Abstract

The XX Region Cultural Preservation Center is the technical implementation unit of the Ministry of Education and Culture in the field of preserving cultural values and is under and responsible for the Director General of Culture. Based on the observations, problems are still found regarding work motivation and performance. This research aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the XX Region Cultural Conservation Center.The method used in this research was the descriptive method. The population in this study were employees of the XX Region Cultural Preservation Center office, with a population of 31 people and a sample of 30 people. The data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used was simple linear regression.The test results showed that work motivation influences employee performance. Employees who receive good non-financial compensation, who always receive direction at work, have good relationships at work, and receive awards as well as recognition at work have high performance too. Abstract

Proper tourism promotion can increase the number of visits and will have an impact on regional development of the tourist attraction itself. Due to the lack of updates regarding tourist information in this area, a good promotional strategy is needed so that the vision and mission of regional tourism can be realized. The purpose of this writing is to provide an overview of the promotions carried out to increase tourist interest in Usama beach. The method of data obtained is that the author uses a qualitative data analysis method using data in the form of information from the research location and using a theoretical promotion mix approach according to experts. The conclusion of this research is that in introducing Usama Beach as a tourist attraction, it is necessary to carry out appropriate promotions by implementing a promotional mix consisting of: advertising, personal selling, publicity and public relations.Keywords : Promotion of Tourist Attractions

Abstract

UD Filkin Mebel produces and sells a variety of furniture products using an order system. With the traditional techniques and processes used, it turns out that the product failure rate is quite a lot. This research aims to build a simple Quality Management System that can be applied to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) based on ISO 9001: 2015 to reduce failures and improve product quality. By using descriptive qualitative research methods, the author analyzes the data by describing the data that has been collected as it is. The research produces a simple quality management system that can be applied in improving quality at UD. Filkin Furniture.

Abstract

Current developments in information technology have created new business opportunities. The current digital era has colored human life with various conveniences, one of which is the ease with which someone can interact and communicate without the limitations of space and time. The use of internet technology in the economic sector has made people's conventional/traditional shopping culture shift to an online shopping culture. . Currently, the e-commerce business is very popular and has a lot of interest, so companies are competing to create their own online or e-commerce stores to market their products. One of the methods used by producers in the marketing sector to increase product yields is through promotional activities. Promotion is a factor that is expected to increase buying interest. This research aims to determine tehe effect of promotion on buying interest in the shopee marketplace for members of AMGPM Ranting Wayame I. The amount of sample are 77 respondents using probability sampling technique by simple random sampling approach. This research using multiple linear regression analysis method with assist of SPSS 21 software, the regression equation Y= 13,004 + 0,481X. the hypothesis produce 4,842 of t-count with probability 0,000 or (p<0,05). Based on these results, it can be councluded that promotion have positive and significant effect on buying interest in the shopee marketplace for members of AMGPM Ranting Wayame I Keywords : Promotion, Buying Interest

Abstract

This research aims to determine the company's financial position in relation to the company's profitability, where the data used in this research are the company's financial reports consisting of a balance sheet and profit and loss report for 3 years, namely from 2020 to 2022.The research results show that the gross profit margin in 2020 was 0.14; in 2021 it will be 0.15 and in 2022 it will be 0.14 from every Rp. 1.00 in sales. The operating income ratio in 2020 is 0.96%; in 2021 it will be 0.65% and in 2022 it will be 0.75%. Meanwhile, the net profit margin (net profit) of the company's ability to generate profits fluctuates, namely in 2020 it was 0.86%; in 2021 it will decrease to 0.59% and in 2022 it will increase by 0.68%. And to find out the company's ability to generate profits from invested capital (earning power), in 2020 it was 4.03%; down by 2.73% in 2021 and in 2022 up by 3.19%. The liquidity ratio consisting of the current ratio and quick ratio for 3 years (2020-2022) experienced fluctuations, where the current ratio in 2020 was 1.69; decreased in 2021 by 1.66 and increased by 1.74 in 2022. Meanwhile, the quick ratio in 2020 was 0.56, rose to 0.58 in 2021 and increased in 2022 by 0.63. The leverage ratio consists of the total debt to equity ratio, where for 3 years the company's ability to use capital has fluctuated, namely in 2020 it was 2.69; in 2021 it will be 1.45 and in 2022 it will increase by 2.09. The long term debt to equity ratio also experienced fluctuations, where in 2020 it was 0.74, down by 0.12 in 2021 and in 2022 it rose by 0.54. As the total debt to equity ratio experiences fluctuations, for 2020 it is 0.65; in 2021 it will be 0.55 and in 2022 it will be 0.63The activity ratio is intended to measure the company's ability to use funds, which in this ratio consists of total assets turnover, where assets rotating in a period, namely the period 2020 to 2022, have increased, also for inventory turnover during 2020 to 2022 has experienced fluctuations, namely in 2020 11.77 times; in 2021 it will be 12.76 times and in 2022 it will be 11.70 times. And for working capital turnover, in 2020 the turnover was 1.95 times, in 2021 it was 2.05 times and in 2022 the turnover was 1.90 times.Keywords: Financial position, Profitability

Abstract

The analytical method in the form of a theoretical study of SWOT Analysis combines 4 factors or compositions precisely on how to prepare strengths, overcome weaknesses, find opportunities and strategies to face various threats. The expected result is that the potential that exists at Hunimua Beach is developed into a beach tourism that has strengths, can overcome existing weaknesses, finds opportunities for Hunimua Beach, and has a strategy to face threats that come both from internal as well as external.The conclusion of this writing is that there is a need to develop tourism potential through the provision of weak facilities such as: Toilets, parking lots, clean water, rest areas, bathrooms, rubbish bins and changing rooms. Management of tourist locations such as: arranging tourist locations to provide parking spaces, places to rest, renovating rooms or buildings that have been damaged to become supporting facilities and infrastructure in tourist locations, utilizing shady trees to become tree houses, Hemok hanging places for visitors. / tourists who come. Good institutional management by the Management in managing the Hunimua Beach tourist attraction (Tourism Service) by taking into account strengths such as: the area of the location, beautiful beaches and long white sand, having the highest local revenue of the 2 tourist attractions managed by the Tourism Office. Abstract

This research aims to examine: (1) The influence of the Self-assessment system on taxpayer compliance, (2) The influence of tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance and The population in this study are individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Ambon in 2022. The sample in the research This was determined based on the purposive sampling method, data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that 1) the self-assessment system has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, 2) tax sanctions have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Taxpayer compliance, self assessment system, tax sanctions.

Abstract

Initial survey at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch shows that there are indications of emotional exhaustion problems among employees. On the other hand, employees also show symptoms of work motivation. This research aims to find out how emotional fatigue and work motivation influence employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch.The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis shows that emotional exhaustion of PT employees. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch with an average value of 1,60 which is interpreted as very high, while work motivation with an average value of 2.16 is interpreted as low and employee performance with an average value of 2,85 The results of simple linear regression analysis show that emotional exhaustion has a negatif effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch.Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the emotional exhaustion and the lower the motivation, the employee performance will decrease. To overcome this PT. Pelindo (Persero) Ambon Branch must strive to reduce emotional exhaustion by paying attention to the symptoms of emotional exhaustion and work motivation that occur.Keywords: emotional exhaustion, work motivation, performance

Abstract

This research aims to apply Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the "Matthew Water" Drinking Water Refill Depot - Wailela Rumahtiga Ambon City. SAK EMKM is an accounting standard aimed at meeting the financial reporting needs of micro, small and medium entities. The "Matthew Water" drinking water refill depot has not implemented financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM and considers that the accounting process is not very important to implement.This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research was carried out in four stages, namely, (1) data collection was carried out by interviews and observations, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, (4) and drawing conclusions.The results of the research show that the financial records that have been carried out by the "Matthew Water" drinking water refill depot are still very simple, namely limited to recording cash in and cash out, the reason is limited knowledge. Based on the cash incoming and outgoing records obtained from the business owner, SAK EMKM is applied in preparing financial reports. The implementation of SAK EMKM includes three components, namely the financial position report with total assets of IDR 106,482,000 and total equity and liabilities of IDR 106,482,000. The Profit and Loss Report shows Profit of IDR 7,964,750 and Notes to the financial statements.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image on consumer satisfaction of Sampoerna Avolution Slim Menthol cigarettes. This research was conducted using a survey method of 100 respondents who were consumers of Sampoerna Avolution Slim Menthol cigarettes. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence between brand image on consumer satisfaction with Sampoerna Avolution Slim Menthol cigarettes. This means that the more positive the brand image of Sampoerna Avolution Slim Menthol cigarettes, the higher consumer satisfaction with Sampoerna Avolution Slim Menthol cigarettes. Factors that shape the brand image of Sampoerna Avolution Slim Menthol cigarettes which influence consumer satisfaction include: product quality, price, promotion, brand personality and corporate social responsibility Keywords: brand image, consumer satisfaction
