Jurnal Mappesona: is a scientific journal that publishes research articles, original research reports, and reviews in the field of Islamic Education Management. Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan sebagai telaah sudut pandang guru/pendidik yang mengampu mapel IPA Kelas VII di SMP Negeri 22 Surabaya terkait dengan penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data yang memanfaatkan teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi, serta dilakukan analisis dengan triangulasi data dan triangulasi metode. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap beberapa narasumber yang dianggap terkena imbas langsung dari perubahan kurikulum merdeka yang sedang diterapan di sekolah dan hanya dikhususkan untuk peerta didik kelas VII saja. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah, perubahan kurikulum menyebabkan beberapa kebingungan bagi sebagian besar guru yang mengampu pembelajaran IPA di kelas VII dengan kurikulum merdeka. Kurangnya pembinaan langsung dari pemerintah terkait pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka membuat guru hanya bisa mencontoh sekolah-sekolah penggerak yang memang sudah terlaksana penerapan kurikulum merdeka bersama arahan langsung dari pemerintah. Jumlah pendidik untuk membina penerapan kurikulum merdeka di kelas VII juga dinilai kurang sehingga banyak guru yang merasa kewalahan, bahkan harus mengorbankan jam pendampingan untuk jadwal mengajar di kelas lain, yang memang jadwal yang berlaku bertabrakan. Guru juga merasa pelaksanaan pembelajaran projek memiliki beberapa dampak positif maupun negatif terhadap peserta didik. Dampak positifnya, peserta didik memiliki kemampuan yang terasah secara kemajuan teknologi, sedangkan negatifnya, peserta didik akan bosan karena pembelajaran projek dilaksanakan berturut-turut selama dua minggu tanpa adanya pembelajaran materi. Namun dari sekian banyaknya permasalahan, kurikulum merdeka memiliki keunggulan dalam hal pembelajaran berbasis pendidikan karakter yang mempunyai pengaruh pada pembentukan karakter peserta didik yang sempat hilang sebab pembelajaran secara daring.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 4 Awangpone yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen rekrutmen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan mutu lembaga pendidikan di SMP Negeri 4 Awangpone. Metode yang diguanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan cara wawancara. Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkapkan dan menjelaskan bagaiamana manajemen rekrutmen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan mutu lembaga pendidikan khususnya mutu peserta didik di SMP Negeri 4 Awangpone. Peneliti mendapatkan data secara langsung dari responden malalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peran penting manajemen rekrutmen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan mutu peserta didik di SMP Negeri 4 Awangpone.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana digitalisasi administrasi yang dilakukan di SD/MI, dan pentingnya digitalisasi administrasi. Artikel ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan Studi Pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Digitalisasi administrasi adalah proses penggunaan teknologi digital untuk mengotomatisasi dan memudahkan proses administrasi suatu organisasi. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan teknologi, proses administrasi manual menjadi semakin lambat, sulit dilakukan, dan memakan waktu yang banyak. Hal ini dapat menghambat produktivitas suatu organisasi dan mengurangi efisiensi dalam pengelolaan administrasi. Oleh karena itu, digitalisasi administrasi menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dengan digitalisasi administrasi, proses administrasi dapat dilakukan secara lebih efisien dan akurat. Penggunaan teknologi digital dapat mempercepat proses administrasi, mengurangi kesalahan manusia, dan memudahkan akses dan pengelolaan data. Selain itu, digitalisasi administrasi juga dapat meningkatkan keamanan data dan memudahkan integrasi dengan sistem lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas efektivitas  konseling  bermain  dalam  meningkatkan konsep diri anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Idhata Topisi Desa Matunrung Tellue Kecamatan  Sinjai Tengah  Kabupaten Sinjai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan penerapan konseling bermain pada anak kelompok A, mendeskripsikan konsep diri anak pada kelompok A, mengetahui  efektivitas  konseling  bermain  dalam  meningkatkan konsep diri anak pada kelompok A di Taman Kanak-kanak Idhata Topisi Desa Matunrung Tellue Kecamatan  Sinjai Tengah  Kabupaten Sinjai. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan  metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Taman Kanak-kanak Idhata Topisi Desa Matunrung Tellue Kecamatan  Sinjai Tengah  Kabupaten Sinjai maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penerapan konseling bermain pada anak kelompok A merupakan kegiatan di mana guru membentuk suatu kelompok kecil bersama dengan anak didik, dan di dalamnya, guru memberikan penjelasan tentang kegiatan bermain yang ingin dilakukan oleh anak didik.

Abstract

Recruitment is the process of gathering prospective office holders who have certain qualificationsfor jobs in an organization or industry. There are two methods used in recruitment, namely theopen recruitment method and the closed method. Employee selection is an important process ineducational institutions to obtain competent and productive employees. The steps that need to betaken in employee selection include: analyzing job needs, developing selection criteria,determining selection methods, carrying out the selection process, making selection decisions, andmonitoring and evaluating selection. By applying these principles, educational institutions canincrease accuracy in getting the best, competent employees so they can provide optimalperformance and productivity.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Pesantren Modern Al-Junaidiyah Biru Bone which aims to find out how the management of foreign language units (UNIBA) students and students' foreign language skills at Pesantren Modern Al-Junaidiyah Biru Bone.  The type of research used is qualitative research, using a management approach and a pedagogic approach.    In data collection using observation, interview and documentation methods. Then the data obtained is analyzed in three stages, namely the data reduction stage, data presentation (display data), and conclusion drawing and verification.   The results showed that with the implementation of good management will be able to improve the foreign language skills of students at Al-Junaidiyah Biru Bone Modern Boarding School.

Abstract

This article aims to obtain an overview of the lecturer's performance and the factors that influence it.  Lecturer performance is the activity of a lecturer carrying out his work or performance.  The performance of lecturers can be seen from their enthusiasm in carrying out the duties of the tridarma of higher education imposed on them. The factors that affect lecturer performance are 1) Lecturer competence, which consists of paedagogic, professional, social and personality competencies.   2) Job satisfaction is an employee's attitude towards work related to work situations, cooperation between employees, benefits received at work, and matters concerning physical and psychological factors.  3) The lecturer's attitude is a lecturer's response or judgment that can be like or dislike, accept or reject, and positive or negative towards an object. The lecturer's attitude consists of three components, affective yaiyu, cognition, and conation.  4) The lecturer's personality is a complete combination of attitudes, traits, mindsets, emotions, and also values that influence the lecturer to do something right in accordance with his environment.  5) Lecturer motivation is the encouragement of a lecturer both from within and outside the lecturer who can move the lecturer to be able to work as well as possible to achieve organizational goals.  And 6) Organizational culture is a system of shared meanings shared by members that distinguishes an organization from other organizations.

Abstract

This study discusses Efforts to Increase Religious Knowledge of Students through the Snake and Ladder Game Method at Pattola Palallo Kindergarten, Macope Village, Awangpone District, Bone Regency.  And this study aims to describe the implementation of snakes and ladders games in an effort to increase students' religious knowledge and to determine the increase in students' religious knowledge through snakes and ladders games at Pattola Palallo Kindergarten, Macope Village, Awangpone District, Bone Regency.  This type of research is classroom action research (PTK).  To obtain data in this study, data collection was carried out through two cycles.  The results of this study show that, broadly speaking.   The implementation of the snakes and ladders game in an effort to increase the religious knowledge of students at Pattola Palallo Kindergarten, Macope Village, Awangpone District, Bone Regency, was carried out according to the rules and stages of the game that had been planned by researchers in collaboration with teachers.  The steps for implementing the snake and ladder game in this study were carried out in two cycles, and each cycle consisted of the planning stage, the action implementation stage, the observation / observation stage, and the reflection stage.  Increasing students' religious knowledge through the snakes and ladders game method at Pattola Palallo Kindergarten, Macope Village, Awangpone District, Bone Regency. Based on the activeness of teachers and students in the implementation of learning with the application of playing snakes and ladders, the implementation of cycle 1 actions, the percentage of teacher activity is 76.92% (good category), and the percentage of student activity is 75.38% (good category), while in the implementation of cycle 2 actions, the percentage of teacher activity increases to 87.70% (good category), while the percentage of student activity increases to 90.77% (very good category),  So there is a change in the activeness of teachers and students after reflecting on the results achieved in the implementation of cycle 1 actions.  While the results of increasing students' religious knowledge through the application of playing snakes and ladders are categorized as students experiencing an increase in religious knowledge obtained by students with a percentage of, from pre-cycle 30%, and after the implementation of cycle 1 actions increased to 55% and the implementation of cycle 2 actions increased to 75%, with these results, the application of playing snakes and ladders in learning activities can  improve the religious knowledge of students in Pattola Palallo Kindergarten, Macope Village, Awangpone District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

The current era of globalization is very sophisticated, both in terms of technology and media. The current era is prone to negative influences, so the next generation needs a strong fortress. The teaching of the Qur'an to children is the first foundation of Islamic education which must be taught when children are at an early age. SMA Negeri 14 Bone as one of the secondary schools in this area has organized a Qur'an tahfidz program so that it can improve the quality of its students and one way that can be done is to develop children's character including religious character. The name guarantees the success of the Qur'anic tahfidz process, the evaluation of the planning and implementation of the Qur'anic tahfidz program is very important. This study aims to evaluate the Qur'an tahfidz program at SMA Negeri 14 Bone. The research method used is qualitative method. The results showed that the evaluation of the Qur'an tahfidz program at SMA Negeri 14 Bone went well as expected.

Special service management is an activity process where students are provided with the services needed to support the learning process so that educational goals can be achieved. The special services offered by schools to students are generally the same from one school to another. However, the management and utilization process is different. The following are some of the special services provided by schools: library services, health services, dormitory services, guidance and counseling services, laboratory services, cooperative services and school security and parking services.
