Focus of Jurnal Ilmiah Ar-Risalah: Media Ke-Islaman, Pendidikan dan Hukum Islam discusses on Islamic education, Islamic studies and information about the results of scientific studies for academics and practitioners in the field of Islamic education both theory and practice, researches of Islamic Education include: the development of instruments in evaluation of Islamic Education, development of instructional Islamic Education media, Islamic Education learning model development, and action research. Scope of Jurnal Ilmiah Ar-Risalah: Media Ke-Islaman, Pendidikan dan Hukum Islam. The subject covers textual and fieldwork studies with various perspectives of education, psychology, anthropology, sociology and many more. Abstract

Research of the teaching material development of networked  with scientific approach was proposed to determine: the feasibility of student book developed and  students responses. To attain these objectives, it had been research that started by preparation of student books, followed by try out of the teaching material in the integrated science learning. The research was conducted on a class IV student SD Negeri1 Ngampel Kediri many as 12 students. The teaching material development model used was 4D. However, in this study was limited until to the development stage. Data collect method in this experiment is validation and questionnaire. The data of  research showed that the student book developed was feasible to use suitable with expert validation and validation of  the student book readability. The result obtained from validation of student books 3,62. Mean while, the readability of the student’s book gets a percentage of  83,33 with a very strong criterion. The results of  questionnaire analysis responses showed that students in integrated science type networked, with Scientific Approach  teaching were students responded positively to that learning.

Abstract

At KTSP and  curriculum 2013 contains dimensions of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The purpose of this research is to analyse in depth the suitability of proportion the aspects of psychomotor, cognitive and affective on the standard of competence of graduates of SD/MI  KTSP and curriculum 2013. In addition, to project the competence of graduates of SD/MI curriculum 2013 against global challenges. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Type a descriptive qualitative study in this research is the analysis of contents or document. The results showed that the concept of the dimensions of  affective, cognitive and psychomotor in curriculum 2013 more detailed  and holistic  compared to the KTSP.

Abstract

Based on the preliminary study, obtained students' mistakes in completing the algebraic factorization is an indicator that students have learning difficulties that affect the learning results. Learning model that applied  so that learners can understand the overall concept that will eventually be able to improve learning outcomes is Group Investigation, the model of learning that involves students actively in learning because it requires the participation of each member of the group in an investigation. Optimized with recitation that is giving the task to students outside the schedule beyond that which ultimately must be presented to the teacher. Data student learning outcomes at the end of cycle 2 showed that students who scored above the standard minimum completeness or ≥75 than the maximum value of 100 is as much as 88%. It can be concluded that the application of the model group supported recitation investigation can improve learning outcomes students of class VIII SMPN 1 Bangorejo.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the implementation of state defense content informing character of patriotism in social studies inside and outside classroom. The subject of this study was grade 5 students at SDN CURAHSAWO III PROBOLINGGO. The study was conducted from August 2016 to October 2016. Data collection used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. Miles and Huberman’s model was used to analyze this qualitative study. Triangulation was used to validate the data. The results showed that implementation of state defense content informing character of patriotism included some stages. Teacher prepared lesson plan (RPP), syllabus, learning material, and methods in preparation stage. In implementation stage, the activities icluded were introduction, main activities, and closure that involved patriotism values.For assessing students’ outcome in afective domain, teacher used observation. The patriotism character was reflected through some students’ attitude and activities, for example keeping the classroom and school premises clean, putting the pictures of president, vice president, and national heroes inside of the classroom, demonstrating respect in flag ceremony, and speaking Indonesian language in proper manner.

Abstract

Learning IPA at SD Negeri Jambuwer 02 Kab. Malang still use the less innovative learning model, so that students are not active. This causes the students passive and low learning outcomes. The Inquiry Strategy Learning is one solution to resolve the issue. This research aims to find out whether inquiry learning can increase the activity of learning and learning outcomes. Classroom Action Research goal is to describe the application of the Inquiry Strategy Learning to determine the learning outcomes of students in IPA. This study lasted for two cycles. Data collection tool that  is used is observation, tests, and documentation. Analysis of the data in this class action research using descriptive analysis.  Based on the observation in cycle 1 can be conclude that the learning activity increased about 30% and in cycle 2 increased about 50%. And meanwhile the students learning outcome can be describe, that the students passing studying in cycle 1 was 56% (pass) increased in cycle 2 became 86% (pass). From the result of this research it can be concluded that the implementation of inquiry strategy learning can increase the student learning activity and the student learning outcomes in SD Negeri Jambuwer 02, Kabupaten Malang.

Abstract

The selection of appropriate research methods is very important in the process of research. Research that want to find the quantitative truth can use quantitative research methods, such as experimental, survey, and ex post facto design. Research that want to describe a phenomenon by using expressions or descriptions can use qualitative research methods, such as action research, phenomenology, and case study. Research that want to make a product can use research and development methods. Research that would like to get the data in the form of quantitative and qualitative at once in one study can use mixed methods research. Research methodology course is a course that substantially in the development of the quality of research students. Therefore, the learning on research methodology courses should emphasize on contextual learning.

Abstract

This research aims to know us For the implementation of the principles of good governance that is run by a Head as a PPAT in the service of making the deed of sale and purchase of land (AJBT) in Subdistrict Office of Tegalsari and to know the factors that encourage the invited, the principles of good governance in the public service. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach in accordance with the concept of Miles and Hubberman. Data that has been collected in this study will be analyzed using descriptive analysis with model analysis of data by Miles and Huberman. The results of this research is in the application of the principles of good governance in the public service, especially the principle of participation, provision and the applicable rules, the principle of transparency, and the principle of responsive camat has provided the best, although there are some citizens according to the results of the interview said the head as a PPAT tend favoritism against residents who are financially capable and less-capable citizens. In general the public service which set out the principles of good governance that is in the Sub-District of Tegalsari Banyuwangi Regency has been executed well, though not completely. The factors that encourage the invited, the principles of good governance in the public service is the principle of participation, provision and the applicable rules, the principle of transparency, and responsiveness.

Abstract

In the Organization of at least need two individuals are related, then it takes one person acting as a leader. Educational leaders in carrying out tasks and implement its vision and mission in need of power (power). By having the power, the leader obtains an instrument to affect the behavior of followers. Leaders should not just assess his conduct themselves so that they can understand how they affect the behavior of other people, but also a leader should be willing and able to assess their positions and how to use the power. Power as part of the inhern leadership is closely linked with ethics. In the implementation of power and leadership are certainly going the process of communication and interaction between multiple people within an organization. In the process, the leader will use the power in all its aspects. Leaders can use their powers for good or evil, as well as the values and code of ethics. A leader may be the one deciding factor of how these leaders use a variety of power sources that are available to bring the institution with quality services.

Abstract

Earth is one of the planets among the other planets in the solar system arrangement of the galaxy Bima Sakti which enables the existence of a life. The life of living creatures (plants, animals and humans) can last for generations on earth in a chain cycle involving relationships between biotic and abiotic elements. Earth is made up of rocks, ¾ is waters, others are made up of soil, air which surrounds it is called the atmosphere, the condition of the waters, the soil, and the atmosphere is necessary to know, the uniqueness of the solar system and the existence of life on earth. Minerals and rocks, waters, oceans, atmosphere, and energy from the sun are very important for life.In studying of earth and the universe it is very difficult for children to introduce the theoretical concept of the earth, but it is still possible to do a learn activity to introduce the concept of the earth to children with various experiments that may be done by the children. The perception of the earth that has been built in the minds of children will be proved in the contextual learning process with a pleasant learning atmosphere. Such learning process is expected to facilitate the learning process of children and bring the impression that learning is not a dull one.The purpose of writing this article is as an effort to provide alternative reference in learning about the concept of the earth and the natural surroundings in children by utilizing the surrounding environment that may be reached by children in conducting investigation, observation and other activities that are closely related to learning about the earth and the natural surroundings. This paper is still far from perfect, therefore there needs to be a joint reflection to make improvements in an effort to improve the quality of learning, especially in learningscience in elementary school.

Abstract

Human rights in Islam contains the basic principles of parity, freedom and respect for fellow human beings. The equation, meaning that Islam looks at all the human equivalent, the difference is achievement ketakwaanya. Thus it can be understood that human rights in Islam is defined as basic human rights – rights that are conferred by God Almighty. So human rights in Islam have a characteristic: 1) sourced from revelation, 2) not absolute because it is limited by respect for the freedom of other people's interests/3) right not to be separated from obligations.
