Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the program of incorporating the Implementation of Aircraft Maintenance Training (AMTO) into the aeronautical engineering diploma study program and to find out the extent to which the requirements for educators at UNSURYA (Dirgantara Marshal Suryadarma University) are implemented in supporting the establishment of a recognized or approved D-3 AMTO UNSURYA by the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia and the Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia. With a qualitative approach through evaluative methods and the CIPP model (context, input, process, product) usingdocumentation, interview, observation and questionnaire methods. From this research results and conclusions were obtained about aspects of human resources, aspects ofreadiness, aspects of obstacles, and aspects of competency standardization. The results of the evaluation show that there are still requirements that have not been met, especially the aspect of educator requirements in the implementation of AMTO at UNSURYA, which hinders the process ofgranting AMTO establishment permits.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss and analyze a rapid development of digitalization which in turnbrings rapid changes in HR planning and strategy in the future. What are the various formsof HR planning and strategies that need to be carried out in order to provide maximumresults for both employees and the company's organization. The research method used is aqualitative research method, and the qualitative method used is a type of library research.Literature study is a type of channel type qualitative research method. The pattern of needs inorder to adapt to conditions amid the dynamic changes in the global business environmentand in the growth of various digital innovations has a direction towards the fact thatcompanies are forced to adapt to various changes such as the way of working andredesigning their business forms.

Abstract

Trend hair style is a phenomenon that always appears with the times. Clear was launched in Indonesia in 1975 and is produced by PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Based on the Top Brand Index data, it can be seen that clear is in 2nd place. This brand from Unilever pioneered shampoos specifically for women and specifically for men which were created in 1997 because they wanted to provide a solution to dandruff. The aim of the study was to examine the effect of experience quality on revisit moderated by product quality and price on clear shampoo. The research was conducted within the boundaries of the community area of Bekasi district. The number of samples obtained by 74 respondents. This study shows that the quality of experience has an effect on repurchase intention, the quality of experience which is moderated by product quality has no effect on repurchase intention while the quality of experience which is moderated by price can have a significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Korean culture and income levels on consumer buying interest in the Cikarang sub-district, West Java. The independent variables of this research are Korean culture and income level. As for the dependent variable itself is consumer buying interest. The method used in this study is to use a survey method by providing a number of questions in the form of questionnaires to the public or consumers in the Cikarang area, West Java. Determination of the sample using the probability sampling method or random sampling and then the data that has been collected was analyzed using the IBM SPSS statistics program version 22. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents from the entire population by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that Korean culture has no effect on consumer buying interest, while the level of income has a positive effect on consumer buying interest

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of developing human resources through increasingcompetence in order torealize competent Civil Servants in the administration of governmentin the field of personnel administration. This is intended to study and analyze the developmentof human resources through increasing competence in the Agency for Personnel and HumanResources Development at Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah I Kelas Utama. Thisresearch is descriptive, using an inductive qualitative approach, with data collectiontechniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performancein organization/company X. This research uses a literature review of some of the results ofprevious studies in Indonesia. Sources of journal searches via Google in the period 2017 –2019. The research results and discussion analysis prove that organizational culture andorganizational commitment are important factors that can explain variations in employeeperformance. Cultural values that are believed to be shared can become a bond between theorganization and employees. Thus, this strong bond can lead to employee motivation toimprove employee performance in completing work optimally.

Abstract

Beauty Standards Every country has different beauty standards, now many women are competing to have well-groomed and smooth hair. In maintenance of beauty, hair is one of the "crowns" of women that beautify a woman, therefore all women take care of their crown so that it is always healthy and beautiful. TRESemme owned by PT. Unilever, which is a packaged shampoo product, has not yet won a position in the Top Brand Awards. The distribution of packaged shampoo from various other competitors has affected the ranking and sales of shampoo, even though packaged shampoo has been circulating for a long time. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of experience quality on repurchase intention which was moderated by product quality and TRESemme shampoo price. The research was conducted within the boundaries of the community area of West Java Province. The number of samples obtained by 101 respondents. Research shows the results that the quality of experience influences repurchase intention (revisit), the quality of experience which is moderated by product quality influences repurchase intention (revisit), and the quality of experience which is moderated by price also influences repurchase intention (revisit).

Abstract

The electronics and automotive industry market requires new marketing strategy innovations in this VUCA world era. The Covid pandemic has directed a social transformation based on Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity abbreviated as VUCA. At the beginning of 2020, the outbreak that hit China quickly spread to various neighboring countries in Asiaand Europe. In just a matter of weeks, the virus infected many countries. The Covid-19 virus pandemic has changed the world order and its impact is very much felt in the business and economic world. The government through the Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) chose five domestic manufacturing sectors to support national economic growth. Meanwhile, the government's automotive industry has launched various policies or stimuli for this sector. One of the government's efforts to accelerate economic recovery is through the provision of fiscal incentives in the form of reducing sales tax on luxury goods borne by the government (PPnBM) for motor vehicles. The data in the research that we get will be used as analysismaterial, in this case what is needed is Primary Data and Secondary Data. The data we collect is in the form of (1) Literature and field studies by directly knowing the marketing strategies carried out in the field along with the distribution of questionnaires (2) data analysis using the IFAS-EFAS method and the IE matrix. The analysis used is quantitativelywith the help of processing then provided in the form of IFAS-EFAS matrix and IE matrix. Another analysis technique is to use descriptive techniques, namely reading journals, books or other information from previous researchers. The results of the analysis using the IFAS-EFAS matrix and obtained a total internal factor score obtained of 3.50, then internal factorsare included in the high category and external factors the results of the total score obtained are 3.19, then external factors are included in the medium category. From the total IFAS and EFAS obtained, it shows that the position on the IE matrix is in cell I which means Grow and Build

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the soundness of the Bank based on the BUKU 4 category which was in very healthy, healthy or quite healthy conditions, as well as to compare the soundness level in 2018-2020, namely financial reports before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. Based on the CAMEL factor : Capital, Asset quality, Management, Earning and Liquidity Risk. The proxies used are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity Ratio (ROE), Net Interest Margin (NIM), BOPO (Operating Expenditure to Operating Income), and Loanto Deposits Ratio (LDR). The population used in this study is a bank based on BUKU 4 category. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the Independent Sample T-test to compare the soundness of a Bank based on BUKU 4 categories as measured by financial performance using the Capital, Asset quality, Earning and Liquidity Risk approaches. The results of this study indicate that overall there are differences in the rating of the soundness of the Bank based on the BUKU 4 category, all Banks are in a "Very Healthy" condition. However, when viewed from the 7 financial ratios analyzed, namely CAR, NPL, ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO and LDR, the results showed that there were no significant differences in all ratios between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) currently needs to be increased through knowledge of financial literacy and business experience that has been passed as material for consideration in making financial decisions in the future to maximize business growth. This growth has also spawned several innovations such as financial inclusion, financial literacy and technology to facilitate public access through financial services. This study aims to obtain data on the effect of financial inclusion on MSME performance, the effect of financial literacy on MSME performance, and the effect of financial technology on MSME performance. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 52 MSMEs in Karang Bahagia village, KarangBahagia District, Bekasi Regency. The hypothesis used is multiple regression with the help of SPSS. This study shows that there is only one variable that has a significant effect, namely financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs. And there are two variables that have no significant effect, namely financial inclusion on MSME performance and financial technology on MSME performance.
