Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of independent commissioners, audit committees, and institutional ownership on Related Party Transaction Assets & Liabilities (RPTAL) in Non-Financial Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2022. The data used are existing sources, both internal and external data, and data can be accessed via the internet and information publications. The data used are financial reports of non-financial companies published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022 period. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of this analysis indicate that Independent Commissioners have no effect on Related Party Transaction Assets (RPTAL) in non-financial companies in 2022. The Audit Committee has a negative effect on Related Party Transaction Assets (RPTAL) in non-financial companies in 2022. Institutional Ownership has a negative effect on Related Party Transaction Assets (RPTAL) in non-financial companies in 2022.

Abstract

  This study aims to determine the effect of the Organizational Change Capability dimension which has the variables Learning Capability, Process Capability and Context Capability on performance at PT. Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat Provinsi Riau in Pekanbaru city. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with a sample of 87 respondents who are all employees of PT. Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat Provinsi Riau in Pekanbaru city who have met the sample criteria. The results of this study indicate that partially Process Capability and Context Capability have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat Provinsi Riau in Pekanbaru city. The Determination Coefficient (R2) with an adjusted R square value of 0.565 or 56.5% indicates that learning capability, process capability, and context capability have an effect of 56.5% on employee performance, while the remaining 43.5% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

Research was carried out in Sungai Mempura Village, Siak Regency. The aim of research is to determine the role of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) in developing tourist villages in Sungai Mempura Village, Siak Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used included observation, interviews and documentation with informants, the Head of Sungai Mempura Village, the Tourism Awareness Group, the community of Sungai Mempura Village and tourists. Based on the results of research, the following results were obtained: The Kampung Melayu Sungai Mempura tourist village has a number of an attractive attraction for people with diverse potential. The natural beauty is still preserved, good natural potential and a very beautiful environment and is the center of the Greater Malay Kingdom, commitment to preserving culture is the main magnet. By referring to several indicators used in this research, namely Attraction, Accessibilities, Amenities and Ancillary Services in the development of the Kampung Melayu Sungai Mempura Tourism Village, it looks quite optimal. Inhibiting factors include suboptimal facilities and infrastructure, self-help fund allocation and limited human resources.

Abstract

BAZ Nagari Sungai Pua until now has not measured its performance with the calculation method on the National Zakat Index. This measurement is important to find out at what stage the performance of the difference, both from the internal side of the institution and from the external side of the mustahiq who receive zakat benefits.  This research method is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data analysis used by the author in this study is by calculating the National Zakat Index. The National Zakat Index (IZN) is a measuring instrument formed by the BAZNAS strategic studies center in 2016. IZN is a measuring instrument built with the aim of evaluating the development of different conditions. In the micro dimension, there are two indicators that become an assessment, the first is an institutional and zakat impact indicator. The performance of BAZNAS Sungai Pua based on the micro dimension index is good with an institutional dimension index value of 0.5. The value of the institutional aspect of the collection variable obtained a value of 0 which means very bad. Performance is seen from the aspect of zakat impact is 0.9. So the micro dimension assessment is the total of the indicators of institutional aspects and zakat impact, the value is 0.74 which means that the performance of BAZ Nagari Sungai Pua seen from the micro dimension is good.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Syafira Hospital Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of medical personnel at Syafira Hospital Pekanbaru, both partially and simultaneously. This study used purposive sampling technique with a sample of 73 respondents. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between workload on performance, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, workload and work environment have a significant effect on performance. From the determination test, it is known that the R Square value shows that workload and work environment together have an influence of 71% on the performance of medical personnel, and the remaining 29% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to determine whether entrepreneurship education (X1), entrepreneurial motivation (X2), family environment (X3) affect the interest in entrepreneurship (Y). The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are active students of S1 Management Study Program who have taken entrepreneurship courses totaling 543 students. The sampling technique is to use purposive random sampling, namely sampling with certain conditions. Determination of the number of respondents in this study using the Slovin formula so as to obtain the number of respondents as many as 84 students. data analysis techniques in this study using SPSS 25. The results of the study explain that partially entrepreneurship education (X1) has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest (Y), entrepreneurial motivation (X2) has a positive and very significant effect on entrepreneurial interest (Y), while the family environment (X3) has no effect on entrepreneurial interest (Y). Simultaneously entrepreneurship education (X1), entrepreneurial motivation (X2), family environment (X3) affects the entrepreneurial interest in Undergraduate Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether product quality, halal labeling and product variations affect the purchase decision of Wardah Brand Lipstick in the Tuah Madani District Community, Pekanbaru City. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents selected using Purposive Sampling. The data analysis method used is the quantitative description method. The results showed that partially Product Quality and Product Variety has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Wardah Brand Lipstick in the Community of Tuah Madani Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City, and then Halal Labeling variable  has no significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Wardah Brand Lipstick in the Community of Tuah Madani Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City. While simultaneously Product Quality, Halal Labeling and Product Variety have an influence on the Wardah Brand Lipstick Purchasing Decision in the Community of Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. The results of this study explain that Product Quality, Halal Labeling and Product Variety as a whole have an influence of 67.9% on the Purchasing Decision variable.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Nagari Balingka, IV Koto District, Agam Regency. The aim of this research was to determine the implementation of e-voting in the election of the guardian of Nagari Balingka in IV Koto District, Agam Regency in 2023. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with the determination of informants carried out through purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of e-voting in the election of Mayor of Nagari Balingka in District IV Koto, Agam Regency in 2023 has been carried out quite well, even though there are obstacles in the way. This research identifies four indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The implementation of e-voting in the election of Balingka village guardian in IV Koto District, Agam Regency in 2023 has not yet reached optimal levels. Some of the obstacles encountered in the process of selecting nagari mayors using e-voting are the obstacles among people who are still unfamiliar with technical matters and regulations regarding election procedures using e-voting tools, especially the elderly, because the socialization that was carried out was not carried out thoroughly, only that socialization was carried out time for the nomination of nagari guardians and socialization is only given to TPS officers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the audit committee and human and social board capital on sustainability reporting with environmental performance as a moderating variable. This research uses quantitative methods, with a purposive sampling technique and selected 35 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021-2023 period. Data analysis using Eviews 12, through moderated regression analysis (MRA) was used to process secondary data. The results of this research show that the audit committee and human and social board capital have no effect on sustainability reporting. Environmental performance has a significant influence on sustainability reporting. And the results of the MRA test show that the moderating variable environmental performance cannot strengthen the influence of the audit committee and human and social board capital on sustainability reporting.

Abstract

SMEs are the main drivers of the local economy in Indonesia. However, limited resources and innovation capacity make it difficult for SMEs to develop in the era of disruption. The concept of ambidexterity—an organization's ability to balance exploration and exploitation—can be a strategic framework in public policy networks to encourage SME innovation. This study aims to conduct a systematic review of the ambidexterity literature in the context of policy networks and its relevance to strengthening SMEs in Pekanbaru. Using the systematic literature review (SLR) method, this article examines more than 50 recent scientific publications to formulate conceptual and practical implications. The results of the study reveal the importance of local institutional capacity, participatory leadership, and actor diversity as drivers of ambidexterity. This article concludes that collaborative network-based policies need to be designed by considering the balance of short-term and long-term strategies to strengthen SME competitiveness at the local level.
