Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of institutional ownership, debt policy, firm growth, cash holding, inflation, and interest rates on firm value in banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021–2024 period. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from banking companies’ financial statements and Bank Indonesia (BI) reports. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in a total of 164 observations. Data analysis was conducted using classical assumption tests and panel data regression analysis. The findings indicate that cash holding has a positive effect on firm value. High cash holding increases firm value by providing financial flexibility to seize investment opportunities without relying on external financing. Additionally, strong cash reserves send a positive signal to investors that the company is financially healthy and capable of withstanding future risks. Meanwhile, institutional ownership, debt policy, firm growth, inflation, and interest rates were found to have no significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) and the work environment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT Subur Baru Madani Rokan Hulu. The method used was a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires from the entire employee population (42 respondents) using a census technique. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) version 4.0. The results showed that OHS and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. OHS and the work environment also had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction was shown to mediate the relationship between OHS and the work environment on employee performance. OHS, the work environment, and job satisfaction variables explained 96% of employee performance.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a system of values, beliefs, assumptions, or a norm that has been applied, agreed upon and followed by human resources in an organization as a principle or guideline and solving problems that arise in an organization. In building an organizational culture, of course, each organization, regardless of the type and level of the organization, has different experiences in some circumstances and has a similarity in certain circumstances. This indicates that there is dynamism in an organization in building organizational culture as a guideline and principle for each individual in an organization in carrying out their respective duties and obligations to succeed in building organizational goals. Organizational culture is born from a long process starting from the beginning of the establishment of the organization to the formation phase and to the success phase. A long journey, both in the form of failure and success is a journey that is then used as a foothold in building organizational culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of education and training provided online by the Human Resources Development Agency to ASN. The types and sources of data for this study consist of primary and secondary data, namely research data obtained directly from research informants and reference data related to the research study. Data collection techniques used to collect secondary data are by using interviews and reference books and reports related to the research. The research informants numbered 10 (ten) informants who know and manage education and training at the Riau Province Human Resources Development Agency, namely 9 (nine) informants for Education and Training Managers, Widyaiswara, Members of the Riau Province Human Resources Development Agency's Quality Assurance Committee and 1 (one) informant for training alumni. The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of education and training at the Riau Province Human Resources Development Agency has been carried out sustainably, including through online learning schemes. Guaranteeing the effectiveness of the implementation of education and training at the Riau Province Human Resources Development Agency requires strengthening through an integrated and sustainable evaluation system. This strengthening is expected to ensure that training is not only oriented towards program implementation, but also provides a real contribution to improving ASN competency and the quality of organizational performance.
