Abstract

Bank dalam menjalankan operasinya tentunya tidak terlepas dari berbagai macam pengaruh. Return on Equity (ROE) merupakan imbal hasil yang dicetak perusahaan untuk pemegang saham. ROE ditentukan oleh kemampuan perusahaan menghasilkan profitabilitas. Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) merupakan rasio yang mengukur kemampuan bank untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada bank BUMN yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2015 – 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan Bank BUMN yang terdaftar dan diperoleh langsung dari situs bursa efek indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data tahun 2015 – 2021 dengan jumlah sampel 4 Bank Bumn dari jumlah populasi 20 Bank Bumn.Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode regresi berganda, Ordinary Least Square dalam rangka pengujian asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis, Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan bank BUMN yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia dan likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan bank BUMN yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there are significant differences in the return & risk of cryptocurrencies, stocks, and gold for the 2017-2021 period. This research is quantitative research using a comparative method. The technique used for sampling is a saturated sampling technique taken from the monthly closing price of 60 data from each instrument. The research show that there is a real difference between the risk of bitcoin, stock and gold.

Abstract

PT. Shin Heung Indonesia is a company resulting from foreign investment (PMA) which is engaged in manufacturing electrical components and semiconductors, when producing electrical and semiconductor components, there are many obstacles that occur, one of which machines often experience damage due to routine use every day and working hours. engine that is long enough to cause the engine to work not optimally. This study aims to determine the maintenance of the machine and the layout of the smooth production process of electrical components PT. Shin Heung Indonesia. The population in this study were all production employees of the quality control division of PT. Shin Heung Indonesia with a total of 108 employees, the sampling the technique taken is saturated sampling (census). So that the sample used in this study amounted to 108 people. Abstract

The beauty business is currently growing rapidly and is becoming increasingly diverse, one of which is beauty or skin care products. Skin care is now starting to appear and causing increasingly fierce competition among manufacturers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of influencers, content marketing, and the effectiveness of Tiktok on purchasing decisions for Kojie San soap. The research method used is quantitative with a total sample of 323 respondents. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the independent variables of influencers, content marketing and the effectiveness of the tiktok media have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. The value of Adjusted R Square shows several 0.838 which means that this variable contributes 83.8% to the purchaing decision of Kojie San soap. Partially, Content marketing and the Effectiveness of Tiktok have a significant effect on purchasing decisions Kojie San soap.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirical evidence of the effect of work environment and work stress on work productivity of employees of PT. Indonesia Epson Industry. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 80 respondents, the sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling category. The analytical method used in this research is the data/instrument quantity test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 25 software as a tool to analyze. The results showed that there was a positive influence on the work environment variable on the work productivity variable, while the work stress variable had no effect on work productivity so that only one independent variable had an effect on work productivity and one independent variable had no effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Business Capital, and Entrepreneurial Characteristics, on Business Development at CV. Daya Kreasi Teknologi in South Cikarang. To collect research data using a questionnaire. Sampling using the Non-Probality Sampling technique with the Accidental Sampling technique. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study is consumers who buy a Wifi network at the CV. Daya Kreasi Teknologi business. The sample is determined by respondents as many as 100 respondents. Data collection methods used observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The analytical methods Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the partial study, it shows that there is no significant effect between venture capital on the business development of CV. Daya Kreasi Teknologi. Unlike the case with Entrepreneurial Characteristics which shows a significant influence on the business development

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap keberhasilan usaha Mi_Heejup.id Bekasi. Dari analisis data diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu Y=14,891-0,096X1 + 0,093X2 + 0,145X3 + 0,196X4 + 0,277X5 +0,05. Dari uji t dapat dijelaskan bahwa citra merek, kualitas produk dan harga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Sedangkan kualitas pelayanan dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Berdasarkan uji f dapat dijelaskan bahwa model dapat menjelaskan dengan baik mengenai pengaruh citra merek, kualtias produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap keberhasilan usaha.

Abstract

Perusahaan perbankan merupakan perusahaan dengan minat investasi terbesar untuk para investor dan trader. Peningkatan investasi menunjukkan meningkatnya minat investor dalam membeli saham. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh analisa teknikal dan bandarmology terhadap Pergerakan Harga Saham pada perusahaan sub sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di INDEKS LQ45. Analisis teknikal yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah volume perdagangan, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) dan analisa bandarmology yang di gunakan adalah akumulasi Bid Ask (demand Suplay) dalam transaksi saham. Populasi penelitian yaitu perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di INDEKS LQ45 Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Model analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil Penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara simultan (uji-F) volume perdagangan, Support Resisten, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan dan akumulasi broker summary berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pergerakan Harga Saham. Secara Parsial (uji-t) menunjukkan Volume Perdagangan dan broker summary berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga Saham, sedangkan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) dan Support Resisten berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap trend pergerakan harga saham pada sub sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di INDEKS LQ45.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Social Media, Coupons, Bundling Products and Discounts conducted by Lotte Wholesale Cikarang on Consumer Purchase Behavior. To collect research data using a questionnaire. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study are all Lotte Wholesale Cikarang consumers. The sample was determined with 125 respondents using the Malhotra formula. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it is concluded that Social Media, Bundling Products, and Discounts have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Behavior. While Coupons partially has a positive but has not significant effect on Consumer Purchase Behavior. The implications of this research that promotions by providing coupons are less desirable if they are given partially by Lotte Wholesale Cikarang consumers, but if you do Social Media promotions, product bundling coupons and discounts simultaneously can attract Lotte Wholesale Cikarang consumer buying behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee work discipline at the South Cikarang District Office. The method used in this research is using quantitative research methods, the sampling used in this study is using the Nonprobability Sampling method and the type of sampling using saturated sampling. Total population of 40 respondents with a sample of 40 respondents. This study use multiple linear regression analysis to explain the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on work discipline. The results of this study in terms of work motivation (X1) have a significant and partially positive effect on employee work discipline at the South Cikarang District Office. The job satisfaction variable (X2) has no partial effect on the work discipline of employees at the South Cikarang District Office. The variables of work motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the work discipline of employees at the South Cikarang District Office. The influence of the independent variable on business work discipline is fifty-six point five percent.
