Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of the physical work environment and workload on employee performance at PT. Makan Ikan Indonesia 'Ngikan Yuk!' partially and simultaneously. The respondents used were 60 employees. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data analysis method used was simple and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value of 7.702 (positive sign) and the significance level of p value is 0.002 <0.050. In addition, the workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 5.234 (positive sign) and the significance level of p value is 0.000 <0.050. Simultaneously, the physical work environment and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is confirmed by the results of the F test which shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.050. These findings indicate that the level of employee performance at PT. Makan Ikan Indonesia 'Ngikan Yuk!' Influenced by the physical work environment and workload.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Work Environment and Job Stress have an effect on the Employee Performance of PT Onic Sinar Sanjaya West Jakarta, to determine whether the Work Environment has an effect on the Employee Performance of PT Onic Sinar Sanjaya West Jakarta. To determine whether Job Stress has an effect on the Employee Performance of PT Onic Sinar Sanjaya West Jakarta. The  methode used in this study is a quantitative methode, with a saturated sampel determination obtained by 61 respondents. The data used through observation techniques, questionnaires and literature. The analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, determination test and significance test (t test and f test). The results of the study showed that the Work Environment partially had a significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the t-test results with a calculated t-value of 5.183 ≥ 2.002. Partially, Job Stress did not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the t-test results with a calculated t-value of 1.938 ≤ 2.002. Simultaneously, the Work Environment and Job Stress had a significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the F-test results with a calculated F-value of 14.886 ≥ 2.760. Multiple linear regression obtained Y = 17.915 + 0.388 X1 + 0.145 X2 with an adjusted R-square coefficient of determination of 0.339 or 33.90%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance at the Gunungsindur District Office, Bogor Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population used in this study consists of all non-civil servant employees at the Gunungsindur District Office, Bogor Regency, with a total sample of 32 people obtained through a saturated sampling technique. The data collection techniques used include primary data such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires, as well as secondary data through documentation and literature study. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, quantitative analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that partially, there is a significant effect of competence on employee performance at the Gunungsindur District Office, Bogor Regency, with a t-value > t-table (14.875 > 2.042), and a p-value (sig.) < α (0.000 < 0.05). Partially, there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Gunungsindur District Office, Bogor Regency, with a t-value > t-table (14.973 > 2.042), and a p-value (sig.) < α (0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, there is a significant effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance at the Gunungsindur District Office, Bogor Regency, with an F-value > F-table (180.158 > 3.33), and a p-value (sig.) < α (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work discipline on employee performance at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk East Bekasi. The research method used is quantitative method. The population and this study are all employees working at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. The sample used was 129 respondents using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The results of the study showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between Competence (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk East Bekasi, this can be proven from the t-value of 5.101> t-table 1.979 with a significant level of 0.000<0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk East Bekasi, this can be proven from the t-value of 7.001>t-table 1.979 with a significance level of 0.000<0.05. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Competence (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk East Bekasi, this can be proven from the F-value of 28.624>F-table 3.06 with a significance level of 0.000<0.05. This study confirms the positive and significant influence between competence, work discipline, and employee performance at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk East Bekasi, which means H0 is rejected Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Gemilang Abadi Telecomindo Karawaci Tangerang, to find out how leadership style influences employee performance at PT. Gemilang Abadi Telecomindo Karawaci Tangerang, to find out how organizational culture affects employee performance at PT. Gemilang Abadi Telecomindo Karawaci Tangerang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, namely through approaches, data collection and analysis using statistics. A population of 150 employees with sample determination using the Slovin formula was obtained 109 samples. The data was used through observation, questionnaire and literature techniques. The analysis methods used in this study were validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, determination test and significant test (t test and F test). The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as seen from the t-test with a t-value of 12.541 > t-table 1.98 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as seen from the t-test with a t-value of 13.380 > t-table 1.98 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the results of the F test with F calculated 100.520 > F table 3.08 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05, multiple linear regression obtained the equation Y = 6.113 + 0.446 X1 + 0.334 X2 with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.809 and the adjusted R square determination coefficient is 0.648 or 64.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Margamas Citratama in North Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study was determined using the saturated sample formula, from a total population of 60 employees, a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with the results of the t_count = 8.168> t_table = 1.675 and a significance value <0.05, then H₁ was accepted. The Physical Work Environment showed a positive but insignificant effect on Employee Performance, with a t_count = 5.835> t_table = 1.675 and a significance value> 0.05, then H₂ was accepted. Simultaneously, Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a multiple regression equation of Y = 1.359 + 0.027 X₁ + 0.009 X₂. The coefficient of determination R² of 0.710 indicates that 71% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by the two independent variables. The results of the F test obtained a value of F_count = 69.679 > F_table = 3.18, so H₃ is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, at Bintang Timur Firm in Sawangan Depok. The study used a quantitative method with a saturated sample technique of 63 employees. Data analysis was carried out through instrument testing, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regressions, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test). The results showed that leadership style had a significant positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.332 + 0.840X1. The correlation coefficient of 0.877 indicates a very strong relationship, and the determination coefficient of 76.9% means that performance is influenced by leadership style by 76.9%. This is reinforced by the t-test with a calculated t value of 10.103> t table 2.000 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational culture also has a significant positive effect on performance, shown by the regression equation Y = 4.742 + 0.936X2. The correlation coefficient of 0.906 indicates a very strong relationship, with a determination of 82%, meaning that performance is influenced by organizational culture by 82%. The t-test proves a value of 12,193 > 2,000 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance with a multiple regression equation of Y = 0.927 + 0.454X1 + 0.591X2. The correlation coefficient of 0.966 indicates a very strong relationship, while a determination of 93.4% means that performance is influenced by both variables by 93.4%. The F-test produces a value of 421,217 > 2.76 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation in increasing employee productivity in the administration department at Mitra10, South Tangerang City. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of seven administrative employees with different positions and length of service. The results showed that employee work motivation is influenced by various factors, including individual responsibility, achievement, self-development, and independence in work. Employees with high levels of motivation tend to show improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and work quality. Conversely, decreased motivation occurs due to lack of training, minimal recognition for performance, suboptimal internal communication, and lack of involvement in decision-making. The use of new technology and the implementation of relevant training, particularly related to SOPs and administrative systems, has been shown to improve employee understanding and technical skills. Furthermore, the creation of a positive, collaborative work environment, supported by communicative and appreciative managerial leadership, can increase employee morale and loyalty. This study concludes that work motivation is a key factor in increasing work productivity in the administration department. Therefore, companies are advised to increase the effectiveness of training, improve communication and reward systems, and create a work atmosphere that supports the growth of employee professionalism.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Quantum Tosan Internasional. This study is motivated by the importance of quality human resources in supporting company productivity, as well as the discovery of performance fluctuations and fairly high absenteeism rates in the company. The approach used is quantitative with a saturated sample method, involving the entire population of 61 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t- tests and F-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of the study indicate that motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 6.615 + 0.034 X1 + 0.072 X2. The t-test shows that motivation (X1) has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) with a calculated t value > t table (5.655 > 1.671), and the work environment (X2) also shows a significant influence with a calculated t value > t table (6.007 > 1.671), both with significance <0.05. The F test states that simultaneously both independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance with F count 36.955 > F table 3.15 and significance 0.001 <0.05. This study concludes that increasing Motivation and improving the work environment need to be continuously done to increase employee performance productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of training and work stress on employee performance at PT. Cipta Mandiri Agung Jaya Soekarno Hatta Airport both partially and simultaneously. The method used is the quantitative method. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and 97 respondents were obtained in this study. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis test, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis test. The result of this study is that Training has a significant effect on employee performance with the linear regression equation Y = 25,740 + 0,231 X1, the correlation value of 0.236 means that the two variables have a low level of relationship. The determination value is 05,6% The hypothesis test is obtained from the calculated t value > t table or (2,368 > 0,200). Thus, H0 was rejected by H1, which means that there is a significant influence between training on the performance of PT employees. Cipta Mandiri Agung Jaya Soekarno Hatta Airport. Work stress has a significant effect on employee performance with the linear regression equation Y = 20,911 + 0,356 X2, the correlation value of 0.390 means that the two variables have a low level of relationship. The determination value is 15.2%. The hypothesis test obtained calculates the t value > t table or (4,124 > 0,200). Thus, H0 was rejected by H1, which means that there is a significant influence between work stress on the performance of PT employees. Cipta Mandiri Agung Jaya Soekarno Hatta Airport. Training and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance with linear regression equation Y = 21,017 + 0.006X1 + 0,359X2. A correlation value of 0.390 means it has a low level of relationship. The determination coefficient value is 15.2% while the rest is 84.8% which is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the value of F calculated > F table or (8,415 > 3,09). Thus, H0 was rejected by H3 to be accepted, which means that there is a significant influence on the simultaneous training and work stress on the performance of PT employees.
