Abstract

The online buying and selling dropship system is currently popular among the public. Buying and selling transactions in the dropship system involve suppliers, dropship sellers, and buyers. Dropship sellers acquire goods from suppliers and then sell them to consumers through social media platforms using technology. This study aims to identify the practice of dropship systems in online buying and selling transactions, as well as explore Islamic legal perspectives on the system in the context of online buying and selling transactions. Research methods that use library research are research approaches that rely on data sources from literature or written documents related to the object being studied. This method prioritizes the use of text and numerical data in the research process. Furthermore, this data is available in a ready-to-use form, without the need for additional processing. Furthermore, the condition of the data available within the library is not limited by space and time constraints. This study reveals that the practice of buying and selling transactions of the dropship system has fulfilled the provisions of the pillars of contract in a sharia perspective. In the perspective of Islamic law, it is legal and permissible to use the contract of greeting by complying with the terms and conditions applicable in the contract of greeting. To avoid gharar (uncertainty), a dropshipper must enter into an initial agreement with the supplier to guarantee and grant khiyar rights to the buyer to ensure the safety of the transaction and compliance with sharia principles in buying and selling.

Abstract

The problem discussed in the journal is how business feasibility is viewed in terms of market and marketing aspects at the Han's Fried Chicken Restaurant in Bojonegoro Regency. And the focused benefit of this research is to find out whether the Han's Fried Chicken Restaurant on Jl. East Youth No.116 Kadipaten, Kec. Bojonegoro, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java, whether it is worth running or not. Because every aspect that is an indication in a business feasibility study must meet certain standards. The analytical method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, where this scientific method is used to build knowledge through understanding and discovery based on aspects of business feasibility studies, namely market and marketing aspects. The results of this research show that the Han's Fried Chicken Restaurant is worth carrying out reviews from marketing and market aspects by relying on promotions and the food menus served are quite varied and the prices are very pocket friendly.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship in shaping the character of students' economic independence is very important. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach. In data collection procedures, observation, interviews and documentation methods are used. Meanwhile, technical data analysis uses qualitative data analysis (data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing) From the results of research in the field it was found that entrepreneurial students at the Raudlatut Thalabah Setail Islamic boarding school played an important role in establishing economic independence. So with entrepreneurship students can live economically independently, this is proven by students being able to meet their own needs such as eating, being able to pay Islamic boarding school sharia and even being able to save even though it is only five thousand rupiahs per day. There are supporting factors for the entrepreneurship of Raudlatut Thalabah Setail students, namely commitment, being serious, oriented to be superior and carried out continuously or istiqomah. Then for the inhibiting factors for the entrepreneurship of Raudlatut Thalabah Setail students, namely incompetence, lack of expertise in controlling finances, location that is less strategic and less serious in running their business.

Abstract

Jasser Auda's thoughts begin with a critique of Ushul fiqh. This research answers first, Ushul al-Fiqh tends to be textual and ignores the purpose of the text; second, the classification of several ulus al-Fiqh theories leads to binary and dichotomous logic; third, the analysis of al-Fiqh's proposals is reductionist and atomistic. Apart from that, Jasser Auda also criticized the classic Maqasid which was too focused on individual benefit so that it was unable to answer current global problems. Therefore, Jasser Auda expands the scope and dimensions of classical maqasid theory to answer the challenges of modern times. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research produces Jasser Auda's theory, namely system as an approach in Islamic law, and develops a set of categories using six system features, namely cognitive nature, interconnectedness, wholeness, openness, multidimensionality, and meaningfulness. This research also reveals the figure of the Contemporary Maqasyid syariah Thinker where He did not eliminate the maqasyid of Classical Sharia, he only developed it to suit the needs of today's society. This research is considered important in current developments with growing legal needs.

Abstract

Poverty is the main problem faced by the people of Papring Village, in the process of village and rural development. This is a reference for young people, agencies and the government, providing a strategic step in providing integrated services to the community, in order to eradicate the poverty rate that occurs in villages and rural areas. By providing empowerment to the community, to build an ideal economy. This research aims to analyze the role of creative economic empowerment in increasing income from an Islamic economic perspective, which occurs in Papring Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, using case study research and data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the creative economy plays an important role in improving people's welfare as evidenced by increasing sources of income, being able to channel aspirations/opinions, fostering a loyal attitude towards environmental changes, and the ability to make decisions. From an Islamic economic perspective, the creative economy plays a role in the piety of the people, the goodness of the government system, an attitude of caring, an attitude of justice and an attitude of equality.

Abstract

There is an increase in entrepreneurial intensity among students who are members of HIPMI PT IAI Ibrahimy Genteng, while there are also students who, even though they do not yet have strong intentions, are still committed to the organization. This makes researchers interested in conducting this research. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment in increasing the entrepreneurial intentions of students who are members of HIPMI PT IAI Ibrahimy Genteng. This type of research is associative with a quantitative research approach. Data collection techniques use participant observation techniques, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the T Test research on Organizational Culture Variables, it is known that tcount equal to 0.412< t table 2,000 and a significance value of 0.681> 0.05, indicating that partially the organizational culture variable (X1) has a positive and insignificant effect on entrepreneurial intentions (Y). Meanwhile, the results of the T Test Research on the Organizational Commitment Variable were found to be t count amounting to 5,057 > t table 2,000 and the Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the Organizational Commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions (Y). Based on the results of the F test, it is known that the unstandardized coefficient (B) value of the Organizational Culture variable has a positive value of 0.041 or 4.1% and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, the unstandardized coefficient (B) value of the Organizational Commitment variable has a positive value of 0.408 or 40.8% and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, the variables organizational culture (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) simultaneously or jointly influence the entrepreneurial intentions (Y) of HIPMI PT IAI Ibrahimy Genteng members.

Abstract

There are differences between students who take part in organizations and those who do not. Organizational culture is a shared value shared by all members of the organization within it. In its characteristics, organizational culture can be said to be what is perceived by students and the way that perception will give rise to a certain pattern of values, beliefs and views. Basically, learning is a process of change in the human personality and this change is manifested in the form of increasing the quality and quantity of behavior such as increasing effectiveness, responsibility, discipline and initiative. Even though this difference is not very strong, it makes researchers interested in conducting this research. In this research the author used a quantitative research approach method. Based on the results of the T Test research, organizational culture variables have a partial influence on the learning of students in the Sharia Economics Study Program, Ibrahimy Banyuwangi Islamic University with a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05 with an influence of 0.800. This can be interpreted as meaning that organizational culture has a contributing impact on the learning of students in the Sharia Economics Study Program at the Ibrahimy Islamic University, Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Inequality in the distribution of social assistance has become a chronic problem in Indonesia. To overcome this, a more effective mechanism is needed in identifying the most vulnerable groups of people so that assistance is really on target. Imam Shafi'i's thoughts on the distribution of zakat have made a significant contribution. His views on the object of zakat and its distribution mechanism are still very relevant to this day. This study aims to examine the concept of zakat in Imam Shafi'i's thinking and explore its potential application in increasing the effectiveness of the social assistance distribution system. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Primary data is obtained from books by Imam Shafi'i, while secondary data comes from various literature related to zakat and social assistance. The findings of the study show that the concept of zakat of Imam Shafi'i emphasizes on principles such as the Principle of Equity (al-'Adalah), the Principle of Adequacy (al-Kifayah), the Principle of Proximity (al-Qarabah), the Principle of Usefulness (al-Maslahah), the Principle of Priority (al-Awlawiyyah), the Principle of Sustainability (al-Istimrariyyah), the Principle of Transparency (al-Syafafiyyah), and the Principle of Convenience (al-Taysir). The principles outlined by Imam Shafi'i can be a guide in designing a social assistance system that is more effective, fair, and in accordance with Islamic values.

Abstract

Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) di Banyuwangi tahun 2024 bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan pendekatan maqasid syariah. Antusiasme masyarakat terhadap program PTSL sangat tinggi. Hal ini terlihat jelas dari partisipasi aktif warga dalam proses pendaftaran tanah, yang tidak hanya menunjukkan minat yang besar, tetapi juga kesadaran akan pentingnya kepemilikan tanah yang sah, dengan biaya dan pengurusan yang terjangkau, masyarakat sudah bisa memiliki sertifikat tanah dengan mudah. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi peneliti berusaha mengkaji dan menyelidiki fenomena yang terjadi pada masyarakat desa Kendalrejo kecamatan Tegaldlimo kabupaten Banyuwangi terhadap kejadian yang terjadi dan menarik secara komprehensif dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Didukung dengan teknik purposive sampling diharapkan data yang didapat benar-benar akurat, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa PTSL di kabupaten Banyuwangi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat administratif, tetapi juga sebagai pendorong penting dalam mencapai tujuan maqasid syariah, yaitu melindungi dan memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih sejahtera, mandiri, dan berdaya saing di masa depan.

Abstract

In today's era of highly advanced development, executing marketing strategies requires adapting to the ongoing industrial revolution, which has progressed through several phases. The current phase is the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), a concept introduced by the German government that aims to present a paradigm shift toward a digital future in industrial production. This study aims to explore how sharia marketing strategies are implemented by MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to sustain their businesses in the Industry 4.0 era, with a case study on Narubi Store in Kalibaru District. This is a descriptive qualitative research using four respondents as research subjects. Data collection techniques included open observation, structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested through source triangulation. The findings reveal that the implementation of sharia marketing strategies by MSMEs in maintaining their business during the Industry 4.0 era at Narubi Store utilizes the 9P marketing mix, namely:1. Product: The product is marketed with full honesty, providing accurate information without exaggeration or understatement about the quality of the goods, 2. Price: Product prices reflect the actual quality of the goods being sold, 3. Place: Narubi Store is located in a strategic area that is easily accessible for both customers and couriers, 4. Promotion: Marketing is carried out through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Shopee, 5. People (Human Resources): Employees receive training related to effective marketing techniques, 6. Process: The sales process includes greeting customers, engaging in friendly conversation, and asking what products they are looking for, 7. Physical Evidence: Internally, the store provides facilities such as a parking area, signage, and pamphlets. Externally, there is a prayer room (musholla) for employees, a toilet, uniforms for staff, business permits, and other official documentation, 8. Promise: All promises made to customers are consistently fulfilled, 9. Patience: Staff demonstrate patience in dealing with customers.
