Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of financial leverage ratios, profitability, asset composition, and liquidity on fraudulent financial reporting). This study uses agency theory and GONE theory. The population used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period of 2010-2021. The sample used was 75 companies with a total of 207 observations. The dependent variable in this study is fraudulent financial reporting which is a categorical variable that is a combination of the Beneish M-Score and Altman Z-Score models and the independent variables used are the ratio of financial leverage, profitability, asset composition, and liquidity. Testing the hypothesis using logistic regression and the results of the study prove that profitability, asset composition, and liquidity affect the probability of fraudulent financial reporting

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure on company performance based on the company's life cycle during the COVID-19 period. The population used in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), but in this study only 76 companies were sampled. The capital structure in this study uses the ratio of total debt to total equity, and the company's performance uses the ratio of net income to total assets. The company life cycle in this study uses cash flow patterns from operating, investing, and financing activities. In this study, capital structure has a negative effect on company performance at the introduction, growth, and decline stages. However, the capital structure does not affect the company's performance at the mature and shakeout stages.

Abstract

Building a sustainable business requires strategic studies related to environmental changes and uncertain business ecosystems. The purpose of writing this paper is to examine and provide solutions in implementing web 3 technology in businesses that develop thanks to communities or groups of people who are members of autonomous organizations. The method used in this study is to carry out a series of stages covering the proposal of a business idea to test the web 3.0-based information technology platform namely solar, inter-stellar and LOBSTR with a network of stellar experts to create community tokens. The results of the study show that web 3.0 technology is very feasible to implement to support sustainable business continuity. Web 3.0 is decentralized and supports the creation of tokens based on blockchain technology that is user-friendly and protects sensitive user data with an easy private key, with a transaction speed of 10 seconds, easily implemented by the communitybased business world, especially in protecting individual user data. The conclusions and implications of the results of this study are that web 3 can be adopted in community-based business practices

Abstract

Technological advances in the industry are currently growing rapidly, in increasing the speed of time in and out of goods and accurate data in the logistics area requires a system that can automatically detect and store integrated data. The use of identification technology can simplify the coding system. Identification technology used is RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). RFID is a method that can be used to store or receive data remotely using a device called an RFID tag. The purpose of this research is optimizing the entry and exit system of goods with RFID technology, designing hardware and software supporting the RFID Logistics System. From the implementation, it is concluded that RFID is one of the tools needed in data reading automation activities to anticipate human error in the goods entry and exit system. With the development of a Logistics System supported by RFID, it is hoped that the speed and accuracy of transaction data can be achieved so that it can help companies

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Cash On Delivery payment system on couriers during the buying and selling transaction process. The method used in this research is using the desk study method, which is carried out by studying the literature on COD cases, online payment system users and other data based on related documents, such as mass media, electronic media, and activity reports. The results of this research are to provide suggestions for business people, such as marketplaces, sellers and expeditions to make better schemes and provide education to customers about these schemes

Abstract

Based on existing data, Indonesia is in the 3rd highest position in the ASEAN region as a society with a level of consumption of packaged sweet drinks. Tehbotol Sosro owned by PT Sinar Sosro, which is a pioneer of packaged tea drinks, occupies second place in the Top Brand Awards distribution of ready-to-drink tea in packs from various other manufacturers affect the ranking and sales of Teh botol Sosro although it has been involved in packaged tea drinks for a long time. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of location on revisiting by mediating satisfaction and taste and price image mediators. The research was conducted within the boundaries of the community area of the Bekasi district. The number ofsamples was obtained by 55 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire and then analyzed with SmartPLS. The research shows that location which is moderated by taste image has no effect on satisfaction, a location that is moderated by price has no effect on satisfaction but the location moderator variable has a direct effect as a latent variable on satisfaction (mediator predictor) while location which is mediated by satisfaction affects revisit.

Abstract

Based on existing data, hair damage experienced by a number of Indonesian people has resulted in a large number of hair washing soaps appearing. Pantene shampoo was owned by a Swiss drug company, Hoffman-LaRoche, until 1985, after which a multinational company from the United States, Procter & Gamble, acquired and started producing Pantene shampoo again. which is one of the pioneers of hair washing soap took first place in the Top Brand Awards, the circulation of hair washing soap from many other manufacturers has influenced the ranking and sales of Pantene shampoo, although it has been involved in hair washing soap products for a long time. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of experience quality on repurchase intention with product quality and price as moderators. The research was conducted within the boundaries of the community area of ​​West Java province. The number of samples obtained was 108 respondents. This research shows that the quality of experience has an effect on repurchase intention, the quality of experience moderated by product quality has no effect on repurchase intention, while the quality of experience which is moderated by price has no effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

The high consumer interest in packaged beverages influences the lifestyle and culture in Indonesia. This can be seen from the existence of a company that continues to compete with other packaged beverage companies to prioritize a ready-to-drink tea product, such as the Teh Gelas, Tehbotol Sosro, and Teh Pucuk Harum. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the location where packaged drinks were obtained on repurchase or revisit which was mediated by consumer satisfaction and moderated by taste and price image of the Teh Gelas drink managed by Cap Orang Tua (OT). This research uses quantitative methods. The population used by the community in Bekasi Regency, the number of samples obtained was 84 respondents. Data collection is done with secondary and primary data. Data analysis in this study was fully carried out with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Research proves that price-moderated location has no effect on satisfaction, price-moderated location has no effect on satisfaction, but taste image and price have a partial effect on satisfaction and satisfaction-mediated location has an effect on revisit

Abstract

The rapid development of the times has made people's lifestyles prioritize practicality so they prefer fast food and drinks such as packaged tea. The data shows that within five years (2018-2022) The Pucuk Harum occupies the first position in the top brand award of the tea category in packaging. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of location on revisit by mediating consumer satisfaction and taste and price image mediators in Teh Pucuk Harum drink. Abstract

Training program strives to develop the results it wants to achieve, for this it requiresemployees who have adequate knowledge and skills. So the company createda training program to improve the abilities and skills of its employees. The implementation of the training program does not only affect the way members of the organization act, but also howthey communicate, behave, behave at work and all of this will affect employee performance. If employees' abilities and skills are improved through training programs, their performanceat work will also increase. The purpose of this research is to see the relationship betweentraining and employee performance. The tool used in data collection isa questionnaire and in analyzing the data using descriptive analysis and correlation analysis.Where the results ofthis analysis obtained the conclusion that there is a relationship between training programson employee performance.
