Jurnal Mappesona: is a scientific journal that publishes research articles, original research reports, and reviews in the field of Islamic Education Management. This journal is intended for education practitioners, lecturers, education policymakers, and researchers interested in innovation and development in Islamic educational institution management, effective resource management, the application of technology in educational administration, and strengthening educational leadership with a global perspective. All submitted manuscripts undergo a blind peer review process by experts from various universities, with plagiarism checks using Turnitin and a maximum similarity rate of 20%. The journal is published three times a year (February, June, October) and is open access, meaning that all articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the efforts of educational leaders in suppressing the number of cases of sexual violence in Higher Education are and also to find out how the role of Minister of Education and Culture Number 30 of 2021 in eradicating perpetrators of sexual violence is. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. And using data collection techniques with interview methods, questionnaire methods, and documentation methods. The results of this study are the educational leaders at IAIN Bone, especially the Tarbiyah Faculty, have made various efforts to prevent and minimize the occurrence of sexual violence in Higher Education. The policies that have been set are certainly in line with the vision and mission of the institution, making it easier for leaders to implement them. In addition, Permendikbud Number 30 of 2021 concerning the prevention of sexual violence in universities also plays an important role in reducing the number of cases of sexual violence.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is in line with the leadership model of the Bugis nation contained in the heritage of local wisdom of Pangadereng culture. Transformational leadership is a person's ability to arouse feelings, motivate and move others to do work in order to achieve organizational goals. Pangadereng is a culture that contains shared values and norms, is a social controller and regulates the behavior of everyone both for himself and his environment based on Lempue nasibawai tau, (honesty accompanied by piety), There is tongeng nasibawai tike, (truth of words accompanied by vigilance),  Siri nasibawai getteng, (shame or self-esteem accompanied by determination), Awaraningeng nasibawai nyamengkininnawa, (courage accompanied by affection), Appesona ri Dewata Seuwae  (surrender to God Almighty). Pangadereng-based transformational leadership  places the basic values of lempuk, adatongeng, getteng, sipakatau and mappesona ri dewata seuwae, into the basis of amaccang. These values are called for and carried out in the form of pangadereng norms consisting of ade', talk, rapang, and wari'.

Abstract

This article aims to obtain an overview of the supervision of Islamic education.  Supervision of Islamic education is the process of providing directed, continuous and systematic assistance to each individual in order to develop their potential or religious nature optimally by internalizing the values contained in the Quran and hadith. The research method used is review literature, by looking for various articles, books, that discuss this. The Qur'an and Hadith are the main foundations for writing this article. This research was conducted by reading, studying, and analyzing various existing literature. The results of the study concluded that the concept of spiritual transcendental supervision of educators in the Qur'an and hadith cannot be separated from the concept of a Muslim's belief in Allah Almighty. and its Apostles

Abstract

The quantity of students in an educational institution is one of the success factors of an educational institution, in increasing the quantity of students it is very closely related to the competitive strategy planning of educational institutions, in order to increase the quantity of students it is necessary to have careful planning and be able to create a competitive strategy between institutions other education, therefore educational institutions must have the best quality in order to create an increase in the quantity of students, by using qualitative methods that are descriptive and with fact and data analysis techniques are expected to be able to analyze more deeply about madrasah competitive strategy planning in increasing the number of students. The results of the study show that competitive strategic planning plays an important role in increasing the quantity of students, as evidenced by the formation of several programs that are used as competitive strategies which are expected to be able to attract public interest, especially prospective students. Furthermore, the implementation of each program that has been formed is the main thing that will determine the success of the previously prepared plans, but also requires controlled and consistent control, so that there are no obstacles that cause ineffectiveness and inefficiency of the programs that have been prepared before.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: to find out the extent of the role of the school committee in supervising school operational funds in MTs DDI Mulamenre'e, to find out how the role of the school committee in MTs DDI Mulamenre'e and to find out the involvement of the role of the school committee in supervising school operational funds in MTs DDI Mulamenre'e. The results showed that 1) Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be understood  that the role of the school committee MTs DDI Mulamenre'e starting from the role of the school committee as a consideration agency, supporting institution and as a controlling institution has been well implemented, seen by the school committee contributing direction, support or support and maintaining good relations with school residents with the support of direction given in the form of thought energy and Materials, as well as the provision of facilities and school committees are always present and involved in implementation activities. 2) supervision of operational funds of MTs DDI Mulamenre'e schools, namely setting implementation standards including the timing of implementation costs and determining implementation measurements which include measuring budget or fund efficiency and measuring the implementation of activities to determine positive impacts and negative impacts 3) The role of the school committee in supervising the operational funds of MTs DDI a schools because considering the funds from madrasah or schools are limited, so it becomes one.

Abstract

The study discusses the influence of the leadership of the Chief Madrasah on the quality of education in the A-Hidayah Bakke MTs. As for the usefulness of the research carried out, it is scientific and practical. Subjects in this study were students 73 and teachers 14 a total of 87. The data collection technique used is the lifting and documentation technique, which is a method used by arriving at the research site, and holding direct observations of the object being studied. The type of research carried out is quantitative research in particular correlational research, using pedagogical and psychological management approaches. The data analysis technique is Microsoft Excel. Based on the results of the analysis and interpretation presented the result that it is based on the statistical test T value t count of 0.567 greater than the t value of table 0.207, then it can be concluded that there is a influence of the leadership of the head of the matrasah (X) on the quality of education (Y). It is based upon the result of the simple linear regression analysis with the help of microsoft word and referring to the correlation value between X and Y is 0.314. Included in the middle category. The determination coefficient value is 0.314 or 31.4%. Which means that X can explain the big Y. The remaining 31.4% is influenced by other factors. Significant value < alpha = 0.05. So the final result is that the leadership variable of the head of the madrasah affects the educational quality variable by 31.4%, while the remaining 68.6% is affected by another factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to have a broad understanding of the foundations of curriculum development as several curriculum foundations have been identified which form the basis for developing the curriculum from various related parties. Curriculum formulation in terms of message, planning, experience is also very important in curriculum development. The curriculum development must refer to or use a strong and solid foundation, so that the curriculum can function and play a role in accordance with educational demands as stated in Law no. 20 of 2003. There are four main foundations that serve as the basis for curriculum development, namely: philosophical foundations, psychological foundations, socio-cultural foundations, and scientific and technological foundations. Philosophical assumptions have implications for formulating educational goals, developing educational content or materials, determining tactics, and the role of students and the role of educators. The psychological basis refers to cognitive, behavioristic and humanistic learning theories. The socio-cultural foundation has implications for the educational programs that will be developed. Meanwhile, scientific and technological foundations are the starting point in disseminating the curriculum so that it is adaptive. Curriculum development is a necessity because changes will definitely occur over time.

Abstract

The purpose of the mini research is to find out the utilization of the quiz application in managing the summative assessment information system, researchers use qualitative methodology by observing and describing the object under study in the field specifically and in detail. Data collection researchers use observation, interview, and documentation methods.  Important findings from the research show that the quizizz application is an application that makes it easy for educators to check student performance results, facilitate archiving of lesson questions and student work effectively, quickly and the results are accurate. The quizizz application is still detected using a new application, so teachers are required to adjust to new features and improve their abilities. Meanwhile, the implementation of summative assessments manually is not very effective because some students are less careful in working on the questions given due to the monotonous appearance of the questions and paper, as well as the process of educators checking student answer sheets which takes a long time to check one by one so that the process of inputting their scores can be hampered.  In conclusion, the utilization of the quiz application is in accordance with applicable regulations and the implementation of summative assessment needs to be improved with interesting implementation methods and media,

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the utilization of management information systems in managing student data at MA Al Hidayah Bakke using a qualitative approach. The primary data source was the madrasah operators. Data collection involved observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that the utilization of the management information system at MA Al Hidayah Bakke has integrated components such as hardware, software, and human resources to enhance the efficiency of madrasah data management. Support from thorough planning, facilities, and strict control ensures the quality and accuracy of the data. The data management process encompasses student data collection, continuous data processing in EMIS and SIMPATIKA systems, and data presentation through formal reports. By utilizing laptops to access EMIS and SIMPATIKA, the MIS significantly contributes to producing rapid and accurate reports, thereby improving the quality of educational services and the effectiveness of monitoring student development.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the application of EMIS as a management information system at MTS Bulu-bulu, Tonra District. This research applies qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data was obtained by interviewing school operators and teachers at MTS Bulu-bulu, Tonra District, as well as through research and documentation. The data source consists of primary and secondary data. Next, this research involves analysis stages, namely data reduction, data display, and concluding. The results of this research indicate that MTS Bulu-bulu, Tonra District has implemented EMIS in its management information system, including: 1). EMIS; 2). functions and benefits of EMIS in MTS Bulu-bulu, Tonra District; 3). challenges of implementing EMIS in MTS Bulu-bulu, Tonra District. Conclusions based on the implementation of EMIS in MTS Bulu-bulu, Tonra District, it is considered successful, providing benefits for all parties involved.
