Abstract

The curriculum in Indonesia is a form of equal distribution of education in a country. So, the success of a country in the realm of education depends on the curriculum in that country. In Indonesia, the curriculum has been changing for a long time. The purpose of these changes in the evaluation of the previous curriculum. Since the inauguration of the material for education and culture, many curriculum changes have occurred at all levels, one of which is the National Assessment, namely AKM. Minimum ability assessment (AKM) is a policy of the Ministry of Education and Culture as a substitute for the National Examination (UN). Is this activity successful on target and able to boost the quality of education in Indonesia? It all depends on the implementation of the objectives of AKM activities. The author's purpose is to analyze the AKM activities which this year have been implemented at all levels of education in Indonesia with the theory of policy implementation. Researchers used a literature study approach. The results of the analysis show that the AKM government's policy as a substitute for the National Examination can be accepted by all parties, principals, students, and teachers. Implementation of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) is not based on the ability to master the material according to the curriculum as in the national exam but is designed to map and improve the quality of education as a whole. Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) focuses on mastering the literacy and numeracy competencies that will be measured.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to identify and describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of boarding school learning at SMP Plus Al Ishlah Prambontergayang Soko Tuban and SMP Plus Matholi'ul Anwar Maibit Rengel Tuban. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Researchers collected data using three techniques, namely: in-depth interviews, involved observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using three steps, namely: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: 1) The planning carried out at SMP Plus Al Ishlah has referred to the vision, mission and goals as well as content standards by involving all existing stakeholders. Meanwhile, the planning at SMP Plus Matholi'ul Anwar is always adjusted to the activities of the pesantren by taking into account the standards of content and the level of needs of students in the school. 2) The learning carried out at SMP Plus Al Ishlah is a combination of the formal curriculum and the pesantren curriculum. While the learning carried out at SMP Plus Matholi'ul Anwar cannot be separated from all parties, both internal and external to the school, so that good cooperation and coordination is needed between the school and parents, the community and so on. 3) Evaluation at SMP Plus Al Ishlah is carried out directly by the principal assisted by the waka-waka and the ranks of the mudirul 'am, because this institution is designed under the auspices of the Islamic boarding school so that the mudirul 'am also participates in controlling and coloring several policies related to schools. Meanwhile, at SMP Plus Matholi'ul Anwar, a thorough evaluation is carried out in every field through joint meetings or coordination meetings

Abstract

This article aims to find out the leadership pattern of Ibu Nyai in the Darut Thayyibah Islamic boarding school and how the role of Ibu Nyai in the social environment of the community around the Islamic Boarding School is. The research used was qualitative with a descriptive qualitative research approach. The type of research used was ethnographic research using themethod life history in the data collection process. Data collection techniques through interview observations, and documentation, data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are: 1) Nyai Hj. Kholidah Thayyibah has an individual leadership pattern and a transformational leadership pattern using a contingency leadership style, 2) Apart from being a pesantren caregiver, Ibu Nyai is also active in various organizations, assemblies and as a female community leader who has a large enough mass base.

Abstract

Al-Quran is a way of life for every human being, especially for Muslims who are the book of teachings. Al-Quran is not just to be read, but also practiced in everyday life, while to understand and practice the knowledge of the Koran definitely requires guidance from the teacher so as not to misunderstand and practice the Koran. Al-Quran teachers play an important role in improving spiritual attitudes. The purposes of this study are 1) To describe the role of the Tafsir Amaly in improving the spiritual attitudes of students in class VIII A MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang 2) To describe the spiritual attitudes of students in class VIII A MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang 3) To describe the supporting factors and inhibiting the role of Amaly in improving the spiritual attitude of students in class VIII A MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. This research is a qualitative field research, the form of the research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that: 1) The teacher's role in improving the spiritual attitude of class VIII A students focused on four roles, namely: as role models, teachers, mentors, and motivators. 2) Spiritual attitudes in class VIII A MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang, focused on three forms of spiritual attitudes, namely: a) piety b) strong faith c) quality of worship. And 3) the supporting and inhibiting factors of Amaly in improving the spiritual attitude of the students of MTs al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang there are two categories, namely internal and external factors, internal supporting factors in the form of lust, while external factors are: a) environment b) customs c ) imtaqisasi, the internal is lust, while external background broken home.

Abstract

This study aims to describe student management in improving the quality of student input in MA. As-Salafiyah Source Duko Pakong Pamekasan. The approach used in this research is qualitative with qualitative descriptive research methods. The data collection technique of this research was done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing descriptive data using triangulation techniques, the analysis model using a data reduction model, data display, and verification. So that it can give meaning to the data that has been collected and conclusions can be drawn from the data. The research subjects were Deputy Head of Student Affairs and Deputy Head of Curriculum. The results showed that the implementation of student management in improving the quality of student input in MA. As-Salafiyah Sumber Duko Pakong Pamekasan, namely: 1. Applying the analysis of student needs, 2. Recruiting students, 3. Selection of new students. Based on the analysis of the data sources obtained, it can be concluded that the implementation of student management in improving the quality of student input in MA. As-Salafiyah Sumber Duko Pakong Pamekasan has implemented the needs of new students, recruited new students, and selected new students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts of PAI teachers in improving the ESQ quality of students at SMK Terpadu Assalam Durenan Trenggalek. This type of research is a qualitative field research (field research). This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection techniques using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results showed that the teacher's efforts to improve the quality of students' ESQ through PAI learning at SMK Terpadu Assalam Durenan Trenggalek were quite effective and conducive, as seen from the behavior of students who showed an increase in ESQ quality and seen from the awareness of students to carry out habituation programs that were required by the school. The conclusion from the explanation above is that the teacher's efforts to improve the quality of students' ESQ through PAI learning at SMK Terpadu Assalam Durenan Trenggalek are quite good, and meet the objectives to be achieved, namely improving the quality of students' ESQ through PAI learning

Abstract

There are three terms in education, namely ta'lim, tarbiyah and ta'dib. This article discusses the meaning of taklim. This research method is literature review. And the results of the study in this research are: ta'lim from mu'allim (Allah) consists of: angels, teaching materials in the form of sciences. The second object consists of: prophets/apostles, teaching materials in the form of species names, al-Kitab (al-Qur'an, Torah, Zabur and Gospel), al-bayan, al-hikmah, ta'wil dreams, al-ahkam , useful science, armor making, animal language, and other sciences. The third object of humans, the teaching materials are writing, the contents of the Bible, sharia, hunting etiquette, administrative science, and other sciences. mu'allim (prophet/apostle) consists of: first, the prophet and his teaching materials are sciences / useful. Second, humans and their teaching materials are the Bible, wisdom, the sciences taught by Allah. The first object of the human mu'allim) consists of: first, humans, the teaching materials are al-Kitab, as-Sunnah, reading, writing, and good sciences. Second, the animal and its teaching material is hunting. The object of the mu'allim (shaitan) is man and his teaching material is magic.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of Religious Local Content teachers in Improving Students' Al-Qur'an Reading Ability at SMPN 1 Mojoagung in the 2021 academic year. Based on the data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, it can be concluded that: The role of the teacher Religious Local Content in improving the ability to read the Qur'an at SMPN 1 Mojoagung. The teacher's role in Improving the Ability to Read Al-Qur'an consists of 3 aspects: first, the teacher as a supervisor of this task and responsibility places more emphasis on planning and implementing teaching. Second, the teacher as a leading worker is to put pressure on the task and provide guidance in the form of assistance to students in solving the problems they face. Third, the teacher as the class administrator, and class manager, and Fourth, the teacher as a motivator. The methods and techniques used by teachers of local religious content in improving the ability to read Al-Qura'an at SMPN 1 Mojoagung are the tilawati method and the qiroati' method. The supporting factors for the role of local religious content teachers in improving students' reading skills of the Qur'an consist of parents and local content teachers, namely focusing on being their guide when reading the Qur'an. In addition, the teacher also always accompanies, directs and always supervises. The inhibiting factor for the role of the Religious Local Content teacher in improving the ability to read the Al-Qur'an is electronics such as cellphones which always make children lazy to read the Qur'an. In addition, another inhibiting factor is the community when students choose the wrong way to get along. This method is reading the Qur'an which directly includes and practices tartil reading in accordance with the rules of Tajweed science in the education system and the teaching of the Qiro'at method through a student-centered education system.

Abstract

As time goes by, the value of discipline is fading. This makes teachers try to find solutions that can improve student discipline. With the implementation of the Scout Extra-Curricular, it is hoped that it can support the success of education in order to guide and foster the younger generation to create a complete human being. Because in character building, you can't just give theory, but you need a program that accompanies it. The formulation of the research problems include: How is the implementation of extra-curricular scouts and how the value of student discipline character can be formed through extra-scout activities in class V MI Miftahul ulum Cepokolimo? The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the researcher acts as a participant-observer during the scout extracurricular process. data were taken through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the extracurricular scouts were carried out twice a week with several activities such as routine training, hiking, and persami. The inculcation of disciplined character is proven by the achievement of students in keeping the learning schedule, facing temptations in procrastinating, self-discipline, and maintaining body condition.

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1). to describe students' morals to others and students' morals to teachers at SMK Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang 2). describe the role of teachers as educators and mentors in fostering students' morals at SMK Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang. This research is a qualitativefield research, the form of the research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that: 1.) Morals of students to others at SMK Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang include: respecting fellow friends, greeting each other, and helping to help but there are some students who lack morals such as: not participating in religious activities, still sitting around in the canteen during class hours while the morals of students to teachers at the Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang Vocational School include: greeting the teacher, being obedient to the teacher, speaking politely to the teacher, paying attention to the teacher and discipline but there are some who lack morals such as: not participating in religious activities, still sitting in the cafeteria during class hours. 2.) The role of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering the morals of students at SMK Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang, focused on two roles, namely: As educators, teachers as educators at SMK Matsna Karim such as teaching how to read the Qur'an, how to speak well to anyone, admonishing students when speaking badly and reminding students to perform worship on time and as a guide in moral development by holding habituation of religious activities, namely dhuha prayer in congregation, dhuhur prayer in congregation, reading the Qur'an, Istiqosah, and the observance of Islamic holidays.
