Abstract

An initial survey at the Tehoru District Office, Central Maluku Regency showed that there were indications of problems with work facilities and employee performance. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work facilities on employee performance in the Tehoru District Office, Central Maluku Regency. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Quantitative analysis shows that work facilities at the Tehoru District Office have an average value of 3,40 which is interpreted as quite good, while employee performance has an average value of 3,54 which is interpreted as quite good. The results of the regression analysis show that work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance at the Tehoru District Office, Central Maluku Regency. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the better the work facilities, the better the employee performance. To improve it, the Tehoru District Office must stive to improve work facilities used by employees so that employees can work effectively. Keywords: Work Facilities, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence exercised responsibility experience, autonomy, role ambiguity and continuing education on the performance of auditors in BPK and BPKP Representative Maluku.Pengumpulan province this data is done with the direct distribution method that is the way to approach directly the object of research to submit a questionnaire and collect them again that addressed to the auditor BPK and BPKP Representative Maluku Province. With the number of samples used in this study were 60 respondents from the BPK and BPKP Representative Maluku Province. In this study, the sampling technique using a convenience sampling method.Data analysis method used in this research is to test the validity, reliability test and classical assumption, as well as the testing is done by using multiple regression linerar.These results indicate that simultaneously exercised Responsibility, experience, autonomy, role ambiguity and continuing education significant positive effect on the performance of auditor.Secara parisal Responsibility and autonomy exercised significant positive effect on the performance of auditors. Abstract

The selling price of a product is important for sellers in influencing consumer behavior when shopping, because it can trigger buying interest. The current research aims to determine the effect of price on buying interest in seagull cooking oil at the Indomaret minimarket, Diponegoro branch, Ambon City. This research was carried out using a quantitative, explanatory approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires measured using a Likert scale and involving 80 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using a simple random sampling method and using simple regression analysis as a research data analysis technique. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence between the price variable on consumer buying interest, or in other words, the more affordable the selling price, the more consumers' buying interest will increase when shopping for cooking oil. Abstract

Increasing community economic independence through agricultural technology is not only related to increasing production and income, but also community empowerment. By mastering technology, farmers can manage their resources more effectively, reduce dependence on outside parties, and create added value from their agricultural products. Apart from that, good technology management can also reduce negative impacts on the environment, support sustainable agriculture, and ultimately improve the quality of life of society as a whole. Adoption of agricultural technology can also create new jobs in rural areas, for example through the development of technical services, digital marketing and processing of agricultural products. In this way, technology is not only a tool to increase agricultural efficiency, but also a driving force for a sustainable local economy. The aim of the research is to describe an overview of the use of agricultural technology through the application of water-saving and environmentally friendly agricultural technology and to realize community economic independence and preserve natural resources (soil nutrients). The research was carried out at the Tnao Mat Farmers' Group Garden, III Bieto Hamlet, Niuk Baun Village, West Amaraasi District, Kupang Regency. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Next, experiments were carried out to produce Organic Fertilizer. The results obtained are that the environmentally friendly agricultural model has strengths greater than its weaknesses, as well as its opportunities greater than its threats. So farmers can be directed to dare to try environmentally friendly agricultural models to reduce production costs and increase quality agricultural products. Abstract

The performance and productivity of a public organization greatly depends on the motivation of its employees. In the context of the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Provincial Youth and Sports Service, employee motivation is a crucial factor in achieving strategic goals related to developing the potential of youth and sports. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence employee motivation in this service is very important. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture and competency on employee motivation at the NTT Province Youth and Sports Service. The research approach used is exploratory survey analysis. Research was conducted at the NTT Provincial Youth and Sports Service. The location was chosen by researchers considering, among other things, that the framework that was developed and the variables that emerged could be carried out throughout Indonesia with different backgrounds but still for Civil Servant respondents. The number of samples used was 99 people. The types of data collected are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The results obtained: organizational culture and employee competence influence the work motivation of employees of the NTT Provincial Youth and Sports Service at a confidence level of 99%. This means that the higher the organizational culture (values ​​that employees follow) and employee competence, the higher the employee motivation and vice versa, if the organizational culture and competence are lower, the lower the employee motivation. The role of organizational culture shapes the character of human resources in implementing and achieving organizational goals, so it is very important for organizations to increase employee motivation in order to build cooperation to achieve common goals.

Abstract

The Community Empowerment Institute (LPM) is an organization that aims to strengthen the role of society in development, one of which is economic development. LPM functions as a forum for mobilizing and developing the potential and abilities of the community in developing the potential that exists in their area. Some of LPM's roles in economic development include community empowerment. LPM plays a role in empowering communities to understand, access and utilize various available resources. The temporary survey shows that the role of LPM in improving the community economy in Penkase Oeleta Subdistrict through activities in the economic sector has not been maximized. LPM as an institution formed by the government with the aim of improving community welfare is expected to be able to create training and community development activities, so that the community's economy can be further improved. The aim of the research is: to determine the role of Community Empowerment Institutions (LPM) in improving the community economy in Penkase Village. The research will take place from January-June 2023. The type of data is primary data, secondary data. Results obtained: LPM plays a strategic role in identifying local economic potential and designing programs aimed at improving community welfare. LPM has succeeded in increasing people's skills and knowledge in the fields of entrepreneurship, financial management and agricultural technology. LPM also plays a role in ensuring sustainable management of natural resources that benefits local communities

Abstract

This research aims to determine: The influence of Sapta Pesona on visitor satisfaction at Morella State Crocodile Hole Beach, Central Maluku Regency. This research was conducted at the Morella State crocodile hole beach, Central Maluku Regency. This research uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. The population in this study were all visitors to the crocodile hole beach tour. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested, and the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The research results show that the calculated t value for the Sapta Pesona (X) variable is 7.376 with a t table value of 1.984, which means that the calculated t value is greater than the t table value (7.376>1.984) with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 or (0.000<0.05 ). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Sapta Pesona variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the visitor satisfaction variable. Abstract

Research with the title: "Analysis of the Use of Village Funds in Implementing Development in Tafuli I Village, Rinhat District, Malaka Regency." The objectives of this research are: (1) Knowing the use of Village Funds in implementing development (2) Knowing the factors that support the use of village funds in implementing development in Tafuli I Village, (3) Knowing the inhibiting factors in utilizing Village Funds, ( 4) Find out the effectiveness of what has been done in utilizing village funds in implementing development in Tafuli I Village, Rinhat District, Malaka Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that: (1) The use of Village Funds in implementing development in Tafuli I Village has been used for physical development activities, (2) Supporting factors for the utilization of Village Funds in Tafuli I Village are shown through community participation during road construction activities. (3) Factors inhibiting the utilization of Village Funds in Tafuli I Village, Rinhat District, Malacca Regency, include; low capacity of the community in proposing types of needs during the Village Musrembang, slow disbursement of Village Funds, low community participation and involvement during the Village Musrembang, minimal outreach activities from the village government regarding utilization including the function and use of Village Funds, low monitoring and control activities by the Regional government and the village community itself, as well as the occurrence of situational natural disasters. (4) Effective use of village funds is very effective for physical development

Abstract

Archive systems were developed with the aim of making it easier to store and retrieve information that is considered important for an organization. The archival process uses a certain system in the preparation and maintenance of archives so that they can be found quickly and precisely and easily destroyed archives based on certain criteria. Archives have an important role in various agencies but this has not received attention in the Wayame village office where the archives in the office are arranged irregularly and only arranged in several folders which are divided into incoming mail folders and outgoing mail folders left piled up on the table. and placed in a filing cabinet. This means that letters that are not archived properly are easily scattered and lost. The aim of this writing is to ensure that all activities for arranging the archives are good and in accordance with archival rules and provide input regarding procedures. good arrangement of archives at the Wayame Village office. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative analysis, namely an analytical technique that describes problems based on theory and expert opinion. The results of this research show that the archives at the Wayame Village office are not in accordance with existing procedures, because the archives in the office are arranged irregularly, and only arranged in several folders divided into incoming mail folders and outgoing mail folders and left to pile up on the table and placed in a filing cabinet The conclusion of this writing is that the archive management system at the Wayame Village office is not good because it does not comply with existing procedures and the archive storage facilities are also inadequate because they only use one cupboard and folder for storage and some are placed on the employee's desk. Abstract

This research uses Training and Career Development as the independent variable, and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. The objectives of this research are 1). To determine the effect of job training on employee performance 2). To determine the effect of career development on employee performance 3). To determine the effect of job training and career development on the performance of employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Ambon BranchThe sample used was employees of PT. State Savings Bank (BTN) Ambon Branch with a sample size of 40 respondents. The analysis used includes validity testing, reliability testing, model testing, multiple linear regression analysis and research hypotheses. Based on the research results, it can be seen that 1). Overall, the training and career development variables included in this research were proven to have a significant influence on employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Ambon Branch. 2). Of the 2 (two) independent variables studied, the job training variable is the dominant variable that influences employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Ambon Branch. 3). In this research, it is known that the variation in employee performance explained by training and career development is 61.5%, while 38.5% is explained by other variables not analyzed in the model.
