Abstract

This study aims to analyze the availability and accessibility of local food and its implications for food security in Konda District, South Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua Province. Local food plays an important role in ensuring food security, especially in areas with limited access to external food sources. In this context, this study explores various factors influencing the availability and accessibility of local food, such as agricultural production, transportation infrastructure, the economic conditions of the community, and local government policies.Using qualitative and quantitative methods, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and questionnaire surveys of households in Konda District. The results of the study indicate that the availability of local food is influenced by traditional production patterns and limited access to modern agricultural technology. Additionally, food accessibility is also hampered by difficult geographical conditions and inadequate road infrastructure.This study finds that although the people of Konda District have a high dependence on local food, they face various challenges in ensuring long-term food security. This analysis provides deep insights into how improving the availability and accessibility of local food can significantly contribute to food security in the region. Proposed policy implications include infrastructure development, capacity building for local farmers, and the implementation of more efficient agricultural technologies.This research is expected to serve as a reference for local governments and relevant stakeholders in formulating effective strategies to enhance food security in Konda District and other areas with similar characteristics.Keywords: Food availability, food accessibility, food security, local food, Konda District, Southwest Papua

Abstract

KUPR Rorre is a company engaged in the production, which produces furniture and home furnishings. The products produced by KUPR Rorre such as chairs, tables, curtains, partitions, shelves and parsets are in accordance with consumer demand, besides that there are also flower pot products whose production is carried out continuously, this results in the company always having excess production from year to year. The purpose of this study is to calculate and analyze the forecast of flower pot production in KUPR Rorre for the next 3 years from 2020-2022. The analysis used in this study is Linear Trend Analysis with the Least Squares Method using the equation formula Y = a + bx and to determine the accuracy of the forecast that has been known using the standard Error Of Estimate Analysis. From the results of the forecast analysis, it is hoped that KUPR Rorre can be used as an input in developing company activities, especially in knowing the number of products that must be produced. The results of the Linear Trend Analysis calculation can be seen that the forecast of flower pot production in KUPR Rorre is in 2020 as many as 786 units of flower pots, in 2021 as many as 798 units of flower pots, and in 2022 as many as 810 units of flower pots. The Standard Error of Estimate analysis calculation shows that the error level of the production browser calculation results is 36 units of flower pots. These figures can be a reference for KUPR Rorre to plan the number of products that must be produced to meet consumer needs. Keyword: Forcasting Production

Abstract

The purpose of records management is to unify information, facilitate access and retrieval of information, secure archives/documents, increase utilization and utilization of archives. Higher education as an educational institution has academic administration documents. As an educational institution, it produces the most scientific work documents (vital, important, and useful documents) that must be secured. Therefore, higher education institutions need to form an archive management work unit, recruit management/archivists who have competence in the field of archives, immediately take inventory of archives with high use value, historical archives of institutions and archives of scientific work and research archives, it is hoped that there will be a policy higher education leaders to develop archiving activities because archives are records as a collective memory of the existence of an institution/institutionKeywords: Archieve management, Institution Archieve, Archieve Inventory.

Abstract

Initial survey on the Influence of Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of the Development Administration Bureau and Maluku Provincial Government Procurement Services. Shows there are problems with employee discipline and performance. This lack of employee discipline will certainly have an impact on performance. Working less than normal hours will result in work not being completed on time or things not being completed. This can be proven through recapitulation of performance achievement data. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Quantitative analysis in the Likert scale range of 1 to 5 shows that employee discipline affects the performance of employees of the Development Administration Bureau and government services procurement services in Maluku Province. Shows there are problems with employee discipline and performance. On the Performance of Development Administration Bureau Employees and Maluku Provincial Government Service Procurement Services. Shows there are problems with employee discipline and performance. has an average value of 0.785 which is interpreted as quite good, while employee performance has an average value of 0.731 which is interpreted as quite good. The results of the hypothesis test of the discipline variable (X) on employee performance (Y) show a calculated t value of 4.258. So it can be concluded that discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. The influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable (employee performance) Based on these results, it can be concluded that the better the discipline, the better the performance of disciplined employees regarding the performance of employees of the Development Administration Bureau and government services procurement services in Maluku Province. Shows there are problems with employee discipline and performance. To improve it, leaders need to pay attention. Supervise each employee regarding discipline regarding performance. Abstract

Office facilities are a factor that influences and increases employee work effectiveness. This research aims to determine the influence of office facilities on employee work effectiveness at the Telutih District Office, Central Maluku Regency. The sample was taken from 32 respondents using the nonprobability sampling formula. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis with SPSS software, the regression obtained is Y=0.675 + 0.789X, while descriptive analysis shows that office facilities at the Telutih District Office, Central Maluku Regency have an average value of 3 .19 which is interpreted as quite good, and work effectiveness shows that the average value is 3.33 which is interpreted as quite good. The research results show that the termination coefficient value for office facilities which influences employee work effectiveness has a contribution of 96.9% and the remaining 3.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Based on these results, it can be concluded that office facilities have a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Telutih District Office, Central Maluku Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on passenger satisfaction using the ferry service route Waipirit- Hunimua. This research was conducted against the background of the importance of maintaining consumer loyalty by providing satisfaction to them through quality services. This research is quantitative research with simple linear regression technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. Data processing is carried out with the help of SPSS 22 software. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence of service quality on passenger satisfaction using the ferry service for route Waipirit-Hunimua. The contribution of service quality to passenger satisfaction is 84.5% while the remaining 15.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

Literacy is the ability to process and understand information when carrying out reading and writing activities. Students will gain very broad knowledge through literacy activities because they are closely related to critical thinking skills. To improve scientific literacy skills, besides requiring student motivation, educators also need to consider learning strategies that are appropriate to the conditions and potential of students, where the learning process focuses on providing direct experience and applying the essence of science. Literacy activities in higher education are carried out by utilizing various reference sources, applying literacy strategies in the learning process, and combining literacy strategies with problem solving activities. Literacy and critical thinking are very important for students, especially in the era of disruption which is experiencing very rapid developments in science and technology. Thus, this article aims to analyze the role of literacy in improving critical thinking skills and implementing a literacy culture in higher education. Abstract

Indonesia has a variety of cultures, one of which is traditional food. This culture can be a unique capital attraction so it must be maintained and preserved. Nen Te Idar is one of the SME engaged in local food eating traditional south-style Southeast Maluku. Enbal Ngilngof has the advantage of being produced using an unconventional material, namely cassava. However, behind these advantages, this SME still packages its products in a simple way by using traditional packaging methods, namely by using candles as a substitute for a plastic press, besides that the labels used have not fully included product information so that the products are difficult for consumers to remember visually. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of packaging design and enbal product labels to Nen Te Idar. The author uses SWOT and VIEW analysis methods as well as theories about packaging and label designs so that they can create more attractive packaging and label designs, provide visual memory so that products are easier to remember and can increase consumer attractiveness while being a differentiator with competitors with the same product. Based on these results, it can be concluded that a good and attractive packaging and label design can increase attractiveness and interest and reach more consumers and also be a differentiator for competitors in the same field. Abstract

This study aims to know, analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the influence of the Role of Regional Government on the optimization of regional tax revenue. (Survey of Tax Officers of the Ambon City Revenue OfficeThe independent variable in this study is the Role of Regional Government. The dependent variable in this study is the optimization of regional tax revenue. Abstract

The initial survey at the Ambon State Polytechnic Department of Business Administration showed that there were indications of problems with organizational justice and organizational commitment to employees. This study aims to determine whether organizational justice affects the organizational commitment of employees at the Department of Commercial Administration, State Polytechnic of Ambon. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis shows that organizational justice in the Department of Business Administration Ambon State Polytechnic has an average value of 3.39 which is interpreted as quite good, while employee organizational commitment has an average value of 3.45 which is interpreted as good. The results of the regression analysis show that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment at the Department of Business Administration, State Polytechnic of Ambon. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the better the organizational justice, the better the employee's organizational commitment. To improve it, the Ambon State Polytechnic Business Administration Department must strive to improve organizational justice by paying attention to distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Employee organizational commitment can be maintained and even increased by paying attention to indicators of identification, loyalty and involvement.
