This study examines the epistemological transformation in Muhammadiyah’s approach to hadith, from an initial reliance on As-Sunnah As-Sahihah (authentic hadith) toward the more dynamic concept of As-Sunnah Al-Maqbulah (accepted hadith). This research identifies this shift as a significant epistemological evolution that integrates bayani (textual), burhani (rational), and irfani (contextual-spiritual) approaches. Using a qualitative descriptive method with historical-philosophical analysis, this study draws on Muhammadiyah’s primary documents, including the Himpunan Putusan Tarjih (HPT) and Manhaj Tarjih. The findings reveal three key phases of transformation: purification (1912-1970s), transition (1970s-2000), and contextualization (2000-present). The study concludes that this transformation has enabled Muhammadiyah to develop a living Islamic law system through collective ijtihad (ijtihad jama’i), creating a balance between textual integrity and contemporary relevance while contributing significantly to contemporary Islamic legal discourse in Indonesia Penelitian ini mengkaji transformasi epistemologis dalam pendekatan Muhammadiyah terhadap hadis, dari ketergantungan awal pada As-Sunnah As-Sahihah menuju konsep yang lebih dinamis yaitu As-Sunnah Al-Maqbulah.

Cybercrime is getting more and worse in Indonesia, affecting people, society, and the security of the country. This paper examines several forms of cybercrime through the lens of Islamic law, which is regarded as a violation of the principles of justice, honesty, and the prohibition of wrongdoing. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology, utilizing secondary data from BSSN, Kominfo, UNICEF, Mafindo, and scholarly publications from 2020 to 2025. The process of gathering data involved looking at papers and putting them into groups based on themes to find patterns, trends, and social-legal effects. The research results show that the number of cases and damages goes up every year, mostly because of internet fraud and data breaches. Islamic law views cybercrime as a breach of the tenets of justice, integrity, and the prohibition of immoral conduct. Islamic law emphasizes the significance of digital ethics and individual accountability in the virtual realm, hence enhancing preventive measures and cultivating a refined digital society. This research has important effects on public policy, showing that we need to combine laws, educational programs, and moral standards to make cybersecurity stronger. This study promotes ongoing policy evaluation, the integration of religious ethical concepts into digital education, and the enhancement of international cooperation. Keywords: cybercrime, islamic law, and digital responsibility

This study examines how students of the Islamic Education Department (PAI) at FISH UNJ interpret the role of the Duha prayer in supporting emotional balance and character formation. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological perspective, the research focuses on students’ lived experiences and the changes they notice after regularly performing the Duha prayer. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study found that the Duha prayer is perceived not only as a recommended religious practice, but also as a moment that helps students organize their thoughts, reduce academic pressure, and manage emotional challenges within the campus environment. The habit of performing the prayer is also associated with the development of discipline, calmness, and a greater sense of responsibility. These findings suggest that the Duha prayer can serve as a meaningful practice that supports students in maintaining emotional stability and strengthening positive character.
