Abstract

Self Disclosure is essential for every individual to freely express himself and improve his emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual well-being. Art Psychotherapy can be used to increase Self Disclosure. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Art Psychotherapy in increasing Vocational high school students' Self Disclosure. A quasi-experimental design is used in this quantitative study. A total of six students of the eleventh grade Music Skills Program at SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin became the research sample selected using the purposive sampling technique. Art Psychotherapy is a treatment that is used and given in four meetings. The measuring instrument uses a scale of self-disclosure that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique using Mann Whitney U Test and Wilcoxon Test. The result shows differences in the level of Self Disclosure before and after being given treatment. Overall, the technique is Art Psychotherapy effective for increasing Self Disclosure in vocational high school students.

Abstract

Research and development in this study aim to produce a product of Flooding technique guidance in Behavior Counseling to reduce Fear of Missing Out of high school students who are theoretically and practically acceptable. The design of this study uses research and development steps: preliminary studies, product development, and product testing. The guide was tested using a Likert scale and concluded with the Aiken rater agreement analysis. The test results show that the Flooding technique guide has been theoretically and practically acceptable to reduce high school students' Fear of Missing Out.

Abstract

One of the factors that cause cases of aggression that occur among adolescents is the low level of individual empathy. This research and development aim to develop the "Perasaan Kita" media as a student tool in the internalization of empathy. "Perasaan Kita" is a media in interactive books by utilizing the QR code feature in its use. A guidebook for school counselors also accompanies this media to provide essential services in schools. The research method used is research and development using the Borg and Gall model, adapted according to the situation and field conditions. Test material experts, media experts, and potential users evaluate the acceptance of the developed media by looking at accuracy, usability, and convenience. The research instrument uses an expert and prospective user assessment format. The material and media expert test results were then analyzed using the analysis of the inter-rater agreement model, while the results of the prospective user test were analyzed using the numerical average. The test results show that the "Perasaan Kita" media gets a high score, so it can be interpreted that the "Perasaan Kita" media is an appropriate medium used by junior high school students to internalize empathy.

Abstract

The research aims to develop an adventure-based group counseling service guide to improve student resilience. Adventure-based group counseling services are packaged in a guide that contains daily activities by reflecting on the actual situation and includes treatments to increase resilience. The researcher uses the Research and Development design developed by Borg and Gall with research steps: (1) data collection, (2) planning, (3) product development, (4) expert testing, (5) product design revision, (6) stage test potential users, (7) revise the product into a prototype. Researchers did not conduct field tests due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In the expert test, the product is tested by two experts in terms of material and media and then tested by potential users. The results of the expert and prospective user test assessments show that the guide in the form of a prototype has met the acceptance criteria, so it is feasible to use.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an educational cinema guide with a blended learning model to reduce academic procrastination of high school students who meet the acceptance criteria, including accuracy, usefulness, attractiveness, and convenience through material expert tests, media expert tests, and prospective users tests. This study adapts the development research design of Borg and Gall. The data generated are quantitative data and descriptive data. Quantitative data analysis used the inter-rater agreement model technique from Gregory. Descriptive data analysis was carried out by collecting criticism and input from experts and potential users, then used as material for product revision. The results of this product data analysis got a validation index from two material experts with a score of 1.00, two media experts got a score of 1.00, and two potential users got a score of 1.00, which means that all tests carried out have a very high validation index and fulfills the elements of acceptability, namely aspects of accuracy, usefulness, attractiveness, and convenience. This result means that the developed guide has been accepted and is suitable for school counselors to reduce the level of academic procrastination of high school students.
