Abstract

This research was conducted at the IX Koto Sungai Lasi Sub-district Health Center, Solok Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation and work facilities on employee performance at the IX Koto Sungai Lasi Sub-district Health Center, Solok Regency. A sample of 34 respondents was studied using quantitative methods. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Based on a multiple regression analysis of the variables Motivation and Work Facilities on Employee Performance, Y = 7.990 + 0.615 X1 + 0.409 X2 + e. The t-test showed that variable X1, Motivation, significantly impacts Employee Performance, with a calculated t-value of 1.705 > t-table value of 2.03951 and a significance level of 0.098 < 0.05. Therefore, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Variable X2, Work Facilities, significantly impacts Employee Performance, with a calculated t-value of 0.935 > t-table value of 2.03951 and a significance level of 0.357 < 0.05. Therefore, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The F-test showed that Motivation and Work Facilities simultaneously impact Employee Performance, with a calculated f-value of 10.460 > f-table value of 3.30 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed the way businesses market their products and grow their businesses. This study aims to determine how digital marketing plays a role in developing technology-based businesses in Batu Karang Village, Payung District, Karo Regency. The method used was a qualitative approach, using observation and interviews with several business owners who utilize digital media for marketing activities. The results show that most business owners have used social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business as promotional tools. The implementation of digital marketing has been proven to help expand market reach and increase sales. However, obstacles such as limited digital skills, lack of training, and suboptimal internet connections remain major obstacles. Therefore, digital marketing plays a crucial role in the development of technology-based businesses, especially when supported by increased digital literacy and adequate infrastructure.

Abstract

This study analyzes the digital promotion strategy of OEM tissue products at PT Infinity Blessing Indonesia. In the digital era, effective promotion is essential for building brand awareness and expanding business-to-business (B2B) networks. The study aims to identify the current digital promotion practices, challenges faced, and strategies to optimize promotional performance. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving two key informants from the human resources and product design divisions. The findings indicate that the company has implemented digital promotion through its website, email marketing, and WhatsApp Business, but social media utilization remains limited to Instagram with low engagement. The company’s strengths lie in product customization flexibility, consistent quality, and responsive communication with business partners, while weaknesses include low brand awareness and minimal digital advertising efforts. The research implies that strengthening digital branding, optimizing social media platforms, and adopting paid digital advertising such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads can enhance competitiveness and visibility in the B2B market.

Abstract

Climate change presents a crucial development economics challenge, especially in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies (EMDEs), which face a massive climate finance gap. This article aims to systematically analyze the nexus between Green Government and Green Finance as a decarbonization solution. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, this study synthesizes 52 peer-reviewed articles from Scopus and Sinta (2020-2025). Qualitative content analysis was used to map instruments, effectiveness, and implementation barriers. Findings show that the effectiveness of Green Finance instruments (e.g., Green Bonds) is empirically conditional upon a credible Green Government framework (e.g., third-party certification). However, this nexus is fundamentally broken in many EMDEs. Advanced governance instruments (like GPP and CBT) face an "implementation paradox," being too complex for low-capacity states. Analysis of innovations (like Green Sukuk in Indonesia) also identifies governance, not capital availability, as the main barrier. The article identifies a "vicious cycle": EMDEs' structural barriers (corruption, informality, low capacity) hinder effective Green Government. This governance failure prevents de-risking, causing 95% of global Green Finance to concentrate in developed nations. We conclude that policy interventions must shift from focusing on financial instruments to fixing fundamental governance preconditions.

Abstract

Asset management in educational laboratory environments is often conducted manually, making it vulnerable to recording errors, delayed information, and equipment loss. These limitations necessitate the development of a system capable of capturing asset activities automatically, accurately, and in real time. This study aims to develop and evaluate the performance of a Smart IoT Asset Management System integrating Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller, and Google Sheets as an efficient and economical inventory solution for educational laboratories. This research adopts a system engineering approach with a descriptive–experimental design following the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) model. All 26 units of laboratory equipment were included as samples, and 10 respondents participated in the user evaluation. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, functional device testing, and user questionnaires. The analysis focused on RFID reading accuracy, system response time, data synchronization performance, and user perceptions. The results indicate a 100% RFID reading accuracy rate and a data synchronization time ranging from 7 to 10 seconds. The system successfully recorded all borrowing and returning activities without synchronization failures. User evaluation yielded an average satisfaction score of 4.8 out of 5, reflecting the system’s usability and practical benefits. This study provides important implications for laboratory digitalization, offering a low-cost, easily replicable, and IoT-based inventory solution suitable for educational institutions seeking modern asset management practices.

Abstract

The global transition toward a low-carbon economy faces a significant financing gap, especially in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies (EMDEs), making Green Finance (GF) a crucial mechanism whose effectiveness depends heavily on institutional quality and governance. This study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 90 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020–2025 sourced from Scopus and Web of Science, analyzed using PRISMA guidelines, VOSviewer bibliometrics, and narrative synthesis. The findings reveal three main research clusters: the effectiveness of GF instruments and green innovation, the moderating role of institutional quality and environmental governance, and the development of green financial markets and policies. Across the literature, GF consistently demonstrates a mitigating effect on CO₂ emissions; however, this impact is not automatic and is strongly strengthened by high-quality governance, including regulatory effectiveness and rule of law, which reduce investment risks and curb greenwashing. Major research gaps identified include an overconcentration of studies in China, the absence of standardized indicators for GF and Green Government (GG), and limited micro-level evidence from other developing regions such as ASEAN. Overall, this review highlights the need for integrated policy approaches that simultaneously advance green financial development and reinforce environmental governance.

Abstract

Static archives serve as an important source of public information to support state transparency and accountability. This article analyzes the policy of archive access and static archive services within the framework of Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure through a review of normative literature and a review of best practices. This research uses content analysis methods applied to regulations, guideline documents from the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI), and related academic literature. The findings show that the static archive access policy in Indonesia has established the principle of universal openness with strict access restrictions based on legal provisions. However, there is a significant gap between the normative legal framework and practical implementation in the field, especially related to archive management, the availability of search tools, and coordination between archival units and public information management officials. In addition, the low quality of digital infrastructure and the uneven technical competence of archival officers have slowed down the information service process. The recommendations submitted include strengthening the capacity of human resources, integrating the archival information system with the public information disclosure portal, and harmonizing information classification policies so that static archive services can run more effectively and responsive to public needs.

Abstract

The global consumer market has undergone a significant transformation, creating an environment in which fragmented preferences and a widespread crisis of trust pose major challenges for brands. This systematic literature review examines the dynamics behind consumer migration from mass-market brands toward niche brands perceived as more authentic. The review focuses on five key constructs: Corporate Social Hypocrisy (CSH), Brand Trust (BT), Brand Hate, Brand Authenticity, and Consumer Need for Differentiation. The study proposes the Authenticity Trust Migration Model (ATM), a conceptual framework integrating both push and pull factors that shape consumer movement. CSH emerges as a destructive antecedent that erodes trust and triggers brand hate. As a compensatory response, consumers particularly those with high differentiation tendencies shift toward niche brands that offer symbolic authenticity and stronger value congruence. Niche authenticity is positioned not merely as a brand attribute but as an identity-signaling mechanism that helps consumers restore threatened self-concepts caused by the integrity failures of mass brands. These findings contribute theoretically to the understanding of differentiation as a moderating factor and offer strategic implications for brand management in an era of increasing public skepticism.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of service quality on students’ purchase intention at Onemart of SMK Negeri 1 Medan in the Academic Year 2025/2026. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method in which questionnaires were distributed to 60 students of the 11th grade Retail Business Department selected as the research sample. The research instrument was examined using validity and reliability tests, and the data were analyzed through normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) with the assistance of SPSS version 23. The findings indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, as reflected by the regression coefficient of 1.299, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and a t-statistic value of 6.681 which exceeds the t-table value. The R Square value of 0.435 reveals that service quality contributes 43.5% to purchase intention, while the remaining 56.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Therefore, consistent improvement in service quality can increase students’ purchase intention toward Onemart.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), the result of a merger of three state-owned Islamic banks, strengthens the national and global Islamic banking industry, but the quality of human resources remains a challenge because most employees do not have a background in Islamic economics. Employee performance is influenced by leadership and knowledge management, which combines motivation, information management, effective communication, creative innovation, team collaboration, and strategic decision-making that supports productivity. This condition emphasizes the importance of research on the influence of leadership and knowledge management on employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Aceh Regional Office to support BSI's vision as a modern, professional, innovative, inclusive, and globally competitive Islamic bank. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and knowledge management on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Aceh Regional Office. In this study, the population consists of all 76 employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Aceh Regional Office. Sampling was conducted using the census technique, whereby the entire population was used as the sample. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that leadership partially influences the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Aceh Regional Office. Knowledge management partially influences the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Aceh Regional Office. Leadership and knowledge management simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Aceh Regional Office.
