Abstract

 The learning achievement of students majoring in fashion at SMK Syubbanul Wathon has been satisfactory, this is evidenced by the semester scores of students majoring in fashion having reached the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria), there are only a few students who still get scores below the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria). The purpose of this study was to determine the variables that affect student achievement. Student achievement can be influenced by factors such as classroom management and teacher professionalism. In this study, quantitative research methods were used using primary data. The sample used in this study was 133 randomly selected. The data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that all the independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the learning achievement variable. Partially, all independent variables have a significant effect on student achievement.

Abstract

Syubbanul Wathon Vocational School is a school under the auspices of the Syubbanul Wathon Foundation, one of the owners is K.H Yusuf Chudlori, a young millennial cleric who actively spreads symbols through social media with 103 thousand followers. This study aims to determine how the influence of K.H Yusuf Chudlori personal branding on student interest in school at Syubbanul Wathon Vocational School. The research method used is quantitative research method, the sample used is 280 which are taken randomly. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the tcount was 6.445 with a sig of 0.000 (p <0.05), so the decision was to reject Ho and accept Ha. It can be concluded that the personal branding variable is proven to have a significant effect of 13% on student interest in school at Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Vocational School, Magelang

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out in depth about the concept of tolerance contained the in it, the research of tolerance was raised in surat al-Mumtahanah perspective of Tafsir al-Munir. This type of research is library research with qualitative analysis techniques of thematic approach to letters. The primary data source in this study is taken from the Qur'an and its translation and the book Tafsîr al-Munîr fî al-'Aqîdah wa al-Syarî'ah wa al-Manhaj while the secondary data sources are Quraish Shihab's Tafsir al- Misbah, Aidh al Qarni's Tafsir Muyassar, as well as books and journals related to the theme. The results of this study are: (1) Allah Subhanahu Wata'alaa does not forbid you to be kind to the disbelievers who are at peace with you, do not fight you because of religion and do not drive you out of your hometowns and homes. (2) The verse informs all religious people, that Islam does not forbid to help and relate well with followers of other religions in any form, as long as it is not related to the issue of aqidah and mahdhah (obligatory worship), such as prayer, fasting, Hajj, and so on.

Abstract

Thematic interpretation of psychological verses is the work of Moh. Abdul Kholiq Hasan published after Tafsir Rabbana. This interpretation is written to to form it simpler for somebody to get it the relationship of verses in the Quran. This tafsir work was written by Hasan who did not have a psychology education background. So that the author is interested in doing this research aims to see how Hasan sorts out the verses of psychology in the Quran. The author tries to explain the intellectual journey of the mufassir, the works of the mufassir and the results of the analysis of the thematic interpretation method of psychological verses using Baidan's interpretation theory. The results of this study explain that Hasan wrote this work because of the demands as a lecturer and became an alternative for students who are not accustomed to reading the interpretation of the Koran as a whole because the method used is thematic which examines verses with certain themes and uses psychological patterns.

Abstract

 This article analyzes the interpretation of Ibn Qayyim Al Jauziyyah with the typology theory of interpretation offered by Johanna Pink, a researcher at Freiburg University's interpretation. One of the terms being discussed here is shifa. The term shifa is still understood with theological arguments, so it escapes health sciences. Ibn Qayyim understood it as physical and psychological healing. This research is a library research type of qualitative research. The analysis used is Johanna Pink's typology, namely: scholar’s commentaries, institutional commentaries, and popularizing commentaries. The primary source of this research is the book of Tafsir al-Bada'I at-Tafsir Ibn Qayyim and at-Tafsir al-Qayyim and other works by Ibn Qayyim. While the secondary sources are books, articles, and magazines that have theme relevance. The results of this study are first, the verses interpreted by Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyyah about shifa, the majority of which is that the Qur'an is an antidote to various psychological and physical ailments. Second, Tafsir Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah in the book al-Bada'I at-Tafsir Ibn Qayyim and at-Tafsir al-Qayyim seen from Johanna Pink's typological theory is included in the category of scientific interpretation, even though she did not directly write it down. but absorbed and collected by his student named Muhammad Uwais an-Nadwi. These results reveal the typological model of Ibn Qayyim's interpretation. Here the researcher recommends conducting research on Ibn Qayyim with hermeneutical analysis, to find the background of Ibn Qayyim's interpretation in depth.

Abstract

Today the development of the era makes the world of education vying to improve quality. One way is to carry out good management and improvement in the context of fulfilling the facilities and infrastructure. As well as supporting facilities and infrastructure in the educational institution. For this reason, the government through Regulation of the Minister of National Education No. 24 of 2007 sets the standard for infrastructure in an educational institution. With this regulation, the government hopes that every school will be able to manage and provide facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the guidelines listed. This is like the management of school facilities and infrastructure in the library.This research uses descriptive qualitative research with source analysis through data collected by observation, interviews and documentation. Then the available data is processed by reduction, presentation and conclusion techniques and the results are that the Implementation of Library Management at MAN Pekalongan is guided by the Regulation of the Minister of National Education No. 24 of 2007. The stages are planning, procurement, regulation, use, deletion and structuring. In the procurement process, the process is closely related to the Permendiknas, because the procurement is oriented to the ratio and type guidelines contained in the regulation. Because this is evidence that the management carried out by the library has actually been carried out in accordance with the rules, both from the government or the general rules of the school.

Abstract

This study has two objectives, namely: 1. To describe the development of tawasuth and tolerance attitudes in students; 2. To describe the implications of fostering tawasuth and tolerance attitudes in students at SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga. This research used descriptive qualitative research. The data sources obtained came from primary data sources, including observations and interviews with school principals, Islamic religious education teachers, and some students at SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga. Other data sources were obtained from secondary data sources through observation and photo documentation of students at SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga. The results of this study indicate, first, that fostering an attitude of tawasuth and tolerance at SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga is carried out by monitoring students, teaching, habituating to do good, participating in extracurricular activities, providing insight to add to the foundation and basis of knowledge, introducing a systematic and logical way of thinking, and receiving direct instruction from the teacher. Second, the implications of fostering an attitude of tawasuth and tolerance at SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga are cultivating an attitude of respect for others, building a sense of togetherness, forming harmony and familiarity in the school environment, having a high social spirit, being accustomed to worship, and obeying rules.

Abstract

 A good work environment is an environment that is able to create a clean and comfortable atmosphere. To create a work environment that needs to be organized. The arrangement of office workspaces in schools is very important. The existence of an office layout affects the effectiveness of carrying out activities in the office, including in creating smooth communication between employees to avoid misunderstandings. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods through interviews, observation and documentation with the aim of knowing the role of office space layout in increasing the effectiveness of teacher communication at SDN Sidoagung 3. The results of the study show that the layout of the office space plays a role in increasing the effectiveness of teacher communication at SDN Sidoagung 3. Even though it has limited land, SDN Sidoagung 3 tries to create good communication between fellow teachers and the school principal by setting up circular tables and providing empty space in the middle of the room and providing a special room for counseling.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services with an Islamic approach in increasing students' curiosity. This study uses a type of experimental quantitative research, the data source comes from 27 students with a data collection method in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS version 22.0 with the Shapiro Wilk test, which obtained a sig. (2 tailed) and interpretation of the results using the paired sample test. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the results of the post test. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach, while the type is field research. The object of this research is focused on the caregivers, coaches, and students in the dormitory with the aim of knowing how the role of the supervisor of the hostel in instilling religious values into students in the dormitory of MAN Religious Program Denanyar Jombang. The researcher uses data colleting by interview, observation, and documentation methods with descriptive analysis techniques. The findings in this study indicate that the role of the hostel supervisor in instilling the religious values of students is as a facilitator, educator, motivator, counselor and figure center. The religious values instilled in the MAN Religious Program dormitory include the values of worship, morals, discipline and exemplary. Instilling religious values in the MAN dormitory for the Denanyar Jombang Religious Program using exemplary, habituation, functional, coaching and punishment and reward methods. The inculcation of religious values is one of the foundations for shaping the character of students. Religious values are reflected and illustrated by students through speech, behavior, actions, and thinking in accordance with Islamic teachings, carrying out His commands and staying away from His prohibitions, promoting tolerance and creating a harmonious life. The role of the Religious Program MAN dormitory supervisor is very important to make students intellectually and morally qualified.
