Jurnal Mappesona: is a scientific journal that publishes research articles, original research reports, and reviews in the field of Islamic Education Management. This journal is intended for education practitioners, lecturers, education policymakers, and researchers interested in innovation and development in Islamic educational institution management, effective resource management, the application of technology in educational administration, and strengthening educational leadership with a global perspective. All submitted manuscripts undergo a blind peer review process by experts from various universities, with plagiarism checks using Turnitin and a maximum similarity rate of 20%. The journal is published three times a year (February, June, October) and is open access, meaning that all articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide. In its publication process, the Jurnal Mappesona prioritizes publication ethics in accordance with COPE guidelines, which include the responsibilities of authors, editors, reviewers, and publishers to maintain scientific integrity. Submitted articles must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication in another journal. Article acceptance decisions are made objectively based on contribution, novelty, relevance, and presentation quality. The journal rejects all forms of ethical violations, including fabrication, falsification, citation manipulation, and plagiarism, including partial plagiarism or paraphrasing without proper citation. Abstract

Public relations with schools or better known as public relations have a very important role in an educational institution or school. Its existence has become a trend in the management world in Indonesia, marked by the existence of a public relations division in both for-profit and non-profit companies. Likewise in the world of education known as school administration. Its existence is very important because as a service that can be a liaison between schools and the community in serving administrative needs. In this study, it is revealed how important the management of school relations with the community is in school administration at Ma Al Nur Patangnga, Tellusiating'e District, which starts from the management of public relations in schools. focuses on how important public relations is in improving school administration.

Abstract

Cultural values, particularly the values of sipakatau, sipakalebbi, and sipakainge, are crucial to be applied in the development of students' character within the educational environment. Schools serve as a second home after the family home, where children gain knowledge and develop their personalities. Therefore, it is essential for all school members to implement and integrate these cultural values into their daily lives. Although these values have been instilled, there are still many students who deviate from them, indicating the need for optimization in their application. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the values of sipakatau, sipakalebbi, and sipakainge in character education at SMKN 4 Bone, focusing on the challenges faced by educators, particularly in online learning. The findings show that despite efforts to instill these cultural values, some students still violate rules, such as skipping school and not adhering to the dress code. Therefore, further efforts are needed to raise awareness about the importance of cultural values in shaping students' character in school.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of:indentifying and assessing the use of audio-visual media on the results of listening skills,namely in carrying out the teaching and learning process,learning media is very necessary so that students can be more active in learning data collection methods,namely starting with observation,interviews,and documentation. The data were processed using observation techniques,interviews,questionnaires and documentation,as well as testing the validity of the data in this study using sociological techniques and pedagogic techniques.The results og the analysis of the data obtained show that student learning outcomes for listening skills still need to be improved,it is proven that when in the question and answer learning process there are only a few students who raise their hands and especially in reading children get bored quickly

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aims: to identify and examine the principal's leadership model, to identify and examine the principal's leadership behavior, to understand and to examine the methods used by the principal to improve teacher performance. This research is a field research with qualitative research methods. The approach used is a behavioral and contingency approach. Data were collected using questionnaires, observation guidelines, interviews and documentation. Testing the validity of the data in this study using persistent observation techniques and triangulation techniques. The results of the analysis of the data obtained indicate that the principal's leadership model affects the performance produced by teachers at MTsN 1 Bone. The Situational Model applied at MTsN 1 Bone has an effect on teacher performance in the form of work motivation and enthusiasm for work.
