Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas saat ini, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab defect SM-A127, dan bagaimana usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi defect. Seventools digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut antara lain: check sheet yang diperoleh dari data laporan produksi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan histogram, pareto diagram dan fishbone diagram. Hasil analisis dari pareto diagram menunjukkan bahwa defect yang tertinggi pada produksi SM-A127 yaitu scratch. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan fishbone diagram dapat diketahui faktor-faktor penyebab defect pada model SM-A127 dengan mempertibangkan beberapa faktor, antara lain: faktor manusia, mesin, metode, material dan lingkungan, akar masalah yang ditemukan berdasarkan analisis menggunakan fishbone diagram ini digunakan sebagai usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi defect

Abstract

This study aims to analyze media mapping regarding the application of green accounting to corporate financial performance in Indonesia using NVivo software. This research employs a qualitative method based on literature reviews and media analysis. Data analysis techniques include mapping news article codes based on concepts, implementation, and impacts of green accounting on corporate financial performance; visualizing results with hierarchy diagrams; analyzing correlations between media articles; and identifying discussion trends through word clouds. The results reveal that the most frequently discussed topic in media articles is the basic concept of green accounting, stakeholder, while practical implementation is rarely highlighted. The study concludes that analysis using NVivo is effective in understanding green accounting discussion trends in media. The implications of this study provide strategic recommendations to enhance corporate and public literacy and awareness about the importance of green accounting adoption to support sustainable financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image, risk perception, customer reviews, and trust on purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform, with a focus on Generation Z in Bojonegoro. Using quantitative methods with linear regression analysis, this study involved 66 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. The results showed that product quality, brand image, customer reviews, and trust have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while risk perception is not significant. These findings indicate that quality factors, brand image, and customer reviews play an important role in driving purchases. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of maintaining product quality, strengthening brand image, reducing risk perception, managing customer reviews, and increasing consumer trust. With these strategies, businesses in TikTok Shop can maximize opportunities in an increasingly competitive e-commerce market

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk Wardah di platform e-commerce Shopee. Citra merek, kualitas produk, dan harga menjadi fokus utama dalam menentukan preferensi pembelian konsumen. Melalui metode kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 55 responden di Tambelang menggunakan kuesioner berbasis Google Form. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara pengaruh harga cenderung kurang signifikan. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya memperkuat citra merek dan meningkatkan kualitas produk dalam strategi pemasaran untuk memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen di e-commerce. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini memiliki batasan pada partisipasi responden yang terbatas di Tambelang, membutuhkan penelitian lanjutan dengan cakupan yang lebih luas untuk generalisasi yang lebih mendalam.

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor that determines the success of a company. Epson is known as a leading company in the field of technology and innovation. It is known that employee performance at PT Epson Industry is still relatively low due to several factors. An in-depth understanding of the factors that influence employee performance is very important. Work motivation, work-life balance, and workload are some of the factors that have a significant role in determining the productivity and effectiveness of the organization as a whole. This study aims to determine work motivation, work life balance and workload affect employee performance at PT Epson. This research is a type of quantitative research with causal associative research design. The sample of this study amounted to 222 respondents selected through stratified random sampling technique. The data were analyzed by Outer Model and Inner Mode). The results showed that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.45 (p-value = 0.000), work-life balance was also found to have a significant positive effect on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.35 (p-value = 0.000) and workload has a significant negative relationship with employee performance with a path coefficient of -0.20 (p-value = 0.005). So it can be concluded that rewards, recognition, job satisfaction and work-life balance and workload affect the productivity and quality of employee results.

Abstract

Ahead of Ramadan, the phenomenon of rising staple food prices in the market has become a recurring pattern and almost always happens every year. This condition affects people's purchasing power. The purpose of this study is to find out why the price of basic necessities in the market ahead of Ramadan always experiences an increase in market prices. As we know, the increase ahead of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr is not a new song, but has become a habit. Based on this problem, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors that cause the increase in the price of basic necessities in the Bekasi Main Market. This study uses a qualitative method, with data sources from reference journals and direct interviews with business actors in the market. Some of the factors causing price increases include high demand that is not balanced with the availability of goods, raw material factors, production processes, distribution, and government policies.

Abstract

This research aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of work discipline as a mediator of ethical leadership and the digital work environment on employee performance. The sample in this study were employees at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU IV, with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The number of respondents in this research was 158. This research is quantitative research using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents. Proposing hypotheses in this research using the AMOS 24 software analysis tool. This research provides results that ethical leadership has a negative effect on employee performance, digital work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, ethical leadership has a positive effect on work discipline, digital work environment has a positive effect on work discipline, work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline can mediate ethical leadership on employee performance, and work discipline can mediate the digital work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of social media and business ethics education on the perception of accounting students of STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro regarding consumptive behavior. The method used was a quantitative survey with data collection through questionnaires, involving 40 respondents who were selected purposively. The results showed that social media had a significant influence on students' consumptive behavior (regression coefficient 0.531, p<0.05), while business ethics education also had a significant positive influence on consumptive behavior (regression coefficient 0.502, p<0.05). Overall, social media encourages consumptive behavior, while business ethics education helps shape more responsible consumption patterns. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating ethical values in education to manage the negative impact of social media on student consumption behavior. Social media has a significant influence on students' consumptive behavior, Business ethics education also has a positive effect on consumptive behavior by providing a moral framework for more responsible consumption. Both variables simultaneously affect students' perception of consumption.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of e-service quality, brand image, and business ethics on consumer satisfaction. The research period was December 2024, employing a quantitative approach. Data collection was conducted using Google Forms. The population of this study consisted of Shopee e-commerce users among accounting students at STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro. The sampling technique used was quota random sampling, with a total of 44 respondents. Data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, normality tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that all indicators were valid (p-value 0.000 < 0.05), and the instrument was highly reliable (Cronbach's Alpha 0.949). The normality test confirmed that the data were normally distributed (p-value > 0.05). The F-test indicated that the regression model was significant as a whole (p-value 0.000), while the t-test revealed that each independent variable (X1, X2, X3) had a significant partial effect on the dependent variable, consumer satisfaction (Y) (p-value < 0.05). In conclusion, e-service quality, brand image, and business ethics significantly influence consumer satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially
