Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the government in the village of women empowerment and child protection. This study sought to measure what it does and that is not the Government of the village close to Government targets in support of Banyuwangi Regency related issues of women empowerment and child protection based on the perspective of public policy. Type of this research is descriptive-qualitative approach uses. The role of the village in the empowerment of women and protection of children in other countries still need to have the support of the various parties are still weak because of the role of terkaiit village in the empowerment of women and children. The Government funds the village to permberdayaan women and child protection in addition to the still minimal, yet can drive civil society organisations to be able to participate in women's empowerment and child protection.

Abstract

The ability to read comprehension of adequate and regular practice. But in the belief, the ability to read the understanding of grade V students in Sukosari 02 primary school is still low. There are three things that become the focus of this research (1) prabalu stage, (2) stage when reading, and (3) pascabaca. This study used a qualitative approach with excel classroom action research. Increased reading comprehension ability at pre-reading stage in cycle I obtained the average class 65,31, and in cycle II increased to 70,62. While improving the ability to read comprehension at the stage when reading cycle I the average number of class 69, and in cycle II increased to 75. Increased ability to read the definition of publication on pascabaca that is in cycle I obtained average class 69.01 and in cycle II increased to 76.04. From the data, it can be concluded that CIRC technique can improve students' reading comprehension comprehension in all reading stages.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to identify criminological review of illegal mining crimes in Lumajang District. This study used a normative juridical approach. Data were collected by interview and documentation and analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique. The results of this study found that unlicensed mining is caused by social factors, legal factors and economic factors. Social factors include (1) the existence of traditional miners by local communities that have taken place for generations, (2) a less harmonious relationship between official and licensed mining with the local community, (3) misinterpretation of reforms defined as unlimited freedom. Legal factors include (1) public ignorance of the prevailing laws and regulations in the mining sector, (2) weakness of mining laws and regulations, which among others are reflected in the impartiality of the public interest and the absence of reprimands to the official / licensed mining Which does not take advantage of its business area (sleeping land), (3) weaknesses in law enforcement and supervision. Economic factors include (1) limited employment and employment opportunities that are appropriate to the level of skills / skills of the lower society, (2) poverty in many ways, poor economically, knowledge and skill, (3) the existence of third parties who use poverty for certain purposes , Ie funders (cukong), backing (officer apparatus) and NGOs, (4) prolonged economic crisis that gave rise to unemployment, especially from the lower community. Abstract

The purpose of this classroom action research is to know the learning model of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) can improve student learning achievement MAN Genteng Banyuwangi Class X IPS 2 semester 2 year lesson 2016/2017. This research uses 2 cycles. Use the Kemmis and Taggart research model from one cycle to the next. Data analysis in this study is a qualitative analysis that produces descriptive research results. The results show that; Average learning outcomes followed by mastery of learning. Cycle I reaches an average of 65 and 66.66%. Cycle II reaches an average of 72.3 and 76.92. students complete learning 100%. Learning has reached 100% gain 60-> 60 then the target has been reached. Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) model can improve student learning achievement MAN Genteng Banyuwangi Class X IPS 2 semester 2 Year lesson 2016/2017 "Based on the results of this study it is suggested that teachers in Class Action Research (PTK) know problems in the learning process for improve the quality of education so that students' learning achievement can be increased For researchers interested in applying STAD type cooperative learning should pay attention to the material in accordance with this learning, and should prepare well for the learning process to run smoothly.

Abstract

Rapid technology nowadays in addition to give a positive effect, but also give negative effects namely the easy spread of news hoax. Qur'an as Scripture gives a nice I'itibar in the context of Hadith al-ifki. This article tries to understand the verses in the Qur'an an-Nur: 11-20 in the context of the understanding of the hoax in the history of early Islam. An understanding of these verses is carried out with thematic assisted history-a history that lays out the history of Hadith ifki kebahasan understanding at once from the verses. The results of the analysis of the verses produce that news hoax spread through agent spreaders from people near that do not have complete information. On the other hand, there's always a hoax news kibrahu or intellectual actors regulating the dissemination of news hoax. More than that, the hoax can be ditangkal if the community can play an active role in the participatory cultures through always spread prejudice both to fellow Muslims, produce positive news to berana said no to to spreading the hoax. spreaders hoaxes will get Adzab from Almighty God is good in the world and in the hereafter. Hadith ifki described in these verses is the manifestation of compassion and rahmad Allah to mankind. Allah almighty also accept the repentance of those who want to repent for not spreading the hoax.

Abstract

Learning activities at this time have begun to shift in learning activities that are oriented to character development (character building) in which previous learning focused on individualistic individual development, namely learning that leads to competition for achievement among students. Learning that is oriented towards the cognitive achievement of students will generally shape the character of individual students, each student will be obsessed to be number 1 from other friends. The values ??of cooperation are not directly ignored in the learning process. The application of the Group Investigation (GI) learning model is one alternative model of learning that is effective in instilling the values ??of cooperation in conducting learning activities with the aim of familiarizing students to be able to work well together with others in each activity as well as fostering sensitivity of students to responsive provide assistance to people in need. Group Investigation (GI) learning model is one of Cooperative learning that is carried out in groups or individuals (Endang Mulyatinningsih, 2013: 234). This investigation group model provides the widest opportunity for students to be directly and actively involved in the learning process from planning to how to learn a topic through investigation. The application of the GI model is based on a combination of several rationale, which is based on constructivist views, democratic teaching, and cooperative learning groups. Based on constructivist views, the learning process with the investigation group model provides the widest opportunity for students to be directly and actively involved in the learning process from planning to how to learn a topic through investigation. Democratic teaching is a learning process based on democratic values, namely respect for ability, uphold justice, apply equality of opportunity, and pay attention to the diversity of students (Budimansyah, 2007: 7). Based on this rationale, the application of the Group Investigation (GI) learning model is believed to be effective in fostering the values ??of cooperation in each student's activities.

Abstract

The study of the representation of power in mass media focused on the study of the online magazine detik.com. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the representation of language in the study of power magazine detik.com issue December and January there are four forms in the representation of power. These forms are (1) the representation of power through the elements of language, language diversity (2), (3) the style of the language, and (4) follow-up said. These forms of speech in the form of four very diverse depending on the content and the type of news. Representation of the dominant powers of the language used in the December issue of detik.com magazine and January is the representation of the languages of power through the language style. The style of language that is often used to represent or public authority that is the style of the language of the Hyperbola, eufeminis, and repressive. The language style of all three of the most dominating language style is hyperbole and repressive.
