Abstract

The purpose of this study (1) to describe the professionalism of teachers at MTs Sunan Gunung Jati Gurah Kediri. (2) Describe the strategy of the Head of Madrasah in increasing teacher professionalism at MTs Sunan Gunung Jati Kediri. (3) Describe the factors supporting and inhibiting the leadership of the Madrasah Head in increasing teacher professionalism at MTs Sunan Gunung Jati Gurah Kediri. This research approach uses qualitative methods, namely observations, interviews, and document review. And the results of this study are (1) the professionalism of teachers at MTs Sunan Gunung Jati Gurah Kediri, including; there is a high commitment and sense of responsibility, mastery of the material to be taught, and implementing the existing code of ethics. (2) The strategy of the Head of Madrasah in increasing teacher professionalism at MTs Sunan Gunung Jati Gurah Kediri, including; the existence of teacher selection, teacher performance coaching, supervision of teacher performance, coaching education staff discipline, and providing motivation. (3) Factors supporting and inhibiting the leadership of the Madrasah Head in increasing teacher professionalism at MTs Sunan Gunung Jati Gurah Kediri, including; the supporting factors are the cohesiveness, and the teacher's awareness of the mandate carried. As for the inhibiting factors, the first is the limitation of the Head of Madrasah in nurturing teachers, especially those who are older than him. And the last is the limited facilities and infrastructure that are not yet adequate.

Abstract

This study aims 1. To describe the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in increasing student motivation at SMK Al-Kautsar Grogol Jombang. 2. To describe students' learning motivation at SMK Al-Kautsar Grogol Jombang. 3. To describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of PAI teachers in increasing student motivation at SMK Al-Kautsar Grogol Jombang. The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive design with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, analysis was carried out and used qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the success of PAI teachers in increasing student motivation at SMK Al-Kautsar Grogol Jombang was good enough but needed to be improved. This can be seen from the fact that there are still students who fall asleep during learning and do not want to take part in PAI learning properly and cannot practice the recommendations contained in PAI learning. Therefore, PAI teachers here use several strategies such as combining various methods, giving grades, holding competitions, competition for giving praise and giving punishments that aim to increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

The professional competence of teachers is very important, because professional teachers are able to create a conducive learning climate, a challenging learning atmosphere, and are able to learn in a fun way. Therefore, the professional competence of a good teacher can make students enthusiastic in learning. This study aims to determine: 1. How is the professional competence of fiqh teachers at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang. 2. How is the student's motivation to learn in fiqh subjects at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang 3. Is there any influence of teacher professional competence on students' motivation to learn in fiqh subjects at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang. This research is a field research, using a quantitative approach where the data collection technique uses a questionnaire or questionnaire. For data processing using the percentage formula and a simple regression formula. The results of this study stated that the professional competence of fiqh teachers was included in the moderate category because 68% of 63 students stated the medium category, and students' learning motivation showed the medium category with a percentage of 69.8% of 63 students stated the medium category. There is a low influence of the professional competence of fiqh teachers on student learning motivation at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang, because from computerized calculations the effect is only 6.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to 1.Describe the religious activities at MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang 2. To describe the morals of students at MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang. 3. Describe the implementation of religious activities in the moral formation of students at MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang. 4. Describe the factors supporting and inhibiting the formation of students' morals at MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang. The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive design using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that: 1. Religious activities at MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang include: Reading QS. Yasin and QS. Waqi'ah, dhuha prayer in congregation, tahlil, istighotsah, commemoration of the Birthday of the Prophet SAW 2. Morals of students at MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang are polite, friendly, and yet a small number of students still violate good morals to teachers, parents and fellow students 3. The application of religious activities is very influential in the formation of students' morals. Through religious activities can make students have good morals. The implementation of religious activities also requires methods to be used in the formation of students' morals including: a. Habituation method, b. Exemplary Method, c. Advice Method, d. Punishment Method. 4. a. Supporting factors: the commitment of the principal and teachers in carrying out activities by working together, enthusiastic students in carrying out activities, motivation of parents, infrastructure. b. Inhibiting factors: students who do not care, families who are less supportive, less supportive community environment, parents who do not cooperate with the madrasah.

Abstract

A teacher is an important part of the world of education. For this reason, the teacher must have expertise in the teaching field. One of the skills needed by a teacher is about the personality of a teacher who is right. But today there are still teachers who have not been able to make new breakthroughs and prefer to apply traditional learning. This is one of the causes of education in our country problematic. Seeing this is considered necessary to provide an evaluation in the field of education. In Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati is explained that not everyone can become a teacher. This study analyzed the requirement to become a teacher in Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati. By using the literature study method, researchers concluded that a teacher in the Java world was a reflection of a king. He had a big influence on his followers. Javanese philosophy states that not everyone can become king, only the elected person can be king. Nevertheless, it can still be fought by  Laku Brata. Equally with the teacher, not everyone can immediately become a teacher. There are conditions for being a teacher. In Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati mentioned that there are eight things that make people deserve to be a teacher.

Abstract

Teams Games Tournament Model, Learning Motivation The teaching and learning process carried out by teachers at MI The Noor school, especially in the use of learning models is still very lacking, this is evidenced by the learning outcomes of students who are still much below the KKM, besides that when the teaching and learning process is carried out, students are less enthusiastic in following the lesson. this greatly affects the desired understanding. Therefore, the learning process must be able to choose the right learning model, the Teams Games Tournament type cooperative learning model is very suitable for use in learning, because the Teams Games Tournament type cooperative learning model can arouse the enthusiasm of students in the learning process, This study aims to determine the effect of using the Teams Games Tournament type of cooperative learning model on the learning motivation of fourth grade students in the Circumference and area of square, rectangular, and triangular shapes. The research design is One Group Pretest Posttest. The research population consisted of 88 students in class I, II, III, IV, V. VI and 20 students in class IV as samples. The results of data analysis using the Paired sample t-test test obtained the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000, which means that the test results obtained a value smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an influence in the use of the Teams Games Tournament type of cooperative learning model on students' learning motivation

Abstract

Through the observations of the fourth grade researcher at MI Nurul Hikmah Dlanggu and interviews with the principal and principal, the researcher saw that the students were still less creative. The lack of student creativity is manifested in several aspects, namely students tend to be passive (rarely ask questions and express opinions), students only get information from what the teacher teaches, students lack the courage to develop their potential, and students are often asked to find problems. Difficulty when using alternative solutions. Learning From Home (BDR) is one of the lessons used by teachers during the pandemic. By doing learning through this BDR, teachers can deliver learning materials online (online). This study aims to determine the effect of learning from home (BDR) during the pandemic on the creativity of students in theme II sub-theme II in class IV MI Nurul Hikmah Dlanggu. The research design used is One Group Postes. The population of this study consisted of 55 students in class I, II, III, IV and 10 students in class IV as samples. The results of data analysis using the paired sample t-test of 0.000398, which means 0.000398 is smaller than 0.05, which means that there is an effect of learning from home on the creativity of fourth grade students of MI Nurul Hikmah Dlanggu.

Abstract

This research was conducted because the development of science is growing, coupled with the existence of increasingly modern technology. Thus the teaching and learning process will also experience changes, both from the methods used and from the enthusiasm of students. This certainly affects students' understanding and learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to find out how to implement a cooperative script in Aqidah Akhlaq subjects in improving the understanding of class VIII students at MTs Al-ma'rif Kereak Pandan Indah, and to find out whether the implementation of cooperative scripts in Aqidah Akhlaq subjects could improve students' understanding in class. VIII at MTs Al-ma'rif Kereak Pandan Indah. While the research method in this study uses classroom action assessment (CAR). The location of this research is at MTs Al-ma'rif Kereak Pandan Indah class VIII. In collecting data, this research uses daily notes and observations. The results of this study can be seen that the way of implementing cooperative scripts is in the early stages including: 1) subject teachers prepare lesson plans, 2) prepare test questions and answers, 3) prepare observation sheets, and in student learning outcomes have increased starting from pre test, post test cycle I, to post test cycle II. It can be seen from the average score of 78 students (pre test) increased to 86 (post test cycle I), and increased again to 95 (post test cycle II). Abstract

The Islamic gold pawn is one of the products in banking that is loved by the public in overcoming short-term capital shortages, coupled with the increasing gold price which has increased significantly during the pandemic, stepping on the price of 1 million / gram. This becomes interesting when the world economy experiences a decline and losses, the price of gold actually increases significantly. Therefore, gold has a pretty promising business potential, not least in terms of gold pawning. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the estimated value, ujrah and promotion on customer interest in using Islamic gold pawn financing products. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data. The population used in this research are Bank Riau Kepri Syariah CAPEM Batam customers who use Islamic gold pawn financing products. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used in this study was SmartPLS 2.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of the estimated value on customer interest with an O value of 0.185146 and a T-Statistic value of 14,465,931. There is a significant positive effect of ujrah on customer interest with an O value of 0.708490 and a T- Statistic value of 93.002.845. There is a significant positive effect of promotion on customer interest with an O value of 0.118095 and a T-Statistic value of 10,599.935. Keywords: Estimated Value, Ujrah, Promotion, Interests

Abstract

Islam is a religion that we adhere to and adhere to by hundreds of millions of Muslims in all corners of the world, which is a source of aspects of life that guarantee the happiness of its adherents both in this world and in the hereafter. The PAI teacher's strategy in PAI learning is to start with determining the right PAI learning material involving Muslim students such as muamalah (social relations) material by choosing the right method such as lectures, discussions, and questions and answers so that no debate has an impact on disputes between Muslim students and non-Muslim students. non-muslim. Then also the use of appropriate and efficient media so that the audio-visual media used by the teacher can accommodate a short time, namely three hours of lessons for one week. The reasons for PAI learning in the application of multicultural education are applied by PAI teachers at SMPN 1 Gudo, among others: students at the school have various ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds; there are no other religious teachers in the school except PAI teachers; some non-Muslim students have a desire to participate in PAI learning, especially in muamalah (social relations), because the author is interested in researching PAI learning strategies in the application of multicultural education and evaluation steps in PAI learning at SMPN 1 Gudo. The purpose of this study is the application of multicultural education because it has diverse ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds and the absence of non-Muslim religious teachers has an impact on the non-participation of students in learning when PAI learning takes place
