E-LEARNING OLEH GURU SMK DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTAAbstrakStudi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor determinan penggunaan e-learning oleh guru SMK di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Tujuan ini dicapai dengan cara menjelaskan hakikat pengaruh lingkungan sosial sekolah dan kondisi fasilitas teknologi terhadap model penerimaan teknologi e-learning. Studi ini merupakan penelitian korelasional bersifat ex-post facto. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 132 guru ditentukan menggunakan formula Krejcie & Morgan didistribusikan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Sumber data primer adalah laporan diri guru, dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Observasi dan wawancara terbuka dilakukan sebagai pendukung data primer. Validasi isi dilakukan dengan expert judgment  dan validasi konstruk dilakukan dengan korelasi Pearson. Reliabilitas ditentukan dengan dengan nilai Cronbach's Alpha minimal 0,70. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil studi menunjukkan pengaruh lingkungan sosial dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi terhadap penggunaan e-learning dimediasi oleh tiga variabel utama model penerimaan teknologi, yaitu kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan intensi.Kata kunci: e-learning, model penerimaan teknologi, lingkungan sosial, kondisi yang memfasilitas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kefektifan media pembelajaran kearsipan digital dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Model pengembangan media ini menggunakan model Hannafin dan Peck. Subyek pengujian dilakukan di dua kelas, yaitu kelas X AP 1 (kelas eksperimen) dan X AP 2 (kelas kontrol) di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan menggunakan uji-t. Teknik analisis yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keefektifan dari media pembelajaran kearsipan digital bahwa thitung> ttabel = (3,26> 2,00), maka H0 ditolak, itu berarti bahwa kedua kelompok memiliki skor prestasi belajar yang berbeda. Hasil posttest antara kelas eksperimen (menggunakan media yang dikembangkan) dengan kelas kontrol (tidak menggunakan media yang dikembangkan) menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh kelas eksperimen adalah 80,59, nilai rata-rata lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol 77, 97. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan media pembelajaran kearsipan  digital dianggap efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta.Kata kunci: kearsipan, media pembelajaran, microsoft access THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MEDIA ARCHIVES TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES SMK NEGERI 3 SURAKARTAAbstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of instructional media digital archives in improving student learning outcomes SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. This study is a research and development (R & D). Models using the model of media development Hannafin and Peck. Subjects testing was conducted in two classes, X AP 1 (experimental class) and X AP 2 (control group) at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Prerequisite test analysis covering the normality test, homogeneity and using t-test. The analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that the effectiveness of digital archival media learning that tcount> ttable = (3.26> 2.00), then H0 is rejected, it means that the two groups had different learning achievement scores. Results posttest between the experimental class (using the media developed) with a control class (do not use the media developed) shows that the average value obtained experimental class is 80.59, the average value is higher than the control class 77, 97. Conclusion this research is the development of instructional media digital archives are considered effective in improving student learning outcomes SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta.Keywords: archives, learning media, microsoft access

Abstract

Universitas Indonesia memiliki banyak aplikasi sistem informasi manajamen (SIM). Salah satunya ialah media pembelajaran scele.ui.ac.id. Scele.ui.ac.id banyak digunakan para pengampu matakuliah berbasis IT atau pernah mengikuti pelatihan scele.ui.ac.id ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan tentang kualitas informasi output dari scele.ui.ac.id. Ada 3 aspek yang diuji dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Aspek Bentuk, Aspek Isi dan Aspek waktu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan kumpulan data atas hasil pengamatan yang telah dilakukan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah mahasiswa Bidang Administrasi Program Vokasi UI tahun 2014-2016. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas dari output scele.ui.ac.id berada ditahap berkualitas.Kata kunci: sistem informasi, kualitas informasi QUALITY INFORMATION REVIEW OF SCELE.UI.AC.ID E-LEARNING LEARNING SYSTEM (CASE STUDY: STUDENTS OF VOCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM OF UI) AbstractUniversitas Indonesia has many applications of management information systems(MIS). One of them is the instructional media scele.ui.ac.id. Scele.ui.ac.id is used by many lectures of IT-based courses or they who attended the scele.ui.ac.id training. This study aims to explain the quality of information output from scele.ui.ac.id. Three aspects that were tested in this study are: Form Aspect, Fill Aspect and Time Aspect. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with quantitative approach, is research that describes a collection of data on the observations that have been made. The population in this study is students of Administration UI Vocational Program year 2014-2016. Based on these results it can be concluded that the quality output of scele.ui.ac.id is good.Keywords: information systems, quality of information.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: (1) proses perolehan kompetensi melalui program PI di DUDI; dan (2) hasil perolehan kompetensi siswa setelah mengikuti program PI di DUDI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Setting penelitian ini adalah di PT. JMI sebagai industri pasangan SMKN 2 Pengasih. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah pimpinan atau pemilik PT JMI, pembimbing industri, pembimbing siswa dari sekolah, dan siswa peserta PI. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengacu pada analisis model interaktif Miles & Huberman, meliputi pengumpulan data, data condensation, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses perolehan kompetensi TIK dalam program PI melalui: (1) proses untuk memperoleh kompetensi di tempat industri, meliputi: (a) melalui pengamatan dan mendengarkan, (b) belajar sambil menyelesaikan tugas (learning by doing) dan mengikuti aktivitas kerja, (c) belajar melalui pengalaman, (d) belajar memecahkan masalah, (e) belajar melalui kondisi lingkungan kerja, (f) belajar mandiri, dan (g) belajar secara terus menerus dan diulang-ulang; dan (2) hasil yang didapat siswa setelah mengikuti program PI adalah mampu menunjukkan perkembangan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik yang dapat dideskripsikan antara lain: pengetahuan terkait dunia kerja, keterampilan kerja, kemampuan menyelesaikan pekerjaan, dan sikap yang berkaitan dengan DUDI.Kata kunci: proses perolehan kompetensi, hasil perolehan kompetensi, Program PI, TIK THE ACQUISITION PROCESS OF ICT COMPETENCE THROUGH INDUSTRIAL PRACTICE PROGRAM OF THE STUDENTS OF SMKN 2 PENGASIH KULON PROGOAbstractThis research aims to investigate: (1) the acquisition process competency through industrial practice program in DUDI; and (2) students' acquisition outcomes in the industrial practice program. The research used the qualitative case study approach. This research took place at PT JMI as a partner of SMKN 2 Pengasih. The informants in this research were the owner PT. JMI, the industrial mentors, the school mentor, and students who participated in the industrial practice program. The data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The technical analysis of the data refered to the analysis of Miles & Huberman interactive model, including data collection, data condensation, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The result shows that the process of acquisition of ICT competencies in the PI program is through: (1) process of acquiring competencies in the industry, including: (1) learning through observing and listening, (b) learning while completing the task (learning by doing) and work activities; (c) learning through experiences, (d) learning to solve problems, (e) learning through work environment, (f) self-directed learning, and (g) continuous and repeated learning; and (2) students' learning outcomes in the industrial practice program are able to demonstrate cognitive, affective, and psychomotor developments, including knowledge of the world of work, job skills, ability to finish the job, and attitudes related to DUDI.Keywords: the acquisition process of competencies, the acquisition outcome of competencies, PI program, ICT

Abstract

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan model pembelajaran penguatan vocational life skills mahasiswa berwawasan kewirausahaan; dan (2) mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran penguatan vocational life skills mahasiswa  berwawasan kewirausahaan. (3) mengetahui efektivitas dan keunggulan model; dan (4) mengimplentasikan model. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan Borg & Gall dan perencanaan strategi pembelajaran dalam pengembangan model dengan menggunakan rancangan Dick & Carey. Berdasarkan hasil dari validasi ahli pada: ahli bidang studi, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli desain grafis semuanya menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran penguatan vocational life skill layak digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada mahasiswa jurusan teknik mesin. Juga pada uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan menunjukan kelayakan model yang dikembangkan dan dalam kategori baik. Uji efektivitas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar yang diajar dengan menggunakan modul vocational life skills berwawasan kewirausahaan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar yang diajar dengan menggunakan buku teks.Kata kunci: model pembelajaran penguatan vocational life skills, kewirausahaan, teknik mesin LEARNING MODEL DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS LIFE SKILLS VOCATIONAL STRENGTHENING INSIGHTFUL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERINGAbstractResearch and development is aimed at: (1) develop learning models strengthening vocational life skills, entrepreneurial-minded students; and (2) implement a reinforcement learning model vocational life skills, entrepreneurial-minded students. (3) evaluate the efficacy and advantages of the model; and (4) implementing the models. Methods of research and development with Borg & Gall and planning learning strategies in model development by using design Dick & Carey. Based on the results of the validation experts at: expert studies, expert instructional design, graphic design expert everything suggests that the reinforcement learning model vocational decent life skill used in the implementation of learning in students majoring in mechanical engineering. Also on individual testing, small group trial and field trials showed the feasibility of the model developed and in both categories. Effectiveness test, it can be concluded that the average value of learning outcomes are taught using modules vocational life skills, entrepreneurial-minded higher than the average value of learning outcomes are taught using textbooks.Keywords: reinforcement learning model vocational life skills, entrepreneurship, engineering

Abstract

The study was to: (1) produce a practicum learning model that might be applied by the lecturers of Automotive Engineering Education Program as the center of Light Vehicle Engineering (LVE) Study Program prospective teachers in the vocational high schools (VHS); (2) identify the automotive industry-oriented competence aspects in practicum learning needed by the LVE Study Program prospective teachers in the VHS; (3) identify the degree of implementatibility of the practicum learning model that had been developed for the LVE Study program prospective teachers in the VHS; and (4) identify the effectiveness degree of the practicum learning model that had been developed for the LVE Study Program prospective teachers in the VHS. The model development in the study referred to the research and development model proposed by Richey and Klein. The research subjects were the students of Automotive Engineering Education Study Program Muhammadiyah University Purworejo. Then, the research objects were Toyota Magelang Company, the Daihatsu Armada Company and the Ultratune Company Gadjah Mada University. The results of the study show that: (1) the competency aspects developed in the P2BI Model for the students who refer the LVE Study Program prospective teachers include the affective aspect, the cognitive aspect and the psychomotor aspect; (2) the improvement of the affective, the cognitive and the psychomotor aspect has met the "Very Good" criteria; (3) the students' activities in the implementation of the P2BI Model Stages have been very good; and (4) the students' responses toward the P2BI Learning Model have been very positive.Keywords: learning model, practicum learning, LVE Study Program prospective teachers PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PRAKTIK BERBASIS INDUSTRIAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) menghasilkan model pembelajaran praktik yang dapat diterapkan oleh dosen pendidikan teknik otomotif sebagai penghasil calon guru SMK Program Keahlian Teknik Otomotif (PKTO), dan (2) mengetahui aspek-aspek kompetensi pada pembelajaran praktik yang dibutuhkan calon guru SMK PKTO. Model pengembangan dalam penelitian ini mengacu model research and development dari Richey and Klein. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo. Objek penelitian di PT. Toyota Magelang, PT. Daihastu Armada dan PT. Ultratune UGM. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Aspek-aspek kompetensi yang dikembangkan pada model P2BI bagi mahasiswa calon guru SMK PKTO adalah aspek sikap,aspek pengetahuan dan aspek ketrampilan. (2) Peningkatan aspek sikap, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dengan kriteria sangat baik. (3) Aktivitas mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan tahapan-tahapan model P2BI sangat baik dan (4) Tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap model pembelajaran P2BI sangat positif.Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran,pembelajaran praktik, calon guru SMK PKTO

Abstract

The purposes of this study were: 1) to obtain evaluation instrument of vocational high school history certified teacher's performance, and 2) to know the level performance of vocational high school certified teacher. This study used descriptive quantitative method. Validator of this study were 6 evaluation experts where in the operational trial consists of 3 vocational school teachers, 3 principals, and 60 students of SMK I Yogyakarta, SMK 1 Sewon Bantul, and SMK 2 Sewon Bantul. The result of the study shows that (1) the performance assessment instrument of certified history teachers is declared eligible by the experts with a mean score of 4.23 and have a good readability with a score of 4.12 (assessed by three principals, three teachers and six students); (2) the performance level of vocational history teacher who has been certified educator in Yogyakarta showed the average score of 4.20, which categorized as excellent. Based on the assessment, the score was 4.28 assessed by teachers or categorized as excellent; 4.26 assessed by principals or categorized as excellent; and 4.12 assessed by students or categorized as good. While, the teacher's performance level in: planning component showed a score of 4.22 or categorized as excellent; teaching and learning implementation component showed 4.20 or categorized as excellent; and learning evaluation component showed a score of 4.19 or categorized as good.Keywords: instrument, historical teacher performance, vocational, certified teacher profession PENILAIAN KINERJA GURU SEJARAH SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN BERSERTIFIKAT PENDIDIKAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) memperoleh instrumen penilaian kinerja guru sejarah SMK yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik yang layak, dan (2) mengetahui tingkat kinerja guru sejarah SMK yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Validator dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 6 orang pakar evaluasi, dan dalam uji operasional lapangan terdiri dari 3 guru SMK, 3 kepala sekolah, dan 60 siswa yang diambil dari SMK I Yogyakarta, SMK 1 Sewon Bantul, dan SMK 2 Sewon Bantul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) instrumen penilaian kinerja guru sejarah SMK yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik di nyatakan layak oleh para ahli dengan rerata skor sebesar 4.23 dan memiliki keterbacaan yang baik skor 4.12 berdasarkan penilaian 3 kepala sekolah, 3 guru dan 6 siswa, (2) tingkat kinerja guru sejarah SMK yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta menunjukkan rerata skor 4.20 yang berarti kinerja guru sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian guru rerata skor menunjukkan 4.28 atau sangat baik, kepala sekolah 4.26 sangat baik, dan hasil penilaian siswa 4.12 atau kriteria baik. Sedangkan secara keseluruhan kinerja guru komponen perencanaan memperoleh skor 4.22 kategori sangat baik, komponen pelaksanaan pembelajaran 4.20 kategori sangat baik, dan komponen evaluasi pembelajaran sebesar 4.19 atau kategori baik.Kata kunci: instrumen, kinerja guru sejarah, SMK, profesi pendidik
