Abstract

Wages and Incentives are important elements in improving employee productivity. With the provision of appropriate wages and incentives, the productivity PT Indonesia Epson Industry it will be enhanced, so the company will be ready and able to compete with other companies in the face of competition. The purpose of this study was conduced to find out how much influence wages and incentives on employee productivity. Sampling tech nique using saturated samples,ie all employees PT Indonesia Epson Industry which amounted to 50 people. Analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. The result of this research shows that based on the equation Y = 23,227 + 1,085 (X1) + 0,200 (X2) F test result that is F count equal to 2,456 with sig. = 0,001. Thus obtained that the hypothesis that the wage and incentives variables together have a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates and GDP on the stock price of Bank BCA. The object of this study is BCA Bank Shares. The research method used in this study is the effect of inflation, interest rates and GDP on BCA Bank stock prices using validity, reliability and hypothesis analysis tests. The results obtained from this study are the T test showing that inflation has no effect on BCA stock prices, interest rates have a significant negative effect on BCA shares, and GDP has a significant positive effect on BCA shares. The results of the F test show that simultaneously inflation, interest rates and GDP have a significant positive effect on BCA shares

Abstract

This study aims to test 1) Knowing the relationship between work discipline and employee performance at BPJS Kesehatan Cikarang; 2) Knowing the relationship between human resource development and employee performance at BPJS Kesehatan Cikarang; 3) Knowing the relationship between work discipline and human resource development together with employee performance at BPJS Kesehatan Cikarang. The research method used in this study is quantitative method. The population studied was all employees of BPJS Kesehatan Cikarang totaling 102 people. This study used a total sample, where the entire population of BPJS Kesehatan Cikarang employees was used as a sample. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis (prerequisite analysis test and hypothesis test). Data validity is obtained through validity tests and reliability tests. The results of this stud are as follows: First, there is a positive and significant relationship between work discipline and employee performance with a significance value in a simple correlation of 0.049 (Sig0< 0.05). Second, there is a positive and significant relationship between human resource development and employee performance with a significance value in a simple correlation of 0.000 (Sig < 0.05). Third, there is a positive and significant relationship between work discipline, human resource development, and employee performance with a significance value in a simple correlation of 0.001 (Sig < 0.05).

Abstract

This research discusses consumer behavior in conducting digital payments in buying and selling transactions. Digital payment methods are a new way of making payments, especially during a pandemic like the present, which is also a result of government policies in various countries worldwide to limit outdoor activities and maintain social distance during the Covid-19 pandemic. Consumer behavior has started to shift from conventional payment methods to digital payments. Payment through digital wallets has become popular and widely accepted as an emerging payment method in both developed and developing countries. The objective of this research is to determine the behavior patterns of millennial consumers who tend to make impulsive purchases due to promotions and digital payment facilities. Therefore, the use of digital wallets in the behavior of millennial consumers during the Covid-19 pandemic becomes the research object. This study adopts a qualitative descriptive method with a literature-based approach. Research data is obtained through literature review and theoretical studies from various scientific sources. The research findings indicate that the Covid-19 pandemic has increased the usage of digital wallets due to consumers' inclination towards using electronic transactions that are more suitable and efficient during the pandemic. The digital era has rapidly evolved in a society that has adapted to become adaptive shoppers in a cashless society, developing a new culture known as electronic payment transactions through digital wallets

Abstract

This research is motivated by the level of student satisfaction of the the Faculty of Engineering, Pelita Bangsa University, Cikarang, which has not been maximized. The causal factor is thought to be the price or cost of education which is felt to be inappropriate by students and promotions that have not been implemented effectively. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price suitability and promotion on student satisfaction through perceived value. The study was conducted on 102 samples from 1,293 students in the faculty by proportional random sampling. The main data collection usinga questionnaire. Path analysis is used to determine a fit model of suitable structural equation based on Partial Least Square using Smart PLS Version 3.3.6.Conclusions of the results: 1) Price suitability have a positive and significant effect on perceived value; 2) promotion have a positive and significant effect on perceived value; 3) Perceived value has not significant effect on student satisfaction; 4) price suitability has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction; and 5) promotion have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction.

Abstract

This journal aims to assess the impact of financial performance on stock prices in companies within the banking, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period of 2018-2020. The study encompasses various financial performance indicators with the intent of comprehending how variables contribute to stock price fluctuations. The data analyzed is sourced from the annual financial reports of companies listed on the BEI during the research period. Through meticulous statistical analysis, this journal seeks to provide an in-depth understanding of how financial performance influences the stock value of companies in different sectors. The hope is that the findings of this research will offer valuable insights to various stakeholders, including investors, corporate management, and regulators, aiding them in making strategic decisions related to investment and risk management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan, ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan utang terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 22 perusahaan sektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2022. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 17 perusahaan sektor telekomunikasi yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2019-2022. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan tahun 2019-2022 yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia atau IDX. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial hanya kebijakan utang (DER) yang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan kinerja keuangan (current ratio) dan ukuran perusahaan (size) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Namun secara simultan semua variabel bebas yaitu kinerja keuangan, ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan utang berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat nilai perusahaan

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perbankan adalah sektor yang memiliki peranan penting dalam roda pergeraka perekonomian nasional. Perkembangan dunia perbankan saat ini semakin pesat dan modern, sehingga tercipta terobosan dan inovasi agar operasional bank semakin efektif adalah mendapatkan dana dari investor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa pegaruh NPL (Non Performing Loan), EPS (Earning Per Share) dan PER (Price Earning Ratio) Terhadap Harga Saham PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI). Per-Quartal dari tahun 2012-2022. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini ada 44 dari Q1-Q4 tahun 2012-2022. Metode penelitian asosiatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPL, EPS dan PER berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, secara simultan dan parsial. Sebagai rekomendasi, sebaiknya para investor dapat memperhatikan dan menganalisis NPL, EPS dan PER serta pergerakan harga saham untuk memperoleh keuntungan. Kata kunci : NPL, EPS, PER, Harga Saham ABSTRACT Banking is a sector that has an important role in the movement of the national economy. The development of the banking world is currently increasingly rapid and modern, so that breakthroughs and innovations are created so that bank operations are more effective in obtaining funds from investors. The purpose of this study was to determine what is the effect of NPL (Non Performing Loan), EPS (Earning Per Share) and PER (Price Earning Ratio) on the Share Price of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI). Quarterly from 2012-2022. The number of samples in this study were 44 from Q1-Q4 in 2012-2022. Associative research method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS program. The results showed that NPL, EPS and PER had a significant effect on stock prices, simultaneously and partially. As a recommendation, investors should be able to pay attention and analyze NPL, EPS and PER as well as stock price movements to gain profits. Keyword: NPL, EPS, PER, Stock Price

Abstract

Consumptive behavior can arise inseparable from conditions of technological development which provide significant changes to human life. One of them is the ease of accessing everything. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of User Ease and Lifestyle variables on Consumptive Behavior in Generation Z in Kab. Bekasi. To determine the sample in this study, Purposive Sampling Technique was used with the criteria for a population size using the moe formula of 100 respondents. The results of this research show that there is a fairly strong correlation between ease of use and lifestyle. This indicates that the ease of use of BCA mobile is closely related to the lifestyle of generation Z who is digitally connected and has a preference for comfort and flexibility. The ease of use of BCA mobile provides a practical and efficient solution in managing daily finances.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Likuiditas, Leverage, dan Arus Kas Operasi secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham PT Blue Bird Tbk. Menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian uji t yang diperoleh menunjukkan Likuiditas dan Leverage tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Arus Kas Operasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Hasil uji F diperoleh hasil bahwa Likuiditas, Leverage dan Arus Kas Operasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham.
