Abstract

Marriage aims to form a harmonious family as every married couple dreams of. Harmony requires cooperation between husband and wife in running the household. Family harmony will also change over time. As is the case in the era of society 5.0 that we will face where there is a development in information technology that is part of humans. In the family, there is often indirect communication, this is a challenge to create a sakinah family. Husband and wife must have a strong sense of self in dealing with problems, because the truth is that problems always exist in life, including the Prophet's family. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The type of research is library research, by collecting sources from journals, books or the web as references. This study has the conclusion that the sakinah family in the letter Ar-Rum: 21 according to the interpretation of some scholars explains that sakinah is obtained by marriage and offspring besides fulfilling other needs such as economy, education, and welfare. Sakinah families in the era of society 5.0 can also be pursued by maintaining communication with each other, getting to know each other's family characters, understanding each other, looking after each other.

Abstract

This article intends to identify the form of the reception of the Qur'an contained in the 20th episode of the animated film Riko The Series entitled "Tanaman Bertasbih". This episode aired on the YouTube channel and received a positive response from its viewers who had reached 3,941,335 views. This study uses the theory of al-Qur'an reception which was popularized by Ahmad Rafiq. The results of this study indicate that the animated film Riko The Series is an animated film that contains educational, creative and Islamic content that also accepts the Qur'an in it. There are two forms of reception in this episode entitled “Tanaman Bertasbih”, namely exegesis reception, namely QS. al-Isra verse 44, and functional reception in the informative aspect, namely as a guide for humans to respect and respect all living things, especially plants which according to scientific evidence always glorify and praise Allah.

Abstract

The State of Indonesia is a state based on law, so for Indonesian people who are Muslim when they enter into a marriage, they must obey and comply with the Marriage Law (UUP) and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), because UUP and KHI are legal products resulting from the government's (leader) ijtihad in regulating marital problems in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the obligation to comply with the Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law from the perspective of maqashid sharia. The research method used uses a descriptive-qualitative approach, with the type of library research with data sources based on Presidential Instruction (Inpres) No. 1 of 1991 concerning the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage (UUP) and materials -Other library materials. The results of this study prove that the basic obligation to comply with the Marriage Law (UUP) and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) is because both are products of government ijtihad (ulil amri). The government's ijtihad is a manifestation of the thoughts and agreements of all the Indonesian people who have been represented by the DPR. So that the obligation to comply with UUP and KHI in the perspective of Maqashid Sayariah is mandatory because it brings benefit and avoids harm. The marital status of husband and wife and children born are legal and protected by law.

Abstract

Increasingly intense competition in the current era of globalization indirectly results in organizations always trying to maintain their existence in society. Followed by rapid and dramatic environmental developments and changes, including changes in consumer tastes, technological advances, and socio-economic changes, have affected the higher education sector resulting in intense business competition in the higher education industry. Efforts to increase competitive advantage can be done by implementing a sharia marketing mix strategy. This study aims to examine and determine the effect of the Sharia marketing mix on students' decisions to choose the Islamic Economics study program either partially or simultaneously. This research includes field research by exploring data sourced from research locations, namely students of the Islamic Economics Study Program at UNISKA MAB Banjarmasin. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a measurement scale used a Likert scale and documentation. Determination of the sample using probability sampling technique, namely using simple random sampling with a total sample of 83 respondents and analysis of research data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) Partially the variables Product, Promotion, Place, People, and Physical Evidence have a significant effect on the Student's Decision to Choose an Islamic Economics Study Program. While the Price and Process variables have no significant effect in this study. 2) Simultaneously there is a significant influence of the Sharia marketing mix on the Student's Decision to Choose the Islamic Economics Study Program with a score of 81.020 with sig. F = 0.000 (p < 0.05).

Abstract

The sepasar tradition in parts of Java is an event to announce the name of the newborn to the guests. however, in Grobogan, sepasar events are not only held for the birth of a baby but also for the birth of a pedhet (calf). This qualitative research, which was designed using the living Qur'an study model, aims to find out the religious meaning of the Grobogan people for the pedhet sepasaran ritual through a reception approach to QS. Al-Baqarah: 44. This study concludes that the people of Kalangundo Grobogan understand that the ritual of sepasar pedhet is nothing but an expression of alms and prayer (zikr) together to ask for safety for newly born of calf so that they become intermediaries for obtaining the blessings of fortune from Allah SWT.

Abstract

During the Tabi'in era, many figures were well-known as interpreters. They played an important role in developing the science of tafsir and contributed to understanding the Quran. In addition, the Tabi'in figures also provided their views on the social, historical, and linguistic context that became the foundation for interpreting the Quran. The tafsir methods used by the Tabi'in were also diverse, including tafsir bi al-ma'ŝūr, tafsir bi ar-ra'yi, tafsir bi al-ma'ānī, dan tafsir bi al-hadīŝ. Each method has its own strengths and weaknesses, but all are used to understand the meanings and messages contained in the Quran. Overall, the era of the Tabi'in was a crucial period in the development of Quranic exegesis. Tabi'in figures made important contributions to understanding the meanings and messages of the Quran, as well as introducing various tafsir methods that are still used today. Therefore, the study of the era of the Tabi'in in the context of Quranic exegesis is still a relevant topic today. Using the research library, we conducted this study to find out how much the contribution of the tabi'in period to the interpretation of the Quran.

Abstract

After Law Number 21 of 2008, the government attempted to increase the resilience of sharia banking to potential risks that could occur at any time. The systemic impact resulting from failure to control risk is the main reason for implementing strict regulations in the banking industry. the impact caused by the failure to control risks, and the implementation of strict regulations on the banking industry, and looking at the government's actions in forming regulatory rules regarding sharia banking. Considering this research, we look at the rules made by the government. Why is the main reason for implementing strict regulations in the banking industry. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of failure to control risk by sharia banking, and the implementation of strict regulations in the banking industry. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach, with a type of library research, namely a type of research by collecting scientific papers as research objects or collecting data in the nature of a library study. The research results show that the Government needs to improve the regulatory and supervisory function of sharia banking in Indonesia. To optimize the function of sharia banking, the government must be able to control the risks that always frame sharia banking business activities.

Abstract

Companies face challenges in achieving efficiency levels during the Covid-19 pandemic. Efficiency is a benchmark in measuring a company's financial performance. The DEA method as a non-parametric approach is used to measure the efficiency of PT. Mandiri Utama Finance. In this research, the research variable is the input variable consisting of Total Assets, Equity and Liabilities. Output Variables consist of Operating Income and Consumer Financing. Testing with the CRS model shows that the efficiency value in 2017 was 94.92% meaning it was not efficient, 2018 was 100% meaning it was efficient, in 2019 it dropped to 97.86% meaning it was not efficient. In 2020 and 2021 both get 100% meaning achieving efficiency. As for testing with the VRS model, the efficiency value from 2017 to 2018 obtained 100% meaning efficient, in 2019 it decreased to 98.83% which means inefficient and in 2020-2021 PT Mandiri Utama Finance achieved an efficiency value of 100% the same as the results of the CRS model. Based on DEA calculations on both the CRS and VRS models which show differences during the pandemic and before the pandemic, namely before the 2017-2019 pandemic, PT. Mandiri Utama Finance is not in a perfectly efficient position, in contrast to 2020-2021, where in that year a pandemic was occurring in Indonesia, which actually scored 100%.

Abstract

The Financial Services Authority noted that one of the of Sharia Commercial Banks that experienced a decline in profit was the Bank Tabungan Pensiun Nasional Syariah, which experienced a decrease in profit in 2020, which was minus 38.9%. This study aims to determine the effect of the NPF, FDR, ROA, NI and CAR to profit growth at the Bank Tabungan Pensiun Nasional Syariah. The population in this study were 15 Bank Umum Syariah and purposive sampling technique, 1sample was obtained which was used in this study. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test: normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient test (r), coefficient of determination test (adjusted r square), f test (simultaneous) and t test (Partial). The results showed that NPF, FDR, ROA, and NI partially had no effect on profit growth, while CAR had a partial effect on profit growth. Simultaneously all variables affect profit growth. The predictive ability of these five variables on profit growth is 64.8% while the remaining 35.2% is influenced by other variables outside the regression model.

Abstract

Problems that arise as a result of divorce from unregistered marriages have an impact on children's rights, including custody, because unregistered marriages have no validity in the eyes of the law. The aim of this research is to determine the legality of unregistered marriages religiously and juridically and its impact on children. This research is a literature review using triangual data analysis techniques and expert opinion. Data collection was carried out using the literature study method, namely collecting information from journals, websites and statutory regulations. The data source used is primary data, namely a journal written by Dwi Nur Kasanah and Ahmad Faruq with the title Siri Marriage Divorce and its Effect on Children's Rights in the Mojokerto Religious Courts and secondary data used is a journal written by Siti Ummu Adillah with the title Legal Implications of Siri Marriages Against Women and Children, Marriage Laws, Compilation of Islamic Law and other supporting literature. The research results obtained were 1) the factors behind the occurrence of unregistered marriages, namely economic factors, customs/customs, the legal age limit for marriage, pregnancy outside of marriage, and lack of knowledge regarding the urgency of registering a marriage. 2) the civil relations of children resulting from unregistered marriages are limited to their mothers and are further regulated in Constitutional Court Decision No.46/PUU-VIII/2010. 3) the judge's considerations in granting custody of children born from unregistered marriages will prioritize the interests and good of the child for the future.
